Fatores de risco de baixo peso ao nascer: 低出生体重的危险因素:

O peso ao nascer é um marcador das condições intrauterinas e é o fator de maior influência na saúde e sobrevivência da criança recém-nascida. O objetivo foi analisar os fatores socioeconômicos, demográficos e clínicos associados ao baixo peso ao nascer. É um estudo ecológico de múltiplos grupos e analítico, tendo como unidade de estudo os nascidos vivos de mães residentes de Vitória de Santo Antão, Pernambuco, no período de 2006 a 2014. A fonte de dados foi o Sistema de Informações sobre Nascidos Vivos (SINASC) de domínio público. O processamento do registro de 18.860 declarações de nascidos vivos foi através de tabulações no Tabnet e planilhas eletrônicas, analisados pelo Bioestat versão 5.3. Os principais resultados expressaram que a proporção média anual de baixo peso ao nascer foi 7,3% (7,2%-7,4%) sem tendência de crescimento. Os fatores com fortes associações estatísticas com o baixo peso ao nascer foram: sexo feminino, mães adolescentes e com mais 35 anos e baixa escolaridade, gravidez gemelar, índice baixo Apgar no 1º e 5º minuto, parto cesárea, prematuridade e realização de menos de sete consultas pré-natal. Aponta-se para a importância do investimento na Estratégia de Saúde da Família, focando cuidados durante o pré-natal para que possam contribuir na redução da incidência das gestações de risco ou que minimizem os efeitos deletérios dos problemas surgidos durante a gestação, como forma de reduzir a magnitude desse importante evento de saúde pública.

Trauma automobilistico e uma questao de grande importância no contexto da saude publica brasileira, em decorrencia de sua elevada morbimortalidade. O presente relato descreve o caso de um paciente atendido no Hospital da Restauracao, com quadro de episodios emeticos, diminuicao do nivel de consciencia e cefaleia holocraniana. Houve relato de envolvimento em acidente automobilistico um mes antes do quadro. A tomografia computadorizada (TC) evidenciou hematoma subdural cronico direito com grande desvio de linha media. O tratamento realizado foi a drenagem por trepanacao. Paciente evoluiu com melhora do estado geral todavia com sequela de hemiparesia a esquerda.

O novo coronavírus vem afetando inúmeros setores, modificando nossas formas de interação e, no caso da educação formal, promove desconstruções sobre o processo ensino-aprendizagem, exigindo mudanças na metodologia. O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir sobre alguns dos desafios do ensino remoto e das metodologias ativas nos cursos de medicina na atual pandemia da Covid-19, adotados como estratégia para manutenção das aulas. Considerando as metodologias ativas, quais desafios docentes e discentes têm enfrentado no processo ensino-aprendizagem na medicina? Propomos instaurar o diálogo.

Mixoma atrial esquerdo cursando com estenose mitral funcional: 左心房粘液瘤伴功能性二尖瓣狭窄:

Tumores intracardíacos primários são entidades raras, dentre eles o mixoma é o mais comum. O mixoma cardíaco pode se apresentar com manifestações constitucionais, embólicas ou obstrutivas. Um caso de mixoma atrial esquerdo é descrito em homem de 68 anos de idade, que apresentou como queixas dispneia aos esforços moderados e tosse seca iniciadas há 6 meses, progredindo com dispneia ao repouso, dispneia paroxística noturna e ortopneia. Ao ecocardiograma foi visualizado grande massa ocluindo a valva mitral e hipertensão arterial pulmonar importante. O tratamento para o caso foi a ressecção cirúrgica, com evolução satisfatória e estável.

