Evaluation of modern technology on human resources management and sustainable development in Pharma industries 现代技术对医药行业人力资源管理和可持续发展的评价

The essential purpose of this research study is to determine the impact of modern technology on human resources management and sustainable development in pharma industries. This research study is based on primary data analysis for measuring data to develop different questions related to modern technology and human resource management also sustainability development in pharma industries. To determine the research data used, smart PLS software generates different results such as smart PLS Algorithm, R square, F square, the discriminant validity, reliability, and presents the total effect between independent and dependent indicators. According to the overall research study, modern technology includes custom software development, virtual reality, and augmented reality. These are all considered independent variables. Human resource management is the main dependent variable. It includes training management, organizational change management, and performance management; these are sub-parts of dependent variables. Sustainable development is another dependent variable its presents the effect of modern technology. According to the overall research study, the result found that human resource management shows a positive and significant effect with modern technology. Virtual reality and augmented reality are directly related to human resource management and organizational performance.

Evaluation of Improvement in urban health through digital innovation 通过数字创新改善城市健康的评估

The application of digital innovation in urban areas is becoming increasingly prevalent. Digital innovation provides the opportunity for health improvements as a result of greater exposure to health information and knowledge through social media, apps and other mediums. For this reason, it is important to evaluate whether or not digital innovation in urban areas has led to better health outcomes. Studies have found that ,it may be linked to reduced obesity rates because there are applications that promote healthy food choices and exercise routines. However, there is not enough data on the long-term effects of these innovations so far. Although there may be some benefits of increased accessibility to health information through digital means, without proper assessment and evaluation, more problems can arise as a result of unbalanced interventions.

Research on the application of information technology in the pharmaceutical sector 信息技术在制药行业的应用研究

The basic purpose of this research study determines the research on the application of information technology in pharmaceutical sectors. This research study was conducted in the US pharmaceutical sectors. The research study is based on primary data analysis; these data were collected from different pharmaceutical sectors. Information technology is an independent variable, and pharmaceutical sectors, including organization performance, industrial innovation and production, and supply chain management, are all considered dependent variables. The research study used smart PLS software and presented different results, including composite reliability, validity analysis, R square values, indicators correlations, significant analysis, and the smart PLS Algorithm model. Overall results found that information technology plays a vital role in the pharmaceutical sector and presents that significant analysis with each other. In addition, the organization's performance shows a positive and significant relationship. Supply chain management also directly relates to industrial innovation, and production significantly affects industrial sectors.

Design method of intangible cultural creative products based on pharma Industries Ethics Education among Educators 基于医药产业伦理教育的非物质文化创意产品设计方法

In order to solve the problem of low image fusion caused by the high cost of clustering calculation in the design of intangible cultural creative products, a design method for intangible cultural creative products based on AI painting generation is proposed for pharma companies. The intangible cultural heritage image is extracted and segmented. The image is divided into different regions according to the gray level of pixels, and the edge detection algorithm of images in different regions of the product is designed to make the region near the picture more fit. The fusion image of intangible cultural heritage features is generated based on AI paintings, so as to reduce the cost of clustering calculation and complete the splicing of artistic style. Build the design model of intangible cultural creative products, combine the design creativity, and realize the mutual integration of intangible culture and products. Construct four image sample sets of scenic spots and historic sites, religious beliefs, festival folk customs and handmade, and test the fusion degree. Taking the festival folk custom image set as an example, the average fusion degree of this method is 0.773, which is 0.133 and 0.145 higher than the comparison method based on convolutional neural network and machine learning, respectively. Therefore, it has good application effect.

Modernization of national governance system and Entrepreneurial Orientation for the use of information-sharing platform 国家治理体系现代化与信息共享平台的创业导向

The article discusses the leading modernization of the national governance system and entrepreneurial orientation for the use of the information-sharing platform, mainly discussing the importance, necessity, and opportunities for application. The article is based on the author's academic research of the national governance system and information-sharing platform, which demonstrates that modernization takes place on three levels, i.e., national level, administrative level, and organizational level. The national level shows that this issue is about the government's function of managing civil affairs, which has been gradually changing from focusing on security to emphasizing human rights; it also shows that during this process, as before, human rights and civil affairs are inseparable. The administrative level shows that China's current approach to modernization is based on "going out" from the center and "in" from the periphery because local governments are encouraged to become their own driving force for development. The experimental results show that the information sharing coverage of the design platform is significantly higher than that of the control group, which can solve the problem of low information sharing coverage of the traditional platform.

