Design Method of the New Chinese Nation Surname System 新中华民族姓氏制度的设计方法

In the current Chinese surname system, children adopt their father's surname. According to the deep-rooted traditional conception formed in the past thousands of years, people are willing to have a son to continue their family line. This has caused increasingly serious imbalance in the proportion between male and female populations and can bring about relevant social problems. The aim of this study is to design a new surname system for the Chinese nation, i.e. children will adopt neither their father's surname nor their mother's surname, and their parents' surnames can be inferred according to their surnames, so as to attain the goals that men and women are equal and it is the same to give birth to a son or a daughter. The method is to provide a relevant algebraic system and make the surname and the first character of the name correspond to the relevant codes in the said algebraic system; and then infer someone's genealogical structure through relevant operation. The design method of the surname system with 3n surnames is given, and illustrate it by taking as an example the design method of 9 surnames. Currently, in almost all the countries in the world, children adopt their father's surname, and the aforesaid design method, in principle, is applicable to other countries or nations.

Price Formation Mechanisms and Its Stability in Channel with Differentiated Product under Different Control Pattern 不同控制模式下差异化产品渠道价格形成机制及其稳定性

This article presents the study of price formation mechanisms and the stability in distribution channels with differentiated products. First, the price settings are given under four different control patterns. The analysis result of price formation mechanism shows that the control pattern of distribution channel influences the price setting and the payoff of every player. Finally, we analyses the stability of the price setting and identify out the stability status. For unstable price formation, the critical discount factor is computed out.

本文研究了差异化产品分销渠道的价格形成机制和稳定性。首先,在四种不同的控制模式下给出价格设置。价格形成机制的分析结果表明,分销渠道的控制模式影响着价格的设定和每个参与者的收益。最后,对定价的稳定性进行了分析,找出了定价的稳定性状况。对于不稳定的价格形成,计算出了临界折扣因子。

Speed Synchronization of Multiple Induction Motors with Total Sliding Mode Control 全滑模控制下多电机速度同步

A speed synchronization control strategy for multiple induction motors, based on adjacent cross-coupling control structure, is developed by employing total sliding mode control method. The proposed control strategy is to stabilize speed tracking of each induction motor while synchronizing its speed with the speed of the other motors so as to make speed synchronization error amongst induction motors converge to zero. The global stability and the convergence of the designed controller are proved by using Lyapunov method. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

采用全滑模控制方法,提出了一种基于相邻交叉耦合控制结构的多台异步电动机速度同步控制策略。所提出的控制策略是稳定每台异步电机的速度跟踪,同时同步其他电机的速度,使异步电机之间的速度同步误差收敛到零。利用李雅普诺夫方法证明了所设计控制器的全局稳定性和收敛性。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Roles of Regional Differences and Linkages on Chinese Regional Policy Effect in CGE Analysis 区域差异与联系对中国区域政策效应的影响——基于CGE分析

This article first studied the nature of multiregional CGE models and reviewed relevant studies in such models. The article also constructed a static eight-region CGE model using an interregional input-output table for China. The model reflected the sizes of economies and differences in industrial structures across regions. More importantly, based on related empirical research, the model characterized the main economic relations across regions, such as interregional commodity flows, labor flows, and capital flows. Finally, some simulations were carried out to reveal the important effect that comes from the regional differences and linkages. The results shows the specifications of the regional differences and key linkages have significant influences on policy analysis.

本文首先研究了多区域CGE模型的性质,并对多区域CGE模型的相关研究进行了综述。本文还利用区域间投入产出表构建了中国的静态八区CGE模型。该模型反映了不同地区的经济规模和产业结构差异。更重要的是,在相关实证研究的基础上,该模型刻画了区域间商品流动、劳动力流动和资本流动等主要的跨区域经济关系。最后,进行了数值模拟,揭示了区域差异和联系对气候变化的重要影响。结果表明,区域差异和关键联系的规格对政策分析有显著影响。

Optimal Hedging Ratio Model with Skewness 具有偏度的最优套期保值比率模型

In this article, we develop an optimal hedging ratio model with skewness and derive the analytical solution of the optimal hedging ratio which can degenerate to mean-variance hedging ratio when co-skewnesses of spot and futures returns become zero. The empirical results suggest that the hedging model with skewness performs better than the traditional mean-variance hedging model.

