A Review-Efficiency of Energy Clustering and Routing in Wireless Sensor Networks 无线传感器网络能量聚类和路由效率研究进展

Clustering calculations are acquired widely connected, for energy protection in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The assumption of an essential job with further depletion of energy rapidly other than any parts of nodes in case of clustered WSNs, Cluster Heads (CHs). Various systems to streamline CH choice and cluster arrangement amid the set-up stage acquire the advanced for expanding the steady activity time of the network until the point that any node drains its energy. In wireless sensor networks, the sensor nodes transmission is greatly control obliged, so boosting the duration of the whole networks are basically considered in the plan. An energy productive clustering calculation with the ideal specification is intended for lessening the energy utilization and drawing out the framework duration. This paper reveals the comparison of existing methods in wireless sensor network for prolonging network duration as well as energy efficiency.

Effect of Atmospheric Contamination in the Application of Pigments in the Food Industry of Mexicali 大气污染对墨西卡利色素在食品工业中应用的影响

The use of pigments in the food industry has been of great importance in the last thirty years, to obtain better benefits in the process of commercialization of food products. The pigments are developed for a large amount of food, based on characteristics of the application methods. In addition, climatic conditions are considered in the storage and manufacturing processes, as well as the types of food and packaging that identify them. This is done with the aim of obtaining a good appearance, and being an attractive product for food consumers. Sometimes the pigments do not have good adherence and based on that, a study is carried out on pigments that lost their coloring properties quickly, as well as the foods in which they adhered. Correlations of air pollution were developed, observing the effect of Relative Humidity (RH) levels and temperatures higher than 80% and 40°C in the summer season, mainly in the months of July and August in the city of Mexicali. Food with defective levels of pigmentation must have been returned to manufacturing processes or be offered as food for pigs at a much lower cost than commercialized, causing economic losses for the company. The descriptive analysis was with the Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) technique.

The purpose of this paper is to elaborate different methods and techniques used by various researchers as a scientist or engineers for the decrement of the effect of geometric parameters (offset magnitude ec and angular location vector λc ) on different machining parameters (cutting forces, high tool wear and etc.), cutting tools geometry, work piece material and etc. As three axis or five axis milling machine is used in different areas such as in mechanical, civil, aeronautical engineering fields and etc. for the machining of parts where we can’t make compromises in terms of dimensional accuracy such as for jet parts, automobile parts and etc. where highly qualified surface finished products were required. So it is very important to study all the aspects which create problems in the way of destination and do trial through different technical techniques along with the best decision in terms of selecting different cutting parameters (axial and radial depth of cut, feed rate and etc.), creation of mathematical models for cutting forces and etc. Presence of eccentricity or run out characteristics in between spindle and tool or tool and work piece creates uncompromising situations so it should be considered.

Physics-Based Modeling of Selective Catalytic Reduction System and Corresponding Reduced Order Dynamics 选择性催化还原系统的物理建模及相应的降阶动力学

This paper focuses on developing the physics-based model of the SCR system. Through the use of first principles, governing equations of the SCR physics-based model are achieved. The SCR system is modeled in a series of segments. The main reactions are ammonia adsorption, desorption, reduction, and ammonia oxidation. The resulting non-linear partial differential equations are discretized and linearized to obtain a state space model. The model is extended to a sufficiently large order to achieve accuracy. The developed model is analyzed and the system dynamics are studied, validated using simulation studies of a Urea-SCR system. In addition, reduced order dynamics of the SCR system are also analyzed in this paper.

Development and Performance Evaluation of a Novel Fire Detection and Extinguishing system: Towards Industrial Automation 面向工业自动化的新型火灾探测与灭火系统的开发与性能评价

Fire accidents are causing a huge human death as well as economic losses throughout the world every year. But a novel fire detection and extinguishing system could reduce these losses to a great extent. We are proposing a cost effective and yet very efficient system which has been developed in our laboratory and evaluated while in operation. Our system consists of two units: detection unit and extinguishing unit. For detection purposes we used smoke, IR and temperature sensors. While for extinguishing purposes we used both foam and water. We used a PC to process and control our system through LabVIEW software of National Instrument, USA. The detection unit will send signal through a wireless module to PC if fire is detected. Then PC (LabVIEW) will process the signal and using relay module first of all the electric power and gas lines will be turned off. The extinguishing unit will then release foam or water to extinguish the fire. The system will send SMS to the predefined numbers using GSM module. Our system is location independent as it uses GSM and can be operated from remote location using wireless module. After performance evaluation it was found to be fast and reliable.

