Data Normalization and Database Design for Joglosemar Tourism Joglosemar旅游数据归一化与数据库设计

As the observation result, tourism destination represents a complex social system, called a tourist destination system, consisting of four basic subsystems: tourists, providers or managers of tourism, communities, and other organizations or institutions. Tourism development of a region is based on the design, promotion and publication to a number of potential travelers as well as providing the services needed for tourists to access and live in the tourist destination. The advantages of tourist destinations are usually based on the resources available in their place. To support the publication of tourist destinations, it takes information system services that are easy to use and seen by potential tourists, which are publication of tourism destination and its itinerary integrated through web applications and Google Maps. This research produce a data model design as a support for implementation of information system. This data model has been normalized so that data becomes independent and data duplication does not occur so that it can be used together on other systems.

Management of fault tolerance and traffic congestion in cloud data center 云数据中心的容错与流量拥塞管理

In this era of ubiquitous computing, coupled with the emergence of big data and internet of things, there have been constant changes in every aspect of cloud data center communications — its network connectivity, data storage, data transfer, and architectural design. As a result of this, the amount of data transferable, and the frequency of data transfer have tremendously increased; causing device failures and traffic congestions. To cope with these changes so that performance can be sustained amidst device failures and traffic congestion, the design of fault tolerant cloud data center is important. A fault tolerant cloud data center network should be able to provide alternative paths from source to destination during failures so that there will not be abrupt fall in performance. But still with the ongoing researches in this regard, there has not been a robust cloud data center design that can boast of being suitable for alleviating the poor fault tolerance of cloud data center. In this paper, we proposed the improved versions of fat-tree interconnection hybrid designs derived from the structure called Z-fat tree; to address the issues of fault tolerance. Then, we compared these designs with single fat tree architecture with the same amount of resources for client server communication pattern such as Email application in a cloud data center. The simulation results obtained based on failed switches and links, show that our proposed hybrid designs outperformed the single fat tree design as the inter arrival time of the packets reduces.

This study aims to apply data mining techniques with cluster analysis on stock data registered in LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis used in this method is k-means algorithm, the data in this research is taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis in this study analyzed the characteristics of data volumes and stock values, while the results in this study were presented in the form of cluster members visually. Therefore, this cluster analysis in this research can be used for quick and efficient identifier for each member of LQ45 index cluster based on share value for each cluster and its volume. The identification results can be used by beginner-level investors that begun to be interested in stock investments to help make informed decisions about stock trading on desired cluster groups.

Effects of depth burial on current carrying capacity of XLPE 86/150 (170) kV underground cable 埋深对XLPE 86/150 (170) kV地下电缆载流能力的影响

Indonesia Jabodetabek region tends to have high-density of population. This phenomenon contributes to the lack of land availability for 150 kV over-head line (OHL) transmission and to the development of new OHL circuit due to limitation issues by the local government regulation. To overcome this problem, the underground cables (UGC) transmission could be a solution. However, because there are existing installations laid on the ground, the newly developed UGC should be adjusted on the safe burial depth to avoid collision with the existing installations. This paper discusses on relation of current carrying capacity of single core 150 kV high-voltage UGC transmission at different common cable cross-section sizes applied in Jabodetabek region on its laying varied at 1 to 10 meter-depth referring to the ampacity value at the land surface laying (0 meter-depth) using statistical and econometric analysis. The results may represent as a general characteristics of UGC in its region.

Development of smart public transportation system in Jakarta city based on integrated IoT platform 基于综合物联网平台的雅加达智慧公共交通系统开发

Travel security, traffic congestion and the efficiency of the global transport sector are key issues in some developing countries. Jakarta is one of the big cities and is the capital of Indonesia. This study aims to provide solutions to congestion problems in the capital city by maximizing the intelligent transportation system, convenient and safe for passengers. This research finds the fact that people's need for Trans Jakarta is relatively high but in fact it is not directly proportional to the public interest towards the use of Trans Jakarta buses. This study finds issues related to the needs and expectations of the community using Trans Jakarta facilities. Not only convenience and security and cheap price offered but also the ease and speed in transacting. This research provides ideas related to the facilities provided by Trans Jakarta as one of public transportation owned by the government. Combining smart phones with the use of internet-based technology (IOT). This research proposed an integrated system (integration platform). The solution with IOT-based technology enhancements makes it easy to present all information about bus availability, bus scheduling, booking places and easy online payment. This study uses a comparative study related to the needs of passengers in using Trans Jakarta. This study found the need of passengers for the existence of an integrated system that presents all information and ease of public transportation access in the city of Jakarta.

