Fatigue Analysis of Engine Blade Structure Considering Thermal Loads 考虑热负荷的发动机叶片结构疲劳分析

Engine turbine blades are subjected to cyclic thermal stress during engine start-up, shutdown and various operating conditions. These thermal loads may generate temperature gradients and tensions inside the blades, which may cause structural fatigue damage and failure, and in severe cases may directly lead to flight accidents. In order to ensure the integrity and reliability of the engine blade structure, the fatigue analysis of the engine blade structure considering thermal stress is of great significance for the safety of aircraft. In this paper, the fatigue life of the engine blade structure is simulated and analysed considering the thermal load. Firstly, the research background and current research status are briefly introduced, and then the relevant theories for fatigue analysis of blade structures are elaborated. Then, a three-dimensional engine blade structure model is built in CATIA software, and it is imported into ANSYS software for thermal stress analysis. On this basis, the thermal fatigue calculation of the blade structure is further done, and the fatigue life of the structure is obtained when the thermal load is considered.

Feature Extraction Based Machine Learning Approach for Bone Cancer Detection 基于特征提取的骨癌检测机器学习方法

Osteosarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bones. Though it can happen in any bone, it commonly happens in long bones like the legs and arms. As a result, early detection and categorization of bone cancers have become critical for treating patients. A wavelet-based segmentation algorithm was utilized in this work to detect bone cancers. The segmented bone cancer components were then processed further for categorization. The enhanced convolutional neural network (ECNN) classification was employed in this investigation to differentiate between benign and malignant bone cancers. Collect multiple photos and use wavelet transform features to extract a trained classifier model. Sensitivity (97%), Specificity (97%), Precision (98%), Accuracy (97.5%), and F1Score (97.5) are the performance metrics for the ECNN deep learning (DL) algorithm. According to the results, ECNN deep learning beats deep learning methods, including SVM, ANN, and RNN. As a result, the ECNN deep learning technology can be used to diagnose bone cancer more accurately. Based on histology pictures, our enhanced model performs at the cutting edge of detecting osteosarcoma cancer.

Design of brake failure control on motorcycle disc brakes through an integrated cooling system 摩托车盘式制动器综合冷却系统制动失效控制设计

The increasing number of traffic accidents is a challenge for driver safety. The biggest factor in traffic accidents in terms of vehicles, one of which is brake failure. The number of cases of failed brakes was 7,083 cases and increased in the following year by 32% or 9,333 cases. The main cause of brake failure is the temperature condition in the brake calipers which overheats, triggering the occurrence of brake vapour lock. So, there is an urgent need for innovative solutions that can overcome the failure of the brakes on motorcycles due to the lack of effectiveness of the cooling system in the callipers. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of E-BRACE (electronic brake cooling control system) in preventing brake failure and to describe the design and innovation of E-BRACE as a technology for controlling brake failure through an integrated cooling system. The research was experimentally carried out with functionality tests to describe the effectiveness of E-BRACE. The test revealed that E-BRACE was very effective in stabilizing the temperature in the 9th to 15th-minute range. The highest E-BRACE effectiveness in the 15th minute is 55 %.

Energy balance of thermal and catalytic degradation processes of plastic waste for producing alternative fuel 塑料废弃物热和催化降解过程的能量平衡,用于生产替代燃料

A simple thermal and catalytic degradation of polyethylene plastic waste has been carried out to produce alternative liquid fuel. Plastic of 1500 grams was pyrolyzed at a specific temperature of 450 °C. The gases were condensed in a water-cooled condenser and collected in a liquid container. Energy balance calculation was done where catalytic cracking with Y zeolite as catalyst seemed to be the best because the generated thermal energy from waste plastic oil was already higher than the required electric energy supplied for the cracking. However, several improvements must always be made in order to save more energy and create the best result for commercialization.

Green-based supplier selection using BWM and VIKOR methods in the Indonesian manufacturing sector 在印尼制造业中使用BWM和VIKOR方法进行绿色供应商选择

The selection of green-based suppliers remains a challenge for manufacturing firms in Indonesia. In today's business landscape, it is crucial to consider green aspects as part of sustainability practices when choosing suppliers. However, there is a limited number of studies providing frameworks for selecting suppliers based on green factors, particularly in developing countries. This study aimed to propose a framework for selecting suppliers using multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) techniques. A case study was conducted in an Indonesian metal manufacturing company that considers carbon reduction and incorporates traditional supplier selection factors such as quality, cost, and capacity. The study integrated two MCDM techniques, namely the best-worst method (BWM) and Višekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR), to evaluate and select green-based suppliers. BWM was employed to determine the weights of the criteria, while VIKOR ranked the suppliers. Seven criteria were identified, including cost (C1), quality (C2), delivery time (C3), technology application (C4), compliance with environmental regulations (C5), green practice certification (C6), and green efforts (C7). Nine suppliers were screened and ranked accordingly. The results indicate that quality, delivery time, and cost are the top three ranked criteria based on their importance. Further, this study includes nine suppliers in which supplier S7 demonstrates the best performance compared to the others. This study highlights that in Indonesia, most organizations tend to prioritize traditional criteria, while green factors are still overlooked. However, the company examined in this study has taken the initiative to include environmental factors in its decision-making process. The findings of this study contribute to the development of a framework for selecting green suppliers in a developing country context.

