تهدف الدراسة الى توضيح الاجراءات القانونية امام المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار بشأن الطلبات المؤقتة والطلبات الفرعية ، حيث يلجأ اطراف النزاع الى المحكمة بطلب اصدار قرار يتضمن تدابير مؤقتة لحماية مصالحهم من خطر الاعتداء عليها.فما هى اجراءات تقديم طلب بشأن هذه التدابير الى محكمة قانون البحار، وهل المحكمة مختصة ام لا؟ وهل يجب ان تتوفر المصلحة في تدخل الغير في الدعوى المنظورة امام المحكمة، وما هى اجراءات التدخل في الدعوى؟وخلصت الدراسة الى ان اتفاقية قانون البحار والنظام الاساسي للمحكمة وضعت قواعد ملزمة لاجراءات الطلبات المؤقتة والفرعية وانه يجب البحث في تطوير هذه الاجراءات.الكلمات المفتاحية: المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار، التدابير المؤقتة، التدابير الفرعية، الاختصاص، التدخل.
这项研究的目的是澄清国际海洋法法庭在临时申请和附带申请方面的法律程序。在这些申请中,争端当事方请求法院作出裁决,规定临时措施,保护他们的利益,使他们免受受攻击的威胁。向海洋法法庭申请这些措施的程序是什么?海洋法法庭是否有管辖权?在诉讼程序中,干预别人的利益吗?干预诉讼的程序是什么?研究报告的结论是,《海洋法公约》和《法院规约》为临时和辅助申请程序制定了具有约束力的规则,这些程序的制定工作必须加以研究。关键词:国际海洋法法庭,临时措施、辅助措施、管辖权、干预。

Numerical analysis of the buoy design to extract the effective kinetic wave energy 对浮标设计进行数值分析,提取有效波浪动能

In many countries, sea wave energy is becoming more widely recognized as a significant and hopeful resource. The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of alterations in buoy shape on the efficacy of the wave model by utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to assess modifications in the buoy's dynamic behavior. The buoy's behavior is simulated using ANSYS Fluent, the volume of fluid approach, the open channel flow module, and 5th order Stokes wave models. To further investigate the wave sensitivity in challenging circumstances, Stokes waves were applied in the shallow domain at high wave steepness. The validation process consisted of a comparative analysis between the practical and mathematical results. The outcomes of a numerical fluid dynamical computation were compared, and laboratory observations were modified. For various configurations of underwater buoyancy, the drag and lift characteristics of numerical results were analyzed. The aim of this study was to identify the optimum buoy shape. The selection of this shape was based on several factors, of which the most significant were the least entropy, as well as the maximum lift and drag coefficient. Ideal shape was determined to be a spherical shape (shape B).

ANALYSIS FOR PHYSICAL ERGONOMIC FACTORS IN OIL TANKER CASE STUDY 油轮物理人机工程学因素分析

Over the next five years, shipping industry is predicted to grow at a 3.4% annual rate. However, marine accidents are on the rise, threatening both safety and expenses. Marine accidents happen for a variety of causes, including ergonomic issues, ergonomics is the study of how individuals interact with other components of a system, and it employs theory, concepts, data, and approaches to optimize human well-being and overall system performance. This paper aimed to assess physical ergonomic elements and reviewed the previous studies related to ergonomic factors, particularly those related to the marine industry; furthermore, a variety of physical ergonomic factors were selected to be evaluated in a tanker ship as case study. Using statistical analysis to assess physical ergonomic elements in other merchant ships and to compare the results to case study result for finding out the level of similarity, it was discovered that the majority of physical ergonomic factors were unsatisfactory, including severe consequences as a result of poor workplace design such as inadequate lighting, extreme temperature and noise.KEYWORDS: Maritime transport, Marine accidents, Physical ergonomic factors, Lighting, Noise, Inclined ladder, Spare parts control.

