The article describes the generalized process of creating a virtual simulator with an integrated geographic information system for modeling flight missions of unmanned aerial vehicles. The capabilities of the simulator allow forming flight missions for both single drones and their groups, and export data of completed missions to conduct real flights.

The article proposes an unconventional model for assessing the public efficiency of a large-scale infrastructure project, which is inherent in the current stage of development of the Russian economy and is aimed at maximizing investor capital growth at the end of the billing period, taking into account the scenarios for the effective use (reinvestment) of capital generated from the profit received from the project, and lost profits.

For solving problem of management of the large-scale system development the economic and mathematical model is made. This model maximizes the financial result from the rendering paid medical services and medical services financing from the obligatory medical insurance fund, decreases the cost prices and tariffs, materially and morally motivates the staff to effective job due to free joined to the polyclinic population growth and rendering services volume increase.

A methodology for evaluating the economic efficiency of fruit harvesting robots and rational pricing for such robots, so that they would be in demand by horticulturists, is presented. It is shown that the main obstacle to the broad implementation of robotic technology for fruit crop harvesting is the overpricing of existing fruit-picking robot prototypes.

The article is devoted to model studies of the sensitivity of the Russian economy to the growth of domestic energy prices in 2020. The results of calculations on the inter-sectoral simulation model showed that domestic prices of gasoline and electricity have the greatest impact on calculated economic dynamics. Their rapid growth in 2020 is fraught with a drop in Russia's GDP. Domestic prices of other energy sources don’t have such a strong effect on GDP rates. The dynamics of real disposable incomes of the population is 30% more sensitive to the rise in energy prices than the rates of GDP.

The work investigates the problem of using continuous VaR-criterion (CC-VaR) in multidimensional financial markets, which are markets dimensions generated by several (n > 1) underliers. Fundamental theoretical results deduced for one-dimensional markets are extended on multidimensional case. The peculiarities of multidimensional markets and their instruments are debated. As in one-dimensional case, the optimization algorithm is based on continuous applying Newman-Pearson procedure. This algorithm is derived as a result of projecting the one-dimensional algorithm onto multidimensional markets. Illustrative example of a two-dimensional theoretical market demonstrates in detail using analytical methods of constructing the optimal portfolio. The exposition is accompanied by diagrams of sequential intermediate products important for such constructing.

Dynamic non-linear models of the balance type are classified. Working with models is based on a combination of simulation and optimization methods. Optimization allows both quasi-dynamic and dynamic modes of operation. For dynamic optimization, the problem of combating the accumulation of errors in calculations is very urgent.

Developed in accordance with the author's International Flows Equilibrium Exchange Rate concept, the new model of long-term dynamics of the ruble exchange rate uses a wide range of functionally interrelated factors that determine the national currency dynamics. We use the foreign trade operations, the international capital flows with intertemporal decisions of investors, the international terms of trade as an indicator of relative competitive advantages, the index of real aggregate output as the real GDP, the indices of domestic and average actual export prices, and the consumer price index as the basic macroeconomic aggregates. Considerable attention is paid to mathematical modeling of the long-term dynamics of the ruble exchange rate in comparison with the medium-term equilibrium dynamics.
