[Analysis of sedative effect of chloral hydrate and diazepam on children during CT examination]. [儿童CT检查时水合氯醛与地西泮的镇静作用分析]。

Before CT examination, make those non-cooperation children take chloral hydrate or diazepam according to their ages can go beyond the limit to reduce the repeation and dose of taking medicine and shorten the waiting time. The author collected 204 samples and divided them into three groups of baby, infant and preschool children. Among them, there were 94 samples of taking orally chloral hydrate and 110 ones having intravenous injection with diazepam according to doctor's order. The author also compared the effect of sedation and the chi 2 test showed that chloral hydrate and diazepam had similar effect on babies (P > 0.05), while the sedative effect of diazepam on infants and preschool children was superior to that of chloral hydrate on them (P < 0.05, P < 0.01).

[Observing and nursing of the blood circulation for the free flap]. 游离皮瓣血液循环的观察与护理

The monitoring for the blood circulation of the free flap should be continued in postoperation. If the crisis of blood circulation occur, the monitoring for the blood circulation is the key to keep the success for the grafted flap, because the majority of the crisis of the free flap can be corrected based on the early discovering and corrective judgment. In our 11 cases, the filling of blood circulation of the free flap was difficulty to be monitored because of the pigmentation or other reason. We combined some special monitor methods to judge the blood circulation of the flap, the corrective judgment rate was 100 percent in our group. We concluded that the combined some methods for monitoring can judge the blood circulation of the flap correctly.

[Investigation and application of auto-circulative washing and sterilization cabinet for catheters]. 导尿管自动循环清洗灭菌柜的研究与应用

The structure, working principle, and operation of a sterilizing cabinet with autocircle washing for catheters was introduced in this article, 100 catheters were tested. The result revealed that no incrustation, rusty spot or thrombus existed after washing, and that hepatitis virus had been killed thoroughly. This cabinet can save the operator's time, make the operation easy, and prevent cross infection.

介绍了一种自动循环冲洗导尿管灭菌柜的结构、工作原理及操作方法，并对100根导尿管进行了试验。清洗后无结痂、锈斑、血栓，肝炎病毒被彻底杀灭。本柜可节省操作人员的时间，方便操作，防止交叉感染。
