Biophotonic device for on-chip trapping and spectroscopic analysis 用于片上捕获和光谱分析的生物光子器件

Here we report on a novel and fully-integrated biophotonic system exploiting a miniaturized fiber optical-tweezer enabling 3D-trapping of single cells. We also demonstrate its use for fluorescence and Raman single cells spectroscopy analysis.

We describe an intracavity doubled continuous wave singly resonant OPO (CW-SHG-SRO), exhibiting tunable operation between 585 and 678 nm. Its frequency is locked to better than 1 kHz over 1 s relatively to a cavity.

The emission of pressure-tunable ultra-violet dispersive waves into higher-order modes of a gas-filled kagome-PCF is experimentally and numerically demonstrated. Numerical evidence of a balance between Kerr-driven self-focusing and plasma-defocusing is also presented.

We propose a versatile platform for generating multipartite W-states in appropriately engineered on-chip photonic lattices. One and two dimensional waveguide configurations are investigated for producing W-states with predesigned probability amplitudes and relative phases.

We demonstrate large THz transmission enhancement (>15%) in single-layer CVD graphene at high THz intensities (ETHz>10 kV/cm). The nonlinear effects exhibit non-Drude behavior in the THz conductivity, where THz fields induce extreme non-equilibrium electron distributions.

Using the methods of the information theory, we derive the fundamental limit to the resolution of optical imaging, and demonstrate that in the far-field, contrary to the conventional wisdom, it is not equal or close to one half of the wavelength.

We realize a dual-comb spectrometer covering 14 cm-1 centered at 1430 cm-1. It is based on mid-IR QCL frequency combs featuring a frequency-modulated like output. The measured individual tooth linewidth is 4 MHz.
