High confidence in the definition of operational personnel psycho-emotional statе is achieved by using a modern element base (processing environment) - a unified neuromorphic platform in the form of a fractal memristive structure with space-parametric self-learning. Experimental study of the proposed platform revealed its ability to synthesize new structural solutions and "dimensions" of the operational personnel psycho-emotional statе information representation.

n the process of developing oil fields, periodic disturbances are used to increase the flow rate of wells and the final oil recovery of formations by changing the mobility of oil and the filtration-capacity parameters of the porous medium. In an inhomogeneous medium, in the presence of dissipation and / or dispersion, harmonic oscillations created in the wellbores transform into sawtooth waves with periodic shock fronts, which change the dynamics of phase transitions and can lead to cavitation in liquid phases. Taking this circumstance into account will make it possible to adequately predict the dynamics of phase transitions and optimize the control of the oil production process.

We consider a continuous aggregated deterministic dynamic model of the movement of gas reserves by category. According to the classification of combustible gas reserves, we characterize each type by the level of knowledge about the object, which is the carrier of information about the estimated stock of gas. We describe the movement of gas reserves by a system of differential equations and schematically depict this movement in the figure. When moving from one category to another, we take into account the degree of confirmation of reserves in the model. We pay special attention to the gas reserves multiplicity. To describe it, we introduce a time function that determines the total explored reserves of natural gas. We make a priori assumptions about its properties. We analyze six specific examples. For each sample, we determine the reserves multiplicity coefficient, the dynamics of which we analyze. We explain the behavior of the multiplicity coefficient and draw the appropriate conclusions.

A set of regression, cluster analysis, and association rule mining models, is proposed to search for patterns in user behavior regarding marketing campaigns taking into account user characteristics and financially significant metrics. Using the example of two organizations, it was possible to accurately predict the cost of customer acquisition (CPA, cost-per-action). The use of the models proposed allows organizations to improve advertisement settings to increase online advertising efficiency.

The current state and problems of development of complex logistics systems are considered. The main elements of the global logistics system that form cargo flows are highlighted. Promising models and methods have been proposed that allow for a through scenario analysis of the flows of international logistical transformations, in order to attract additional volumes of cargo to international transport corridors, including the East-West corridor, taking into account not only the throughput and processing capabilities of infrastructure and the presence of rolling stock, but also taking into account border, customs, sanitary, phytosanitary and other restrictions on functioning. Scenarios for the development of international logistics in the implementation of threats of various types are considered.

This article was prepared within project No. 1908-00028 "Development of a concept for building the architecture of, and selecting algorithms for, an expert system aimed to improve training efficiency for flight safety inspectors" supported with a grant awarded by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR).The article deals with an approach to selecting and substantiating parameters characterizing the competency profile of a flight safety inspector. A brand new "error severity criterion" is proposed to assess the severity of probabilities of an inspector’s mistakes depending on possible circumstances and operating conditions. It offers an example of how such criterion is assessed by analyzing identified inconsistencies and violations in implementing monitoring and supervision procedures and assessing potential consequences that may result from an inspector’s erroneous conclusions and findings.

The widespread use of new power electronic devices and the integration of renewable energy sources have increased the non-linearity and non-stationarity of modern electric power systems. Taking into account and modeling these nonlinear effects with sufficient accuracy requires the use of quadratic and higher order approximations of nonlinear power system models. However, sufficiently accurate bilinear models of synchronous machine are not easy to find in the literature. Therefore, in this paper we develop a quadratic approximation for the conventional sixth-order model of a synchronous machine using the Carleman bilinearization procedure. The developed bilinear model for one generator can further serve as a basic building block for constructing nonlinear approximations for general power system models.

The economy of the Russian Federation at the present stage is characterized by an extremely high level of consumption of raw materials and waste generation. This is due to the export-raw material orientation of production, as well as the level of technological development. In this regard, the amount of waste generation and accumulation is steadily increasing.. Analysis of current trends has shown that every year, on average, Russians emit about 80 million tons of municipal waste. At the same time, both in Russia and in other countries, the structure of MSW is approximately the same. These are primarily glass, paper, plastics, fabrics and organic products, as well as oversized items such as old furniture, car parts, etc. At first glance, recycling household garbage is a fairly simple and profitable business. Thus, by recycling car tires, you can get rubber coatings that are actively used in the economy, new paper is made from waste paper, and organic garbage is obtained from. The work was carried out with the financial support of the RFFI grant on the topic "development of project financing mechanisms in the field of solid municipal waste management and proposals for their implementation", registration number 20-010-00302 A
