Recently, for the first time, the BESIII Collaboration reported the strange hidden charm tetraquark states $Z_{cs}(3985)^-$ in the $K^+$ recoil-mass spectrum near the $D_{s}^{-}D^{*0}/ D_{s}^{*-}D^{0}$ mass thresholds in the processes of $e^{+}e^{-}to K^{+}(D_{s}^{-}D^{*0}+D_{s}^{*-}D^{0})$ at $sqrt{s}=4.681$ GeV. The significance was estimated to be 5.3 $sigma$. We show that the newly observed $Z_{cs}(3985)^-$ state is the $U$-spin partner of $Z_c(3900)^{-}$ as a resonance within coupled-channel calculation in the $text{SU(3)}_F$ symmetry and heavy quark spin symmetry (HQSS). In the $text{SU(3)}_F$ symmetry, we introduce the $G_{U/V}$ parity to construct the flavor wave functions of the $Z_{cs}$ states. In a unified framework, we consider the $J/psipi(K)$, $bar{D}_{(s)}{D}^*/bar{D}_{(s)}^*{D}$ coupled-channel effect with the contact interaction. With the masses and widths of $Z_c(3900)$ and $Z_c(4020)$, we determine all the unknown coupling constants. We obtain mass and width of $Z_{cs}(3985)$ in good agreement with the experimental results, which strongly supports the $Z_{cs}$ states as the $U/V$-spin partner states of the charged $Z_c(3900)$. We also calculate the ratio of the partial decay widths of $Z_{cs}(3985)$, which implies that the $bar{D}_sD^*/bar{D}^*_s D$ decay modes are dominant. We also predict the $Z_{cs}^prime$ states with a mass around $4130$ MeV and width around $30$ MeV, which are the $U/V$-spin partner states of the charged $Z_c(4020)$ and HQSS partner states of the $Z_{cs}(3985)$. In the hidden bottom sector, we predict the strange tetraquark states $Z_{bs}$ and $Z_{bs}^prime$ with a mass around 10700 MeV and 10750 MeV, which are the $U/V$-spin partner states of $Z_{b}(10610)^{pm}$ and $Z_b(10650)^{pm}$, respectively.

Field dependence of the Yukawa coupling in the three flavor quark-meson model 三味夸克-介子模型中汤川耦合的场依赖性

We investigate the renormalization group flow of the field dependent Yukawa coupling in the framework of the three flavor quark--meson model. In a conventional perturbative calculation, given that the field rescaling is trivial, the Yukawa coupling does not get renormalized at the one loop level if it is coupled to an equal number of scalar and pseudoscalar fields. Its field dependent version, however, does flow with respect to the scale. Using the functional renormalization group technique, we show that it is highly nontrivial how to extract the actual flow of the Yukawa coupling as there are several new chirally invariant operators that get generated by quantum fluctuations in the effective action, which need to be distinguished from that of the Yukawa interaction.

In a previous paper, hereafter referred to as I, we have analyzed the 7 TeV LHC data on W + jets events from the standpoint of IR-improved DGLAP parton shower effects, using the IR-improved Herwiri1.031 parton shower MC in comparison with the Herwig6.5 parton shower MC in the context of the exact $O(alpha_s)$ matrix element matched parton shower framework provided by MG5_aMC@NLO. In the current paper, we extend this analysis to the LHC 8 and 13 TeV data to investigate the energy dependence of the results obtained in I. Specifically, W~+ jet events are generated in the MADGRAPH5_aMC@NLO framework and showered by HERWIG6.521 and HERWIRI1.031 with $mathtt{PTRMS}=2.2$ and 0 GeV, respectively. The differential cross sections are reported as functions of jet multiplicity, transverse linear momenta ($P_{T}$), the jet pesudo-rapidity ($eta$) and the scalar sum of jet transverse momenta ($H_{T}$) for different jet multiplicities 1--3. The dijet cross sections as functions of transverse linear momenta, invariant mass of the dijet and the jet separation are shown as well. Distributions of angular correlations between the jets and the muon are examined as well and the corresponding cross sections are presented. The respective measured cross sections are compared with the exact next-to-leading-order (NLO) matrix element matched parton shower theoretical predictions provided by MADGRAPH5_aMC@NLO/HERWIRI1.031~($mathtt{PTRMS}=0)$ and MADGRAPH5_aMC@NLO/HERWIG6.521~($mathtt{PTRMS}=2.2~mathrm{GeV})$ and the phenomenological consequences are discussed with an eye toward their energy dependence.

The contributions of the chiral gauge leptoquarks $V^{L,R}$ induced by the chiral four color quark-lepton symmetry to the branching ratios of $ K_L^0, B^0, B_s to l_1 , l_2 $ decays are calculated and analysed using the general parametrizations of the fermion mixing matrices in the leptoguark currents. From the current experimental data on these decays under assumption $ m_{V^L} ll m_{V^R} $ the lower mass limit $ m_{V^L} cos{gamma_L} > 5.68 ,, mbox{TeV}$ is found, which in particular case of equal gauge coupling constants gives $ m_{V^L} > 8.03 ,, mbox{TeV} $. The branching ratios of the decays under consideration predicted by the chiral gauge leptoquarks are calculated and analysed in dependence on the leptoquark masses and the mixing parameters. It is shown that in consistency with the current experimental data these branching ratios for $ B_s, B^0 to mu e $ decays can be close to their experimental limits and those for $ B_s, B^0 to tau e, tau mu $ decays can be of order of~$10^{-7}$. The calculated branching ratios will be useful in the further experimental searches for these decays.