Evaluation of capacity and number of gates for delays and fuel consumption in the FTSP UII parking area FTSP ii泊车区延误及燃油消耗的容量及门数评估

One of the goals of campus development is to provide more adequate facilities for campus residents. This is caused by the increase in vehicles and a large traffic movement that will result in parking users having difficulty parking and causing congestion. This study was devoted to examining the capacity of the FTSP UII motorcycle parking area. Data in this study was obtained by conducting a survey at the research location. The research results will be obtained by comparing the capacity of the FTSP UII parking area in the existing conditions and the next 5 years as well as comparing the value of fuel consumption. Based on the research that has been carried out, the existing parking lot can still accommodate vehicles. Furthermore, in the next 5 years, the parking lot can no longer accommodate vehicles. In addition, it can be concluded that the addition of parking gates can reduce the queue length by 56%, delay by 19%, and fuel consumption by 19%.

Pattern making in sand casting requires high-level skilled workers since accuracy is the most important concern in producing good quality products. Therefore, conventional pattern-making becomes a major obstacle in developing new products, especially for complicated products as it takes over 70% of the total time in production of the foundry process. This study offers an alternative method in pattern making utilizing 3D technology with the Fuse Deposition Material (FDM) method. It consisted of three steps: planning, production, and evaluation. An intake manifold is an example product that was designed by using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and then imported to a slicer application to obtain the G codes. After the design was printed by using filament of PLA+, it was assembled to create the plate pattern that then was used to produce the intake manifold through casting. The study result shows that the FDM method of the 3D printing technology is feasible for pattern making on sand casting. Deviation and shrinkage of the casting product were still within tolerance. The largest shrinkage is 0.453 mm (1.258%).

Potential Characterization of Bush Mango Oil for Application in Transformer Insulation 灌木芒果油在变压器绝缘中的电位特性

In recent times, the suitability of some oils from edible fruits as a replacement for mineral oils used in transformers has been proven in different literature. The use of edible oils as transformer insulation fluid gives rise to the concept of green insulation in transformers. Research in the use of edible oil in the production of transformer oil has been one of the major researches in high voltage engineering. The existence of paucity of knowledge on the use of bush mango oil as dielectric fluid in transformers led to the idea of this research work. Therefore, this study focuses on the investigation of the suitability of using Irvingia Gabonensis Oil (IGO) for insulation in power transformers. From the series of analyses conducted, it has been established that the Irvingia Gabonensis (Bush Mango) oil is not suitable for transformer insulation oil. This is because the biobased green oil produced presented characteristics that are not suitable to match the standards recommended by the International Electrochemical Commission (IEC) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).

Deep Learning Driven Instinctive Surveillance 深度学习驱动的本能监视

It is a very boring and laborious job providing observation security. In order to determine whether the exercises that were caught were unusual or suspicious, a labour force is needed. Here, we’ll put together a structure to automate the task of reviewing video reconnaissance. We will regularly review the camera feed to look for any unusual activities like surprising or suspicious ones. and an automatic acknowledgment will be sent to the user with an alert email along with the suspicious frames and SMS to mobile number.  Deep learning computations for deep reconnaissance have improved from earlier encounters. These developments have revealed a key pattern in thorough reconnaissance and promise a significant increase in efficacy. Deep observation is typically used for things like identifying evidence of burglary, finding violence, and recognising explosion potential. We will propose a spatio-temporal auto-encoder for this project that relies on a 3D convolutional brain structure. The decoder then reproduces the edges after the encoder section has removed the spatial and transient data. By recording the recreation misfortune using the Euclidean distance between the original and replicated batch, the odd occurrences are distinguished.

The Indian economy has always been based primarily on agriculture. The industry has met the entire nation’s food consumption needs while ranking among the top exporters of agricultural products worldwide. Although this industry has faced its fair share of difficulties lately, few of them are as pressing as they were before Covid-19’s limits on local and international travel. Agriculture and farming enterprises have an opportunity to expand as more people become aware of the value of wholesome food and the reasons why terms like “organic” actually matter. Online marketing is a simple way to improve sales, brand awareness, and market share in the farming and agricultural sectors. One of the most significant factors that makes websites useful is that unlike in the past, this growth is enabling business owners and farmers to specify how they must operate. But because of the shortage of labour caused by the reverse labour migration, which hindered harvesting, farmers need a strategy to boost production. Farmers must grow the appropriate crops and apply the appropriate fertilisers in order to maintain a constant output. Many farmers plant crops that are inappropriate for a particular piece of land because they are unaware of this, wasting a tonne of time and resources. Farmers can therefore use web tools to help them find the best crop to cultivate on their land in order to overcome this dilemma.