Application of wireless network communication technology in interior decoration system and Commercialization of hospital buildings 无线网络通信技术在医院建筑室内装饰系统及商业化中的应用

In view of the low accuracy of signal perception caused by unbalanced task allocation of high-rise hospital building interior decoration system, a high-rise building interior decoration system is designed based on wireless network communication technology. Hardware part: the terminal node based on STM32 MCU is connected with the environment sensor, and the BC35-GNB-IOT communication module is set to ensure the anti-interference of the link. In the software part, the angular power spectrum is used to establish the indoor communication scene classification model of high-rise hospital buildings, the task is divided into several sub-tasks according to the time complexity, and the wireless network is used to realize the dynamic scheduling of tasks. The indoor environment sensing algorithm is designed to detect the performance of cyclostationary signals. It shows that the sensing accuracy of the system designed in this paper is higher than that of the system without a wireless network, which has good robustness and can improve the service quality of indoor environmental monitoring.

Design and implementation of administration system based on BP structure of pharma companies 基于BP结构的制药企业管理系统的设计与实现

In order to solve the problems of current enterprise administrative management information, poor administrative information management instructions in the process of enterprise operation of pharma companies, resulting in unclear rights and responsibilities and poor communication between departments, this paper analyzes and studies the management of modern enterprise administrative system of pharma companies, and puts forward the design of administrative management system based on BP structure, combined with the relevant theories of BP structure and lean management thought, Uniformly process the enterprise administrative management system information, optimize the system hardware structure and software functions by using the B / S framework, simplify the processing steps of massive administrative management information, plan the rights and responsibilities of each department, and clarify the content of the enterprise administrative management target set, so as to improve the system operation efficiency in pharma companies. Ensure the lean management effect of the implementation of a modern enterprise administrative system. The implementation results show that the design and implementation of the administrative management system based on the BP structure has high application value in the process of practical application, and fully meets the research requirements.

Determination of the impact of information technology on the field of finance as well as accounting is the main aim of this research. The study in this research paper is based on secondary data analysis; this study was conducted in Pakistan to gather the research data using different websites including world development indicators and used financial reports of health sector companies. Information technology is the main independent variable; it includes scientific practices, business practices, and cultural practices; these are all independent variables. The accounting and finance included return on assets, return on equity, monitory unit policy, revenue remuneration, commercial mortgage, invoice financing, and pension-led funding. These are all considered dependent variables. Therefore, the technology that is playing a vital role in accounting and finance departments is information technology.

Cognitive Radio Spectrum Allocation Based on IOT and genetic algorithm 基于物联网和遗传算法的认知无线电频谱分配

This paper presents an overview of Cognitive Radio Spectrum Allocation Based on IoT and Genetic Algorithm (CRSAA). CRSAA was created to solve the problem of spectrum allocation in Cognitive Radio Networks (CRN). The main focus is on how to allocate cognitive radios based on IoT services. CRSAA introduces a novel Genetic Algorithm (GA) and an Internet of Things (IoT) system. GA is the core algorithm that deals with the task of how to allocate spectrum channels. A theoretical model shows that CRSAA can improve the total throughput and reduce the power consumption of CRN by 50% when compared to traditional Spectrum Sensing techniques. The traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved, and the initial population is constructed by chaotic logic mapping so that the population is uniformly distributed in the solution space. Due to the introduction of the idea of particle mutation, the new algorithm is easier to fall into the local extremum than the original algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm can quickly converge to the spectrum allocation of cognitive radio, thus obtaining better overall benefits.

In order to study the design and implementation of construction project management system-related issues. This paper designs the construction project schedule optimization system based on a hybrid genetic algorithm analyzes the requirements of the design project management system with modern system management means, constructs the system B / S structure, improves the system design function, and ensures that the construction project management system can be optimized. The design of a construction project management system can be applied in practice to realize the scientific management of engineering construction, which can not only improve the efficiency of engineering construction, but also greatly reduce the cost of project management, improve the level of engineering construction project management, and play an important role. The conclusion proves that the construction project schedule optimization system based on a hybrid genetic algorithm can effectively avoid the shortcomings of the current construction project management, improve the project management efficiency, and play a positive application value