Analisis perbandingan pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap loyalitas pelanggan coffee shop di Bandung 比较atmosphere商店对万隆咖啡店顾客忠诚的影响

Nowadays, increasing in the Indonesia coffee industry, especially in Bandung city, is more interesting to be researched more deeply. This research was conducted to determine store atmosphere and customer loyalty at coffee shops in Bandung city, how much impact it has, also there is a difference in customer loyalty at coffee shops in Bandung city. In this research, researchers use a quantitative method, with the type of research is descriptive-causality. Sampling was used non-probability method, with purposive sampling type, by 20 respondents in each of the five coffee shops. By using descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA methods, the results show that store atmospheres significantly affect customer loyalty at coffee shops. Besides that, this research found that store atmospheres have an effect of 38,8% on customer loyalty and other factors that do not in this research effect of 61,2%. This research also shows that there is no difference in customer loyalty at coffee shops. Researchers concluded that store atmosphere and customer loyalty at these five coffee shops in Bandung, already included in the excellent category. However, these five coffee shops need to lead a different uniqueness from the side of store atmospheres. This matter is necessary, so customers feel a different store atmosphere from others, thus becomes the uniqueness of coffee shops. This research expects to provide input for five coffee shops that researched and coffee shop entrepreneurs, as well as being information for further study.

This research is motivated by the high turnover among Y and Z generation caused by the level of. work stress caused by workload and unclear work procedures. This study aimed to determine job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. This study used quantitative methods with full sampling and respondents as many as 65 employees. The data analysis technique was performed using SEM test with WarpPLS 7.0 software. Based on the test, results showed that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction is evident to be intervening variable.

Currently the world has entered globalization where this has led to many changes that have occurred in the aspect of life where competition in the industrial world is also getting tougher. Patene Restaurant in Makassar is a restaurant where you can feel the competition that is happening in the world today. This study analyzes the effect of relationship marketing input, namely understanding customer expectations, building service partnerships, and total quality management on the loyalty of consumers at Patene Restaurant in Makassar. The number of respondents was 211 respondents where the respondents filled out the questionnaire distributed by the researcher. This study found that the relationship marketing input applied by Patene Restaurant in Makassar has a significant effect on consumer loyalty at Patene Restaurant.

Peran ecolabel awareness dan green perceived quality pada purchase intention 良好的生态标签意识、绿色感知质量和购买意愿

Global market recently tend to be concerning about green market with green product. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of ecolabel awareness and green perceived quality on purchase intention. This research used probability sampling technique method with random sampling procedure but based on gender (female respondent), to represent all respondent that used green cosmetic product in Bandar Lampung. It was designed from three variabels using a Likert scale. It used SmartPLS 3.0 to analyze data. The finding of this study reveals that ecolabel awareness has positive but no significant direct effect on purchase intention, whereas green perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.
近年来,全球市场开始关注绿色产品的绿色市场。本文旨在分析生态标签意识和绿色感知质量对购买意愿的影响。本研究采用随机抽样的概率抽样技术方法,以性别(女性受访者)为基础,代表班达尔楠榜所有使用绿色化妆品的受访者。它是使用Likert量表由三个变量设计的。它使用SmartPLS 3.0来分析数据。本研究发现,生态标签意识对购买意愿有积极但不显著的直接影响,而绿色感知质量对购买意愿则有积极且显著的影响。

Brand loyalty as mediator of brand image-repurchase intention relationship of premium-priced, high-tech product in Indonesia 品牌忠诚度是印尼高价高科技产品品牌形象回购意向关系的中介

This research aims to examine whether there is a mediating role of brand loyalty in the relationship between brand image and repurchase intention of premium-priced, high-tech product in Indonesia. We chose Apple brand in this research through a preliminary study involving 50 respondents. From the self-administered survey, we concluded Apple were perceived as the premiumpriced, high-tech product. After the preliminary study, we collected 210 users of Apple products to participate in our research. Hypotheses testing were done using linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics version 24 and Hayes’ Macro Process version 3.3 model 4. Research findings show that all hypotheses were supported by the data, brand image significantly and positively influences repurchase intention and brand loyalty mediates the influence of brand image on repurchase intention. Research implications are discussed further in this article.
