Based on the analysis of scientific sources, information on the origin, distribution, taxonomy and use of promising ornamental plants of the genus Lupinus L. in Ukraine and the world is presented. A wide range of decorative and valuable features of various types of plants of the Lupinus L. genus, which are valuable decorative, essential oil, medicinal, honey-bearing, vitamin, and fodder plants, have been determined. However, as a result of significant anthropogenic influence, the gene pool of these groups of plants is steadily decreasing from year to year, as a result of which the issue of developing biological and ecological bases for the introduction and introduction into industrial culture of species of the genus Lupinus L., adapted to the climatic conditions of the Podillia zone, has become urgent. The perspective of using decorative species of the genus Lupinus L. in landscaping has been proven. Recommendations for their cultivation have been developed, the optimal terms and methods of seed and vegetative reproduction and use in the landscaping of Vinnytsia Region have been established. It has been determined that the expansion of the assortment of flower-decorative lupins today occurs mainly as a result of a spontaneous process and does not always have a positive result. However, the collection of data on the introduction of plants helps to determine the degree of adaptation of the species to the new growing conditions, to establish its ecological plasticity, which will ensure its normal development in these conditions. The greatest scientific interest is the decorative species of lupine, which are widely used in urban planning, park construction, landscaping and city improvement. It was analyzed that the genus Lupinus includes about 200 species of annual and perennial plants. Almost all of them grow in America. There are 10 species in Europe, all of the same age. Of the perennial species in culture, tree-shaped lupine (L. arboreus Sims.) is more often found. bicolor: 'Abendglut', 'Albus', 'Apricot', 'Carmineus', 'Neue Spielarten', 'Prinzess Juliana', 'Roseus', 'Rubinkonig'. The studied cultivars of Lupinus Polyphyllus Lindl are characterized by significant color diversity. Most varieties and hybrids have a summer-autumn type of vegetation. It has been established that the multi-leaved lupine enters the budding phase from the first half of June with a duration of 10-14 days. According to the results of experimental studies of laboratory and field germination of freshly collected seeds of introduced cultivars of lupine, it was established that in the light and in the dark, the highest rate of germination energy was recorded in the plots of 'Prinzess Juliana' (56 and 57%, respectively) and seed germination (83 and 75%, respectively) at seed moisture content of 6%. In view of the above, the decorative species Lupinus Polyphyllus Lindl, due to the variety of colors, different periods of flowering, the height of the plants, the stability of the

As a result of the research, it was established that as of 2021, 126 oak trees, 5 European larch trees, and 2 European spruce trees have been entered into the state register in the Vinnytsia region. It was determined that, on average, the potential seed collection for common and northern oak is: 400-700 kg/ha, black walnut – 600-800 kg/ha, broad-leaved linden – 80-160 kg/ha, edible chestnut – 400-700 kg/ha. It was established that the total number of LGR entered in the Register is 46 plots with a total area of 1,286 hectares. According to the results obtained in 2020 and 2021, about 8,000 kg of seeds were harvested in the plantations of the LHR, which is 6 % of the total harvest of acorns in the region. In 2021, an inventory of 133 positive trees selected in the Vinnytsia region was carried out. In terms of the main tree species, these are: oak trees – 126 pcs., European larch – 5 pcs., European spruce – 2 pcs. The average age of plus trees is 88-131 years. It was determined that the area of LPN of common oak in Vinnytsia region is 530.3 ha. The average age of the plantations is 77 years. According to the received tabular data, it was established that the largest areas of LNP are represented by common oak – 57.6 hectares out of 63.1 hectares. It should be noted that in this case, the number and area of LNP, which entered the fruiting period and were certified, are given. In the conditions of Vinnytsia, the PLNB also includes a pine plantation and three European larch plantations, the area of which is 1.0 ha and 3.0 ha, respectively. As a result of the last inventory, it was established that the total number of permanent forest seed plots is 116, the area of which is 1225.2 ha. The largest number and the corresponding area occupied by the PLAND of ordinary oak is, respectively, 87 pcs. and 1115.5 ha. As a result of the conducted scientific research, Scots pine, Pallas pine, rock oak, European larch, Menzies pseudotsuga, Weymouth pine, and chestnut oak are not used for the collection of PLND seeds. 21 % of the total number of PLNDs of common oak, 15 % of red oak, 8 % of black walnut require selective care and other care. After analyzing the selection structure and condition of the Weymouth pine trees (SE «Vinnytske LG», Ivanivsk L-vo, passport No. 4, square 30, view 16, area 1.0 ha, age 113 years, certified in 1965) on the PLND was an unsatisfactory selection structure and condition of the specified trees was established.
