A rescue program was made to save orchid plants in Selangit Village by initiating and involving the community. This activity began in 2017 and now, more than 250 species of orchid plants have been successfully rescued. The decline of some species of orchid plants are due to many factors, such as the endemic nature, forest fire, illegal logging, and illegal sales by collector can be an accelerator of their extinction. This activity can be a trigger to increase insight and ideas for the government and local community in developing natural areas. Working together between PT. Pertamina EP Pendopo Field and South Sumatera Natural Resources Conservation Center to build the Selangit Greenhouse aims to save orchid plants and can be an education facility for educators and learners. Next, this program advised to development of tourist village destinations by increasing training and promotion activities of flora tourism activities, and can be sustainable social activity in rescuing orchids and rare plants in Selangit village.

The growth of the manufacturing sector in Indonesia has slowed down due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, which has led to a decrease in the production volume of companies. This impact needs to be reassessed by each company, and one way to address it is by continuously improving company productivity. PT X is one of the companies in the manufacturing sector that has a program to continuously enhance its productivity, with its production result being pianos. This study focuses on the performance of operators in a specific production area that has consistently not met the company's productivity target over a period. The objective is to determine the effectiveness of the operators in that area using the Overall Labor Effectiveness (OLE) method. Subsequently, the obtained OLE results will be analyzed using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method, and improvement proposals will be provided, supported by the House of Quality (HOQ) method and previous literature. The research results indicate issues in one of the OLE variables, namely the performance ratio. Root cause analysis was conducted to identify the underlying issues, assisted by brainstorming tools, the 5-why method, and a fishbone diagram. This analysis revealed three main problems. Furthermore, two design proposals were formulated using the HOQ framework, and an additional proposal was based on previous research findings.

This study aims to describe and map the differences in ethnobotany of residential gardens with cases of stunting and without stunting. This research is both quantitative and qualitative. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews and field observations at 20 points of the squared plot of vegetation observations which also became a source of information. The data obtained was then analyzed for vegetation using the Shannon-Wiener index method and the use value of species. The results showed that there were differences in preferences for the use of plants in local community settlements with cases of stunting and non-stunting. Utilization of plants with the highest UVs were in settlements with cases of stunting, namely Zingiber officinale, Pandanus amaryllifolius and Amorphophallus muelleri, while in the yards without stunting cases were Actinocarpus commansi Blanco, Magnolia acuminata (L.) , Moringa olefira Lam, and Artocarpus altilis (Parkison ex F.A.Zorn) Fosberg. Communities in settlements without stunting cases consume intensely sources of food from their garden plots, while people in settlements with stunting cases do not. In particular, Moringa plants are only found in residential yard gardens without stunting and are not found in settlements with stunting cases.

Traditional rituals were part of the daily life of the Minangkabau and Mentawai indigenous peoples in the past. Since the arrival of Islam, the understanding that has developed in Minangkabau society is "adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi Kitabullah", which means that adat refers to Shari'a, Shari'a refers to the Koran. Halal branding has become a framework for developing tourism in West Sumatra which has resulted in tensions with the indigenous Mentawai people who do not adhere to Islam. The Festival Ritual Nagari raised in this thesis raises both rituals from the culture of the Minangkabau and Mentawai indigenous peoples. This thesis discusses the festivalization of traditional rituals carried out in the city of Padang Panjang, West Sumatra. This research aims to enrich cultural tourism attractions that are inclusive of Mentawai traditional culture so as to achieve the common goal of increasing visitors to West Sumatra. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner with cultural thematic analysis methods. In-depth interviews were conducted with stakeholders involved in developing the traditional ritual festival in Padang Panjang. The results of this study indicate that the development of traditional rituals as a cultural tourism attraction requires a development model so that the ritual festivals carried out can be sustainable. This study shows that the collaboration of stakeholders greatly influences the continuity of traditional ritual festivals. In addition to the development model, an event management flow chart for the Festival Ritual Nagari 2 and the 2023-2026 Nagari Festival Ritual event calendar were also found. The active collaboration of all stakeholders is suggested so that the Festival Ritual Nagari can be carried out continuously in the future. The establishment of regulations regarding the festival of traditional rituals is needed because it does not only function as a cultural tourism attraction but also cultural diplomacy.

The prevalence of smokers in Indonesia is more than 25% of the total population. Cigarette smoke contains numerous free radicals that trigger the formation and increase of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) within the body, leading to inflammation and cytokine production. Green tea contains catechins known for their potent antioxidant properties. This study aims to assess the levels of Interleukin 6 and Interleukin 10 in rats exposed to cigarette smoke. The research method used was the post-test only control group design, involving 24 male Wistar rats divided into 4 groups: Normal group (N), Control - (Cigarette Smoke), Control + (Cigarette Smoke + 1.44 mg/day Vitamin E), P. (Cigarette Smoke + 3.6 ml Green Tea Infusion). Interleukin 6 and Interleukin 10 levels were measured after 14 days of treatment. Data were analyzed using One Way Anova. The mean IL-6 level in the Control (-) group was the highest (141.75±6.24 pg/ml), while the Sham group had the lowest (73.58 ± 4.57 pg/ml) IL-6 level. One Way Anova results showed a p-value of <0.001 for both IL-6 and IL-10 levels, indicating a significant difference among the four groups. Post Hoc LSD test results indicated that the IL-6 levels in the K(+) group were relatively similar to the IL-6 levels in the P group (p=0.172). Post Hoc LSD test results for IL-10 levels between the two groups were all significant, with a p-value of <0.001. The administration of green tea infusion was shown to affect the Interleukin 6 levels, while green tea infusion did not have a significant impact on Interleukin 10 levels in white rats exposed to cigarette smoke.

Realizing the legality of ownership of arable land can be obtained by the community by carrying out land registration referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs dated February 9, 1999 Number 3 of 1999 concerning Delegation of Authority for Granting and Cancellation of Decisions on State Land Rights continued with the PMNA/Head. BPN Number 4 of 1998 jo. KMNA/Ka.BPN Number 6 of 1998 concerning Guidelines for Determining income in the Granting of State Land Rights. Settlement of disputes over the ownership of arable land in Bogor Regency can be carried out through litigation or outside of litigation and in the case of arable land disputes in Bogor it can be resolved through peace through mediation. It is suggested that the government should schedule counseling on the legality of land ownership to the public so that ordinary people understand the legality process so that the community's economic level is stable and even becomes strong.

This research was conducted on the tea plant which has the scientific name Camelia Sinesis L at the Tambi Plantation Unit (UP) located in Tambi Village, Kejajar District, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soil nutrients and the year of cut on the quality of tea leaves at UP Tambi. The flow of thought in this research, where after taking soil samples and leaf samples at the Tambi Wonosobo Tea Plantation Unit with the 4th cutting year (2018) and the 2nd cutting year (2021) then proceed with laboratory testing to determine nutrient content soil and substance content of tea leaves to measure the quality of tea plants. The sample for this study was taken using the instant sample method (Grab Sample), where the samples were taken directly from the soil body at a predetermined location with a depth of 20 cm from the soil surface, while the leaf sampling also used the Grab Sample method. The results of this study showed that the Correlation Test found that the content of Polyphenols, Catechins (EGCG), Flavonoids, and Caffein was influenced by soil nutrients pH, C org, N, available P2O5, P2O5, K2O, CaO, Ca, and Mg, meaning that there the effect of soil nutrients on the quality of tea leaves in the Tambi Plantation Unit (UP), Furthermore, there was no effect of the year of cutting on the quality of the tea leaves as shown by the results that in the 4th cutting year (2018) and the 1st cutting year (year 2021)