Impact of Risk Assessment of ECDIS on Its Situational Awareness for Marine Officers ECDIS风险评估对海军军官态势感知的影响

For passage planning, Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) is a vital operational tool that is acknowledged as being compatible with current paper charts. As e-navigation becomes increasingly significant by combining existing and new technologies to increase navigation safety, commercial efficiency, and security, the creation of e-navigational tools has been launched. Automatic Identification System (AIS), Automatic Radar Plotting Aid (ARPA), and Navigational Telex (NAVTEX), as well as the Tide and Sailing Direction programs, are examples of these devices. Although ECDIS as an excellent navigational tool for maritime safety, it is still facing several challenges with different onboard scenarios, which threaten marine safety and prevent having the best decision in the presence of ECDIS onboard, whether primary or aid to navigation. This study aims to discuss the officers' situational awareness for smart navigation by addressing ECDIS issues and reaching a sufficient level of ECDIS performance. In this research a mixed approach (Interview and Questionnaires) conducted to explore risk assessment factors that could enhance officer’s situational awareness by using ((NVivo)/ analysis of a moment structures (AMOs) / Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) programs. The survey used a Questioners as a data collection method, various data analysis techniques are employed to meet research objectives. This study aims to discover if ECDIS is connected to additional Navigational Aid devices through 3 Risk Assessment dimensions (collision avoidance, under keel clearance, weather and navigation warning) will be enhance officers' situational awareness. Study concluded that devices such as (AIS, RADAR, ARPA and NAVTEX) in addition to TIDE program are important and will be very useful if they are linked with ECDIS and enhance officers' situational awareness.Keywords: ECDIS, E-Navigation, Risk Assessment, Situational Awareness.

دور سلاسل الإمداد المبردة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للصادرات المصرية 冷藏供应链在实现埃及出口的可持续竞争优势方面的作用