Estimation of Bubble Fusion Requirements during High-Pressure, High- Temperature Cavitation 高压、高温空化过程中气泡融合要求的估计

In this work, the cavitation conditions at high temperatures and pressures in acetone containing deuterium were numerically estimated based on multifunction cavitation in conjunction with large microjets. The predicted bubble shrinkage velocity of 1.114 × 103 km/s satisfies the requirement for bubble fusion, which requires a shrinkage velocity greater than 1.00 × 103 km/s. The internal pressure and temperature of a bubble were found to drastically increase to 7.26 × 108 bar and 6.8 × 108°C, respectively, as the bubble radius shrinks from 100 to 0.1 μm. This temperature is sufficient for bubble fusion, which requires a temperature above 1.0 × 108°C. These results suggest that multifunction cavitation may be capable of generating bubble fusion.

Comparison of Artificial Neural Network and Regression Approaches for Evaluation of Hydrodynamic Performance of Quarter Circular Break Water 人工神经网络与回归方法在四分之一圆破口水动力特性评价中的比较

Quarter-circle Break Water (QBW) is a modified semi-circular breakwater, which are similar to caisson consists of a quarter circular surface facing incident waves, with horizontal bottom and a rear vertical wall and are generally placed on a rubble mound foundation. QBW may be constructed as emerged with and without perforations that may be one side or on either sides. By these perforations, the energy is dissipated owing to the formation of eddies and turbulence is created inside the hollow chamber. In this paper, the data collected from the experimental work carried out at National Institute of Technology, Surathkal is analysed by plotting the non-dimensional graphs of reflection coefficient, reflected wave height and incident wave height for various values of wave steepness. These values are used for prediction of QBW adopting Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Regression (REG) approaches. In ANN, Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) and Radial Basis Function networks are considered for training the network data. Goodness-of-Fit (GoF) test viz., Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic and Model Performance Analysis (MPA) viz., correlation coefficient, mean absolute error and model efficiency are applied for checking the adequacy of ANN and REG approaches to the observed data. The results of GoF test and MPA indicates the MLP is better suited for evaluation of hydrodynamic performance of QBW.

In this paper, the data collected from the experimental work carried out at National Institute of Technology, Surathkal is analysed by plotting the non-dimensional graphs of reflection coefficient, reflected wave height and incident wave height for various values of wave steepness. These values are used for prediction of QBW adopting Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Regression (REG) approaches. In ANN, Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) and Radial Basis Function networks are considered for training the network data. Goodness-of-Fit (GoF) test viz., Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic and Model Performance Analysis (MPA) viz., correlation coefficient, mean absolute error and model efficiency are applied for checking the adequacy of ANN and REG approaches to the observed data. Effect of Damp Heat on the Performance Degradation of Flexible CIGS Photovoltaic Modules 湿热对柔性CIGS光伏组件性能退化的影响

The performance degradation of flexible CIGS photovoltaic modules was studied under damp heat stress condition. For the fabrication of modules, two different types of modules were fabricated using different number of lamination sheet; one on top of back sheet; the other underneath of front sheet. The effects of heat and moisture stresses on the flexible CIGS photovoltaic modules were systematically investigated in non-destructive fashion using electroluminescence and insulation resistance. It was found that the moisture attack on the cell was the major factor lowering the Pmax with exposure time during the damp heat tests, which was confirmed by the decrease in the resistance with the insulation resistance tests as well as the increase in the damaged area of cells with the electroluminescence tests.

The research aims to conduct the hydrological analysis of AL-Samawah desert using GIS and digital satellite images from DEM, as the AL-Samawah desert is the largest area in Al-Muthanna Governorate, Because of the urgent need for other sources of potable water and agriculture. The available resources are inadequate. The importance of research in the study of water basins available in the desert of AL-Samawah and using GIS technology because it is easy and inexpensive scientific methods compared studies used and the basins in the apparent AL-Samawah is one of the main sources for the collection of ground water and rain water and therefore can from ground water for drinking purposes or agriculture to encourage people to exploit them optimally.

Design and Optimization of Loop Layout in Flexible Manufacturing System using Particle Swarm Optimization 基于粒子群算法的柔性制造系统回路布局设计与优化

To design any manufacturing setup we need to focus on design of facility layout and it has a huge impact on the performance of the manufacturing system. so the Optimum arrangement of layout is important in order to achieve high productivity in flexible manufacturing system (FMS). The objective of the loop layout problem is the determination of the ordering of machines around a loop, to minimize the total number of loop traversals for a family of parts. The problem we address is to design the layout of the system so that the number of machines that the part types cross in their manufacturing process is minimized. We formulate the problem mathematically and solve it by a meta-heuristics that obtains consistently better results than an earlier popular method. Since, optimum arrangements of layout is a combinatorial problem so finding the best combination out of millions of combinations is a challenging task and can't be solve using conventional techniques. Therefore, this paper details the design, development and testing of particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique to solve the loop layout problem. The proposed method is validated with bench mark problems. Here PSO algorithm is proposed for obtaining the optimal solution of unidirectional loop layout design problem of various FMS models.
