Developing a Flight Mission Simulator in the Context of UAVs Group Control 无人机群控环境下飞行任务模拟器的研制

The article describes the generalized process of creating a virtual simulator with an integrated geographic information system for modeling flight missions of unmanned aerial vehicles. The capabilities of the simulator allow forming flight missions for both single drones and their groups, and export data of completed missions to conduct real flights.

Mathematical Support for Improving the Safety of High-Tech Buildings 提高高新技术建筑安全性的数学支持

In order to provide safety of high-rise buildings, trade centers that are maintained by complex engineering systems of heating and water supply, electricity, ventilation, IT and so on, mathematical models and algorithms of mutually interacting systems suffering from failures or deliberate harmful action were reviewed. Special emphasis is put on a failure consequence distribution in an infrastructure and location of the objects that are most important for proper functionality of both separate engineering systems and the infrastructure as a whole. These models are tested on the example of heterogeneous engineering infrastructure of a science and research building, consisting of three engineering systems. During the simulation, the impact indicator of each node's vulnerability is calculated for each scenario. As a result of the calculations, a critical object was found for the considered engineering infrastructure.

An approach is considering, according to which the flexible modeling software package is the core of the digital twin of an NPP power unit, which can apply for a wide range of tasks from application in operator information support systems and diagnostic systems to assessing the cybersecurity of a nuclear power plant and developing cybersecurity measures.

Procedures of Railway Energy Conservation 《铁路节能规程》

Control procedures for energy conservation are considered in a two-level system, at the upper level of which there is a centre, and at the lower level – an enterprise. The centre does not know the possibilities of energy saving of the enterprise. The conditions for the synthesis of normalization and incentive procedures that provide adaptive identification of the energy saving possibility of an enterprise are found. The implementation of these procedures is illustrated by the example of energy saving in the JSC Russian Railways.

Public Administration as the Cause of Social Collapse 公共行政是社会崩溃的原因

The problem of sustainable development is considered from the point of view of the possibility of achieving it using existing approaches in the world. It is argued that the organization and quality of public administration cannot provide a solution to the accumulated problems. Moreover, public administration itself becomes a source of danger to society due to the monopolization of power. Based on the growth of negative trends, the assumption is made about the possibility of social collapse provoked by illiterate or erroneous actions of the bureaucracy corrupted by a oligarchy. The conflictological approach to solving this problem is rejected as untenable. It is proposed to modernize social regulators by means of social shunting as a result of social self-organization processes.

An express model that combines three main methods of assessing a company’s value is considered. An analytical formula for the value is derived under the assumption that some specific parameters applicable for mature companies are constant. The problem of value optimization for some combinations of parameters is solved. Calculations were made for one of the largest Russian companies.

Dynamic non-linear models of the balance type are classified. Working with models is based on a combination of simulation and optimization methods. Optimization allows both quasi-dynamic and dynamic modes of operation. For dynamic optimization, the problem of combating the accumulation of errors in calculations is very urgent.

The article presents an analysis of the patterns of development of the global computer environment (GCE) and its impact on the evolution of large-scale systems. The identification and elimination of the fundamental reasons limiting the further expansion of the fields of application of such systems open the way to the formation of a universal algorithmic space for the digital transformation of large-scale systems in the GCE without fundamental restrictions on their sizes.