تسهم الصادرات بشكل كبير في تحقيق النمو الإقتصادي من خلال تحسين الميزان التجاري، وزيادة الحصيلة من العملات الصعبة، وزيادة الدخل القومي، وتتعدد السلع من الصادرات المصرية، ومن أهمها صادرات السلع المبردة. وتواجه الصادرات المصرية العديد من التحديات والمعوقات التي تعوق حركتها، وتسهم كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد بما تحويه من عناصر والتي تشمل بداية من إنتاج السلع حتى وصولها للمستهلك النهائي، في دعم وتحسين الصادرات وذلك من خلال عنصرى خفض الوقت المستخدم في النقل التي يحققها تكامل سلاسل الإمداد، والحفاظ على السلع ووصولها في الوقت المحدد، مما يحقق زيادة المركز التنافسي للصادرات المصرية. وبناء عليه تهدف هذه الدراسة لاستكشاف دور سلاسل الإمداد المبردة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للصادرات المصرية، وتبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداته الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع إستمارات الإستبيان على عينة من المصدرين المترددين على إدارات جمارك الصادر بمينائي الإسكندرية والدخيلةـ، مكونة من عدد (190) من المصدرين، وكانت الإستمارات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (155) إستمارة بنسب أسترداد (81.57%). ولتحليل البيانات استخدمت الدراسة على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS V 26، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة وتأثير وعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سلاسل الإمداد المبردة والميزة التنافسية. كما قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة تفعيل دور سلاسل الإمداد المبردة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للصادرات المصرية، وكذلك إتخاذ كافة الوسائل والسبل لتسهيل عملية التصدير للسلع المبردة من تبسيط الإجراءات الجمركية والتشديد على توافر عناصر التبريد اللازمة للحفاظ على سلامة السلع المبردة من التلف، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تحسين مرافق الموانئ المصرية لتسهيل أعمال التصدير.
出口通过改善贸易平衡、增加硬通货的收入、增加国民收入、从埃及出口的多种商品,主要是冷藏物品的出口,为经济增长作出了重大贡献。埃及的出口面临许多挑战和制约因素,供应链的效率,包括从生产到最终最终最终消费者,通过减少供应链一体化所的运输时间,保护和及时到达货物,从而提高埃及出口的竞争力,从而支持和改善出口。因此,本研究的目的是探讨冷藏供应链在实现埃及出口的可持续竞争优势方面的作用,并采用了描述性分析方法和问卷调查工具作为数据收集的主要工具,向亚历山大港和进口港的海关部门分发了190份问卷问卷,其中155份是回收率(81.57%)。该研究使用spsv 26进行数据分析,其中最重要的研究结果是冷藏供应链与竞争优势之间存在着具有统计学意义的关系、影响和关系。研究报告还提出了一些建议,其中最重要的是,需要使冷藏供应链在实现埃及出口的可持续竞争优势方面发挥作用,还需要采取一切便利冷藏商品出口的所有手段和手段,简化海关程序,并强调有必要确保制冷剂的安全,以防止制冷剂的损坏,还需要改进埃及港口设施,以便利出口。
{"title":"دور سلاسل الإمداد المبردة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للصادرات المصرية","authors":"","doi":"10.59660/46726","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.59660/46726","url":null,"abstract":"تسهم الصادرات بشكل كبير في تحقيق النمو الإقتصادي من خلال تحسين الميزان التجاري، وزيادة الحصيلة من العملات الصعبة، وزيادة الدخل القومي، وتتعدد السلع من الصادرات المصرية، ومن أهمها صادرات السلع المبردة. وتواجه الصادرات المصرية العديد من التحديات والمعوقات التي تعوق حركتها، وتسهم كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد بما تحويه من عناصر والتي تشمل بداية من إنتاج السلع حتى وصولها للمستهلك النهائي، في دعم وتحسين الصادرات وذلك من خلال عنصرى خفض الوقت المستخدم في النقل التي يحققها تكامل سلاسل الإمداد، والحفاظ على السلع ووصولها في الوقت المحدد، مما يحقق زيادة المركز التنافسي للصادرات المصرية. وبناء عليه تهدف هذه الدراسة لاستكشاف دور سلاسل الإمداد المبردة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للصادرات المصرية، وتبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداته الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع إستمارات الإستبيان على عينة من المصدرين المترددين على إدارات جمارك الصادر بمينائي الإسكندرية والدخيلةـ، مكونة من عدد (190) من المصدرين، وكانت الإستمارات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (155) إستمارة بنسب أسترداد (81.57%). ولتحليل البيانات استخدمت الدراسة على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS V 26، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة وتأثير وعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سلاسل الإمداد المبردة والميزة التنافسية. كما قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة تفعيل دور سلاسل الإمداد المبردة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للصادرات المصرية، وكذلك إتخاذ كافة الوسائل والسبل لتسهيل عملية التصدير للسلع المبردة من تبسيط الإجراءات الجمركية والتشديد على توافر عناصر التبريد اللازمة للحفاظ على سلامة السلع المبردة من التلف، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تحسين مرافق الموانئ المصرية لتسهيل أعمال التصدير.","PeriodicalId":7686,"journal":{"name":"Ain-Shams Journal of Anesthesiology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135154509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

ANALYSIS FOR PHYSICAL ERGONOMIC FACTORS IN OIL TANKER CASE STUDY 油轮物理人机工程学因素分析

Over the next five years, shipping industry is predicted to grow at a 3.4% annual rate. However, marine accidents are on the rise, threatening both safety and expenses. Marine accidents happen for a variety of causes, including ergonomic issues, ergonomics is the study of how individuals interact with other components of a system, and it employs theory, concepts, data, and approaches to optimize human well-being and overall system performance. This paper aimed to assess physical ergonomic elements and reviewed the previous studies related to ergonomic factors, particularly those related to the marine industry; furthermore, a variety of physical ergonomic factors were selected to be evaluated in a tanker ship as case study. Using statistical analysis to assess physical ergonomic elements in other merchant ships and to compare the results to case study result for finding out the level of similarity, it was discovered that the majority of physical ergonomic factors were unsatisfactory, including severe consequences as a result of poor workplace design such as inadequate lighting, extreme temperature and noise.

