[Study of postural drainage of children with obstructive lung disease]. [小儿阻塞性肺疾病体位引流的研究]。

According to the abnormal manifestation of the X-ray chest film, 90 cases were classified into regional shadow and diffuse volume increasing parts. The regional postural drainage method was adopted in the former, all directional postural drainage was performed in the latter. Each part of cases was classified into postural drainage plus ultrasonic aerosol inhalation group, ultrasonic aerosol inhalation and the control group. The results showed that there were significant differences among the parameters of the body temperature, coughing, stridor, rales and the chest film (P < 0.01). The therapeutic effects of the inhalation group was predominantly better than that of the control group with the routine drug treatment, while that of the drainage was more better than that of the inhalation group. It is suggested that the drainage as an adjuvant treatment to treat the obstructive respiratory tract diseases was a cheap, practical, non-damage and worthy advocating method.

根据x线胸片的异常表现，将90例病例分为区域性阴影和弥漫性体积增大部分。前者采用局部体位引流法，后者采用全方位体位引流法。各部位病例分为体位引流加超声雾化吸入组、超声雾化吸入组和对照组。结果显示，两组患者的体温、咳嗽、喘鸣、罗鸣、胸片等指标差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。在常规药物治疗的情况下，吸入组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，而引流组的治疗效果明显优于吸入组。提示引流术作为辅助治疗阻塞性呼吸道疾病是一种廉价、实用、无损伤、值得提倡的方法。

[Clinical study on shortening the birth process using psychological suggestion therapy]. 心理暗示疗法缩短分娩过程的临床研究

To investigate the effect of psychological suggestion therapy on the birth process, a specially designed, prospective study of psychological suggestion ("insubstantial comfort") was undertaken in 120 healthy, full-term primipara with singleton pregnancy and cephalic presentation. All cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, the birth processes and final modes of delivery were analyzed in 60 cases interfered with the psychological suggestion therapy and 60 cases with spontaneous birth processes as control group. The results showed that a significant shorter time of the first and second stages of labor in the study group than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Based on this study, it is suggested that the conversation concerning about the evaluation of individual birth process between the mother-to-be and nurse should be controlled carefully for the purpose of advancing of birth process. The nurse should apply the psychological suggestion therapy during the birth process, specially when answering the question raised by mother-to-be about the quantity of the cervical dilataion. It is also suggested that the purpose of the rectal examination taking during the first stage of labor should be given some kind of meaning of psychotherapy.

[Prevention of Helicobacter pylori infections in gastroenterological nurses]. 消化科护士幽门螺杆菌感染的预防

The aim of this study was to investigate the state of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in gastroenterology nurses and to prove the effect of gloves on protecting nurses against Hp infection. 157 subjects working in hospitals in Nanjing were investigated, in which there were gastroenterology nurses, and gastroenterologists, and nongastroenterology nurses. All of them were examined for anti-Hp IgG by means of a indirected enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. No significant difference of the mean absorbence of anti-Hp IgG were found between the gastroenterology nurses and the doctors (P > 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups of nurses (P < 0.05); There were no statistical significant difference among the three subgroups of gastroenterology nurses, divided as their working duration in the special field. It was concluded gastroenterology nurses was one group of the people who were more easy to be affected with Hp, they will reach the saturation level of catching Hp in the first five years duration, and glove using may reduce incidence of this occupational infection.
