In order to better respond to the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction and achieve the goal of product recycling and remanufacturing, a design method of recycling and remanufacturing sharing information platform based on speech recognition technology is proposed. Based on speech recognition technology, the service cycle of remanufactured products is investigated, and the structure and model of sharing information platform are constructed, so as to better improve the efficiency of the platform. Finally, the experiment proves that the recycling and remanufacturing sharing information platform based on speech recognition technology has higher effectiveness and practicability in the practical application process, and fully meets the research requirements.

Urban environmental satisfaction has increasingly become an important indicator to measure people's livelihood. Residents' satisfaction with urban environment involves many variables related to social stratification. In order to better improve the living value of residents and ensure the health of urban environment, this paper optimizes the evaluation method of urban living environment satisfaction combined with speech recognition technology, and discusses the influence of residents on urban environment satisfaction. The results show that the evaluation method has high accuracy and practical application value. In order to minimize the redundancy of speech decoding and realize the reliable transmission of speech data files, a speech coding method based on nonlinear system theory is proposed. Through pitch extraction, the residual harmonic spectrum condition of speech data information is calculated, and then combined with error correction coding technology, the speech feature analysis based on nonlinear system theory is realized. On this basis, the full search vector quantizer is set to suppress the noise parameters. According to the synthesis standard of speech coding information, the smooth application of speech coding technology based on nonlinear system theory is realized. The experimental results shows that, compared with MELP coding principle, the above coding technology can fully reduce the decoding redundancy level of voice information, realize the synchronous transmission of serial and parallel voice information, and better guarantee the reliable transmission environment of voice data files.