The Effect of Safety Philosophical Factors on Risk Management 安全哲学因素对风险管理的影响

Since Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is regarded as one of the cleanest fossil fuels, the primary goal of this study is to collect data concerning the bunkering of LNG in Maritime Industry. The purpose of the current research is to look into Safety Philosophical Factors and how it could affect risk management. To investigate this relationship, quantitative data are collected from questionnaires that are distributed among 200 seafarers. Finally, the findings of correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between safety philosophical factors and risk management, while the regression analysis showed a positive significant impact of safety philosophical factors on risk management. Technological Innovations in the Maritime Sector: A Comprehensive Analysis of Intelligence Knowledge and Industry Dynamics for Graduates Adaptation 海事部门的技术创新:毕业生适应的情报知识和行业动态的综合分析

Interpersonal skills used by mates, such as situational awareness, decision-making, workload management, communication, and leadership, complement the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watch keeping for Seafarers (STCW) 1978, as amended. The GMP taxonomy helps categorize these skills, including leadership, which can be developed through cognitive growth and emotional attributes (Fjeld et al., 2018). There have been few studies on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in maritime education, resulting in a gap between the maritime industries and education (Yang et al. 2019; Mirovi and Milievi et al. 2018). However, Zhang and Lam (2019) discovered that the primary impediments to enharmonic development in the marine sector are a lack of executive sponsorship and a lack of expertise. This paper demonstrates the importance of developing maritime education, bridging the gap between technological progress and the readiness of maritime institutes to change the honor and capabilities of crew and staff on board modern ships, by reviewing the various methods that can be used to change education and training, such as an AI and Virtual Reality techniques (VR). Moreover, it employed the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) technique to acquire the outcomes. Revealed that graduates exhibit greater unease than professionals regarding potential expulsion from the workforce, believing that their acquired expertise and computational thinking skills will not facilitate employment in diverse sectors of the maritime industry. A descriptive approach was employed as the chosen methodology for capturing a comprehensive understanding of the efficiency of the new technology.

Impact of Risk Assessment of ECDIS on Its Situational Awareness for Marine Officers ECDIS风险评估对海军军官态势感知的影响

For passage planning, Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) is a vital operational tool that is acknowledged as being compatible with current paper charts. As e-navigation becomes increasingly significant by combining existing and new technologies to increase navigation safety, commercial efficiency, and security, the creation of e-navigational tools has been launched. Automatic Identification System (AIS), Automatic Radar Plotting Aid (ARPA), and Navigational Telex (NAVTEX), as well as the Tide and Sailing Direction programs, are examples of these devices. Although ECDIS as an excellent navigational tool for maritime safety, it is still facing several challenges with different onboard scenarios, which threaten marine safety and prevent having the best decision in the presence of ECDIS onboard, whether primary or aid to navigation. This study aims to discuss the officers' situational awareness for smart navigation by addressing ECDIS issues and reaching a sufficient level of ECDIS performance. In this research a mixed approach (Interview and Questionnaires) conducted to explore risk assessment factors that could enhance officer’s situational awareness by using ((NVivo)/ analysis of a moment structures (AMOs) / Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) programs. The survey used a Questioners as a data collection method, various data analysis techniques are employed to meet research objectives. This study aims to discover if ECDIS is connected to additional Navigational Aid devices through 3 Risk Assessment dimensions (collision avoidance, under keel clearance, weather and navigation warning) will be enhance officers' situational awareness. Study concluded that devices such as (AIS, RADAR, ARPA and NAVTEX) in addition to TIDE program are important and will be very useful if they are linked with ECDIS and enhance officers' situational awareness.