Reflection identities of harmonic sums and pole decomposition of BFKL eigenvalue 调和和的反射恒等式与BFKL特征值的极点分解

We analyze known results of next-to-next-to-leading(NNLO) singlet BFKL eigenvalue in $N=4$ SYM written in terms of harmonic sums. The nested harmonic sums building known NNLO BFKL eigenvalue for specific values of the conformal spin have poles at negative integers. We sort the harmonic sums according to the complexity with respect to their weight and depth and use their pole decomposition in terms of the reflection identities to find the most complicated terms of NNLO BFKL eigenvalue for an arbitrary value of the conformal spin. The obtained result is compatible with the Bethe-Salpeter approach to the BFKL evolution.

The pentaquark states, $P_{c}(4312)$, $P_{c}(4440)$ and $P_{c}(4457)$, could be nicely arranged into a multiplet of seven molecules of $bar{D}^{(ast)}Sigma_{c}^{(ast)}$ dictated by heavy quark spin symmetry. However, the spins of $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$ are not yet fully determined. In this work we employ the contact-range effective field theory to investigate the $SU(3)$-flavor counterparts of $bar{D}^{(ast)}Sigma_{c}^{(ast)}$, and study the possibility whether their discovery can help determine the spins of $P_c(4457)$ and $P_c(4440)$. We find the existence of a complete hidden charm strange multiplet of $bar{D}^{(ast)}Xi_{c}^{(primeast)}$ molecules irrespective of the spins of $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$. On the other hand, we find that although molecules of $bar{D}^{(ast)}Xi_{c}$ are also likely, depending on the realization of the underlying dynamics, their discovery can be more useful to determine the spins of $P_{c}(4440)$ and $P_{c}(4457)$ and to tell how the heavy quark and light quark interaction depends on the spin of the light quark pair.

Stimulated by the $P_{cs}(4459)$ reported by the LHCb Collaboration, we perform a single $Xi_cbar{D}^*$ channel and a coupled $Xi_cbar{D}^*/Xi_c^*bar{D}/Xi_c^{prime}bar{D}^*/Xi_c^*bar{D}^*$ channel analysis by using a one-boson-exchange model. Our results indicate that the newly $P_{cs}(4459)$ cannot be a pure $Xi_cbar{D}^*$ molecular state, but a coupled $Xi_cbar{D}^*/Xi_c^*bar{D}/Xi_c^{prime}bar{D}^*/Xi_c^*bar{D}^*$ bound state with $I(J^P)=0(3/2^-)$, where the $Xi_cbar{D}^*$ and $Xi_c^*bar{D}$ components are dominant. Meanwhile, we find the interactions from the $Xi_c^{prime}bar{D}^*$ system with $0(1/2^-)$, the $Xi_c^{*}bar{D}$ system with $1(3/2^-)$, and the $Xi_c^{*}bar{D}^*$ system with $1(1/2^-)$ are strongly attractive, where one can expect possible strange hidden-charm molecular or resonant structures near the these thresholds with the assigned quantum numbers.

In this paper, we analyze the doubly heavy spin-3/2--spin-1/2 baryons and light meson vertices within the method of light-cone QCD sum rules. These vertices are parametrized in terms of one (three) coupling constant(s) for the pseudoscalar (vector) mesons. The said coupling constants are calculated for all possible transitions. The results presented here can serve to be useful information in experimental as well as theoretical studies of the properties of doubly heavy baryons.

Suppression of electroweak instanton processes in high-energy collisions 高能碰撞中电弱瞬子过程的抑制

Electroweak instantons are a prediction of the Standard Model and have been studied in great detail in the past although they have not been observed. Earlier calculations of the instanton production cross section at colliders revealed that it was exponentially suppressed at low energies, but may grow large at energies (much) above the sphaleron mass. Such calculations faced difficulty in the breakdown of the instanton perturbation theory in the high-energy regime. In this paper we review the calculation for the electroweak instanton cross section using the optical theorem, including quantum effects arising from interactions in the initial state and show that this leads to an exponential suppression of the cross section at all energies, rendering the process unobservable.

Low energy constraints from absolute neutrino mass observables and lepton flavor violation in left-right symmetric model 绝对中微子质量观测的低能约束和左右对称模型中的轻子风味违逆

We have studied the correlations among the three absolute neutrino mass observables - the effective Majorana mass ($m_{ee}$) which can be obtained from neutrinoless double beta decay, the electron neutrino mass ($m_{beta}$) which is measured in single beta decay experiments and the sum of the light neutrino masses ($Sigma$) which is constrained from cosmological observations, in the context of minimal left-right symmetric model. Two phenomenologically interesting cases of type-I seesaw dominance as well as type-II seesaw dominance have been considered. We have taken into account the independent constraints coming from lepton flavor violation, single $beta$ decay, cosmology and neutrinoless double beta decay and have determined the combined allowed parameter space that can be probed in the future experiments. We have also analyzed the correlations and tensions between the different mass variables. In addition, the constraints on the masses of the heavy particles coming from lepton flavor violation and the bounds on three absolute neutrino mass observables are also determined. We show that these constraints can rule out some of the parameter space which are not probed by the collider experiments.
