The article studies the social behavior of various age groups using experimental Economics methods. The conducted laboratory experiments show that the age of the participants and the specificity of the activity strongly influence the rate of infection spread. Simulation model with bots is constructed, the parameters of which can be adjusted to approximate the results obtained in experiments.

This article describes an approach to monitoring information flows in a distributed management Information System (IS). The described approach is based on the use of two methods. The first method is based on identifying subjects of documents, appeals and proposals received in the information system and devoted to issues related to the functioning of the information system. The second method is to design an analysis of the structure of the document. The developed approach allows to identify the matters of incoming documents, appeals and proposals on issues related to the quality of the functioning of the information system. The practical implementation of the described approach can significantly speed up the process of responding to user requests and improve the quality of IS monitoring and operation.

The paper considers the problem of the correct management mechanisms (planning procedures and incentive systems). The correct mechanisms ensure reliable data communicated by agents to the Principal and the implementation of plans are Nash or dominant equilibrium strategies. Concordance conditions are obtained for mechanisms at such strategies in a network system with two types of agent dependency structure.

The proposed work is devoted to the analysis of the operation of damping elements in a quadrocopter, shock-absorbing vibration of engines with pulling screws (as sources of vibration), and of a controller that is protected from vibration. For analysis, a 3-mass quadrocopter model and the method of electromechanical analogies are used. The purpose of the study is to determine the degree of suppression by the damping elements used the vibrations propagating from the working engines to the controller. The purpose is also to determine the parameters of the damping elements at which the maximum vibration suppression in the used construction of the real quadrocopter under consideration is ensured. The proposed approach to the analysis of the shock absorbers in specific mechanical systems allows you to clearly demonstrate how important it is to choose the damping elements’ parameters, especially in systems with several degrees of freedom.

The topic of the paper is the control problem at urban road intersections which characteristic feature is their separation into sections with local regulation by traffic lights; some passage directions for such intersections demand stops at internal stop lines. Methods for solution of constituent problems of structural and parametric optimization are presented; they are based on choice of traffic passage schemes at each section as well as the sequence and duration of traffic lights phases and aimed to the necessary safe traffic intensity achievement in all admitted directions.

In this paper, we develop an agent-based model to explore how agents’ activity patterns affect echo chamber formation when their mutual interactions are controlled using a personalization system algorithm that decides what information users will be exposed to. In our model, agents can undertake two types of actions: publish a post and like a post. Our experiments revealed that the key parameter that guides agents’ opinion dynamics is the probability of publishing a post: agents who often publish posts tend to enter echo chambers. In contrast, the roles of network topology and liking behavior are far less influential.

This paper is devoted to a clustering in directed graphs using the Laplacian matrices of the digraph and their eigenprojections. The relevance of the problem due to the fact that ignoring edge directionality and considering the graph as undirected is not a meaningful way to cluster directed networks. The proposed methods for clustering in digraphs based on the coefficients of the adjacency matrix of the Laplacian matrix of the digraph.

the results of assessing the impact of macroeconomic factors that reflect production and foreign trade activities on the world steel market in the XXI century are presented. It is established that production and market-oriented consumer operations prevail over export-import operations in the development of the market. This is promising for the global economy.
