Modeling and Optimization of Carbon Dioxide Removal in Packed Bed Column Reactor 填料床塔式反应器去除二氧化碳的建模与优化

Global warming due to greenhouse gases has become a serious global issue. Extensive efforts are being made to fighting this phenomenon through carbon capture as carbon dioxide (CO2) is its major contributor. This study focused on CO2 capture in packed bed column reactor using Poly-(D) glucosamine under the various process parameters such as temperature, feed flow rate and mass of the adsorbent. Statistical design of experiments was carried out in order to analysis the effect process parameters on the capacity of CO2 capture in packed bed column. The obtained results show that feed flow rate has the significant affect compared to others. The maximum of 956 mg of CO2 is captured under the following operating conditions; temperature of 40oC, feed flow rate of 30 ml/min and 0.25 g of the Poly-(D) glucosamine. The ability of Poly-(D) glucosamine to capture the CO2 in packed bed column is confirmed.

A Tracer Study on Business Administration Program Outcomes 工商管理课程成果的追踪研究

Program Outcomes speak to comprehensive explanations that consolidate numerous zones between related information and aptitudes created over the program’s span of broad scope of courses and encounters. This investigation assesses the realization of the Business Administration Program Outcomes for the Year 2015-2019. The respondents were 673 alumni from the University of Cebu- Lapu Lapu and Mandaue. Descriptive survey method was utilized as an examination instrument on snowball sampling. The discoveries uncovered program outcomes that (1) meets the current demand and needs of the industry in the areas of human resource, marketing, accounting, and finance; (2) Communicate and collaborate effectively; and (3) Adhere strictly to professional, ethical standards were realized by the alumni understudies. Program outcomes: (4) Contribute to socio-economic development and environmental sustainability; and (5) Utilizing information technology were less realized. The examination concluded that business management research-based guidelines ought to be actualized and continued. Outcome-Based Teaching and Learning ought to be received to empower understudies to create aptitudes required in the course. Community services spreading business and management development should be adjusted each semester to guarantee maintainability in community vocation programs. Furthermore, Progression of mechanical approach to managing training and learning requests to improved adaption on the new trend and innovations of the money managers and business people.

The Effects of Sodium Hydroxide and Soda AQ Content on Mechanical and Physical Properties of Waste Flax Fibre Pulp Reinforced Polymer Composite Sheet 氢氧化钠和纯碱AQ含量对废亚麻浆增强聚合物复合片材力学和物理性能的影响

The aim of this study is utilized agricultural waste which may be profitable, pollution free and economically viable for the farmer and industries. In this experiment short flax fiber pulp is the natural fiber component chemically treated with alkaline solutions. Six specimens will be prepared in different volume percentage of flax fiber pulp and epoxy resin in order to get more accurate results. In this study it has been aimed to use flax fibres in composite materials and to study the mechanical properties of the produced samples. The mechanical tests results (thickness test, Tensile strength and impact strength tests) and SEM micrographs indicated flax fibres as an alternative natural fibre source for developing reinforced composites for various industries. The content of short flax fiber pulp is varied (35%, 45%, 55%) weight percentage whereas the epoxy resin is varied (50%, 40%, 30%) percentage is kept constant 15% in hardener. All the sample have been tested in universal testing machine as per ASTM standard for tensile strength and impact strength it is observed that composite with 35% flax fiber pulp is having highest tensile strength of 4 mm (4.57 Mpa) and 8 mm (6.04 Mpa). The impact strength of composite with 35% flax fiber pulp was highest than 45% to 55% flax fiber pulp.

ABSTRACT----There are many factors affecting the relationship between entrepreneurship and technology which has not been examined and studied and this has been a daunting problem for researchers in this area. This paper seeks to identify a number of factors that deal with technology and entrepreneurship with a view to understanding the intercorrelation among the identified factors thereby making us to know the intersection between them. It will help provide an overview of the state of the art in terms of technology and offers fresh insights for entrepreneurship policy for technology.