Design of land optical fiber backbone communication network in North Sumatera 北苏门答腊陆上光纤骨干通信网设计

The demand for high-speed data transmission has increased significantly in recent years. Therefore, a transmission backbone connecting among districts is necessary to support existing backbone network which connect all provincial capitals. In this study, a fiber optic communication network backbone in North Sumatera province of Indonesia is designed to support broadcast connectivity to all districts. North Sumatera is chosen because it has the largest population in Sumatera. The proposed network covers 29 districts in North Sumatera with 27 land routes. Power link and rise time budget for all routes show acceptable results which below the allowed maximum loss of 32 dB and maximum dispersion time of 350 ps, respectively. Therefore, the proposed design network is feasible to be implemented.

Back propagation neural network experiment on team matchmaking MOBA game 团队配对MOBA游戏的反向传播神经网络实验

Backpropagation is one of the famous method for learning, Implementing Backpropagation techniques in games is part of AI in game. This paper aim to analyzed the best team composition in a Moba Game type in learning using neural network. Mobile Legend: Bang Bang is one of MOBA game for mobile phone. In this experiment, the 2 hidden layers back-propagation neural network algorithm is used to analyze the Mobile Legend game. 5000 training steps was done to reach the stability. This also a way of learning to find the best composition in a team played. Research in area AI and game is very wide and open, a huge opportunity to be explore in future. The objective of this research is to produce the good combination of team which can be resulted in a greater winning chance.

CEW-DTW: A new time series model for text mining CEW-DTW:一种新的文本挖掘时间序列模型

The keyword information is usually applied to describe answers. In most of the previous studies, researchers usually rank answers according to keyword retrieval, which fails to consider the importance of the time sequence of keywords in answers. In this paper, we propose CEW-DTW, a new time series model for answer ranking. This model considers the importance of the time sequence of keywords as well as the amount of keywords. CEW-DTW is developed from a carefully designed model, Dynamic Time Warping-Delta (DTW-D). We choose Amazon question/answer data as our evaluation dataset. We apply Entropy to remove noise in answer vectors. In experiments, we apply normalized discounted cumulative gain (nDCG) as the assess rule to test models. CEW-DTW is proven to have a better performance than Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) and Dynamic Time Warping-Delta (DTW-D) in answer ranking. An extensive set of evaluation results demonstrates the effectiveness of the CEW-DTW model for answer ranking.

Improving the quality of enterprise IT goals using COBIT 5 prioritization approach 使用COBIT 5优先级方法提高企业IT目标的质量

Utilization of Information Technology is increasingly high at this time requires the guarantee of any information processed by the system on a company. One of the benchmarks used is to measure the level of maturity of IT Governance. COBIT 5 becomes the main reference that is often used for these needs. But to do the assessment takes a long time because of the many processes assessed. This becomes an obstacle for a very dynamic company, the business has changed but the new assessment is completed. The authors propose a new approach using a priority model that adopts a enterprise strategy and incorporates it with a follow-up of previous IT Governance audit results. Tests have been conducted one of the state-owned enterprises in Indonesia engaged in the financial sector and has a dynamic business. The results showed that the assessment can effectively improve the quality of corporate IT objectives with the acceleration of the assessment process up to 20%.

Plagiarism in the education sector is as serious issues. In 2015 Indonesia ministry of research, technology and higher education stated to eradicate the plagiarism, and after 2 years the similar statement by Indonesia ministry of research, technology, and higher education. The plagiarism becomes the serious program by the ministry. The plagiarism in higher education happened, the faculty member or even a professor found did the plagiarism. Therefore, this paper research conducted using descriptive analysis methodology to elaborate on deep the correlation plagiarism variables. Hence, warding off the plagiarism might possible to perform using the applications. The aim of this research to find the correlation variables that might use to ward off the plagiarism in the future. The very interesting result from 15 questioners and the report shows there are several significant correlation variables of the plagiarism.