Multidisciplinary Design-Optimization Methods for Aircrafts using Large-Scale System Theory 基于大系统理论的飞机多学科设计优化方法

The relationship between multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) for aircrafts and the large-scale system theory was expatiated. Using the large-scale system theory, the system was decomposed gradually based on the different classification standards and the system characteristics. At the same time, the MDO methods for aircrafts were classified according to the decomposition-coordination method of the large-scale system theory. The theory background and applicable range of each algorithm were elucidated. Aircraft design system is a typical engineering large-scale system, and the basic of MDO for aircrafts is the large-scale system theory. Therefore, the large-scale system theory and MDO for aircrafts should be studied simultaneously to improve the MDO.

According to the structured element method, the article investigates a method of solving the general fuzzy linear systems and dual general fuzzy linear systems, which are linear formed by fuzzy structured element, and gives the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a fuzzy solution. At the same time, some examples in engineering and economics are designed.

Coordination of Supply Chain with Trade Credit under Bilateral Information Asymmetry 双边信息不对称下具有贸易信用的供应链协调

This article explores the function of trade credit in coordinating supply chain under both symmetric and bilateral asymmetric information. The financing function and positive externality of trade credit are also illustrated in this article. In a supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a budget constraint retailer, the manufacturer can use trade credit to finance the retailer and thus increases the retailer's order size up to the supply chain's optimal lot size. The benefit of coordination is allocated randomly among the parties by setting the length of the trade credit. When the retailer sells multiple products, trade credit's positive externality, that is one supplier's trade credit can increase the other supplier's profit, is demonstrated. When both the retailer and the manufacturer have private information, we use double auction model to derive the length of the credit. Numerical example is conducted to demonstrate the theoretical results.

Application of Weighted Markov SCGM(1,1)c Model to Predict Drought Crop Area 加权马尔可夫SCGM(1,1)c模型在干旱作物面积预测中的应用

The prediction of drought crop area is the basis of agricultural development in our country. According to grey system theory and Markov chain principle, applying a single gene system cloud grey SCGM(1,1)c model to fit the development tendency of the few time series, its error index is stochastically fluctuated. Markov chain method is suitable for forecasting stochastic fluctuating dynamic process, selecting weighted Markov chain to predict the error index. Combining the advantages of the two models, we found a weighted SCGM(1,1)c model for drought crop area prediction, and the new model is suitable for forecasting such kinds of system with in a short time, with few data, and stochastic fluctuating dynamic process. The example shows that the weighted SCGM(1,1)c model can have high prediction precision for drought crop area.

According to grey system theory and Markov chain principle, applying a single gene system cloud grey SCGM(1,1)<sub>c</sub> model to fit the development tendency of the few time series, its error index is stochastically fluctuated. Markov chain method is suitable for forecasting stochastic fluctuating dynamic process, selecting weighted Markov chain to predict the error index. Combining the advantages of the two models, we found a weighted SCGM(1,1)<sub>c</sub> model for drought crop area prediction, and the new model is suitable for forecasting such kinds of system with in a short time, with few data, and stochastic fluctuating dynamic process. Design and Application of Kanban Control System in a Multi-Stage, Mixed-Model Assembly Line 多阶段混合装配线看板控制系统的设计与应用

This article studies the parameter design and the performance optimization of a Kanban system without stockouts in a multi-stage, mixed-model assembly line. The model of a Kanban system based on production processes is established by examining the relationship among the set-up time, the amount of work in process (WIP), the capacity indicated by a Kanban, and the takt-time ratio. A novel method for optimizing performance on the premise of no stockouts is proposed. Empirical results show that the amount of WIP is reduced remarkably after optimization.

本文研究了多阶段混合装配线无缺货看板系统的参数设计和性能优化问题。通过考察生产过程中看板系统的设置时间、在制品量(WIP)、看板显示的产能和工时比之间的关系,建立了基于生产过程的看板系统模型。提出了一种无缺货前提下的性能优化方法。实证结果表明,优化后的在制品数量显著减少。