Performance Evaluation of Low-Cost and Real-Time Multi-GNSS Advanced Demonstration Tool for Orbit and Clock Analysis-Precise Point Positioning (MADOCA-PPP) Receiver Systems 用于轨道和时钟分析-精确点定位(MADOCA-PPP)接收机系统的低成本和实时多gnss先进演示工具的性能评估

With Multi-GNSS Advanced Demonstration Tool for Orbit and Clock Analysis (MADOCA), a software estimator of precise satellite information, by JAXA, u-blox C099 ZED-F9P and MSJ-3008-GM4-QZS using MADOCA-PPP can be exploited in GNSS applications that require sub-decimeter accuracy without being costly. To evaluate their performance, convergence time and accuracy of solutions are compared to Trimble NetR9, a survey-grade receiver. Post-processed PPP solutions of ZED-F9P were computed using RTKLIB and real-time PPP was provided by the MSJ-3008-GM4-QZS. Results showed ZED-F9P achieved an RMS of 5.28 cm, 2.89 cm, and 9.55 cm in East, North, and Up directions. This means ZED-F9P can be used in applications requiring below 10 cm accuracy even without base station. MSJ-3008-GM4-QZS obtained an RMS of 10.45 cm, 6.27 cm, and 27.56 cm in the same directions. Unlike ZED-F9P, it achieved above 10 cm accuracy in North and Up directions which is due to large errors from cycle slips and jumps in observations. Interestingly, no fixed solutions were achieved between the 20:00 to 21:00 UTC period, although said receiver was able to receive corrections. However, if the observations after 20:00 UTC were removed, the MSJ-3008-GM4-QZS improved to 7.17 cm, 3.58 cm, and 22.32 cm in the same directions. ABSTRACT---In the last decades, in a large part of developed countries, a strong investment was made in the construction of infrastructures, namely bridges. However, the state of the road bridges changes with age due to several factors, which cause a progressive worsening of their degradation and a consequent decrease in the strength of the structure, if measures are not implemented that somehow cancel or counteract these effects, being of great importance correct management of the conservation status of these works of art.

Design and Development of Can Crushing Machine 罐头破碎机的设计与开发

A can crusher machine is used to crush the cans for storing in bin efficiently. The crushing of cans plays a significant role in economy and ultimately helps to society. The process of cans crushing is also human and environment friendly. From literature studies it was learnt that the existing cans crushing machines are automated and can overcome the limitation of manually crushing but cost of automated cans crushing machine is high. In present study, the can crusher machine is developed economically which is automatic and eco-environment friendly. The experiments were conducted for finding the optimal pressure and force values required for effectively crushing the cans. This work helps to increase the storing capacity of cans for user. Thus, transportation cost reduces significantly due to process improvement efficiency.

A Study on Product Diversification Strategy Adopted by Colgate Contributes to its Brand Loyalty 高露洁产品多元化战略对品牌忠诚度的影响研究

“If people believe they share values with a company, they will stay loyal to the brand.” This statement by Howard Schultz carries profound truth in it. In order for any brand and its products to be successful in the market, they should be able to satisfy their consumers. Customers can be retained only when the company identifies the behavioral purchasing patterns of the consumers in a world constantly stuck among changing trends, technology and lifestyle. The purpose of this research study is to investigate the direct relationship between the unique selling methods adopted by Colgate and their diversification in the products that they offer and their combined effect on brand loyalty. This paper provides a preliminary understanding of the various factors that have contributed to the brand loyalty of Colgate over the decades and why people still continue to trust the brand despite having the discretion to switch to rival brands at almost similar prices. The paper highlights the significance of the effect of brand loyalty on the sale of its products and how by adopting different marketing strategies, brands can retain old customers and attract new ones.

Cloud Based Secured Log Retrieval Using Fully Homomorphic Encryption 使用全同态加密的基于云的安全日志检索

Cloud computing provides a scalable platform for growing amount of data and processes that work on various applications and services by means of on-demand service providing. The storage services offered by clouds have become a new profit growth by providing a comparably cheapest, scalable, location-independent platform for managing users’ data. Client uses the cloud storage and enjoys the high-quality applications and services from a shared pool of configurable computing resources using cloud services. It reduces the trouble of local data storage and maintenance. But it gives severe security threats toward users’ outsourced data. Maintaining the log record securely over extended period is very crucial to the proper functioning of any organization. Log holds the record of system events specially user activities. It is the main target for malicious attackers. An attacker, breaking into a system would not try to leave traces of his or her activities behind. This proposed work mainly concentrates on the problem of log security in cloud computing system and using fully homomorphism encryption algorithm in the cloud computing log data.
