In recent years, structural policy and the study of structural aspects of various economic processes, including investment, are relevant for modern macroeconomics. The report is devoted to the problem of controlling large robotic complexes of various classes of heterogeneity. Based on the analysis of modern research in the field of robotics, the class of heterogeneity with changing control functions is highlighted. The necessity of systemic integration of control systems of a dedicated class during their operation is substantiated. The basic theoretical statements about the evaluation of the results of system integration are formulated. The problem of a homogeneous hierarchical representation of heterogeneous control systems was indicated. The solutions to this problem are suggested. A quantitative assessment of the proposed options is given. Outlined topics for further research on the problem.

Control in Network Model of Additive Manufacturing 增材制造网络模型中的控制

An object of network nature is investigated, namely: players in the system are located in graph nodes, and the technological structure of their interactions is specified. Interest in such a class of models is determined by their practical use in neural network modeling and artificial intelligence problems and by the rationality of such a description in real economic projects. Calculation of guaranteed results of the Center for centralized and decentralized control schemes and their comparison are given.

We consider an approach to substantiating the utility function to obtain initial estimates for the quality indicators of complex technical systems (CTS) in the form of a formalized information model taking into account the consistency of expert estimates. As an object of СTS research, there is a model for a truck with a trailer as part of multifunctional complexes with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). A model and algorithmization of the process of forming an information-analytical system with the results obtained for selected indicators for assessing the technical level of a truck with a trailer are presented.

A model of propaganda battle of two parties with multidimensional information agenda is considered. It is assumed that a member of the population faces the alternative of which of the parties to support and makes their decision basing on the value of information stimuli provided by the parties. The problem of choosing a strategy by a party is considered. This problem has a form of Blotto game, which is illustrated by a numerical example.

This paper describes control models of large-scale cyber - physical water supply systems in cities of various countries-Asia (China and Singapore), the United States, England and Europe, and Russia are analyzed. Deficiencies in control models were identified due to current potential threats of water scarcity, degradation of water sources, and risks of chemical and biological contamination.

We consider a construction of a stabilizing controller in a weakly nonlinear singularly perturbed system, where the matrix coefficients depend on state variables. The system contains groups of «slow», «fast» and «ultrafast» variables. The control is constructed by means of the SDRE approach and is based on non-linear corrections of linear composite one.

The report proposes a new approach to integrating hybrid intelligence components in purpose to create a virtual semantic environment. The idea is mainly focused on providing monitoring of activity and selective interaction based on "Commonsense Knowledge." The basis for their applicability is the integration components of protocols through the "Blackboard System" for organizing multi-sided communication of eventual subjects with each other.

A mathematical model is presented, developed based on a system dynamics model, for carrying out an express analysis of the state and forecasting the national security of states. We propose a new approach to study the various aspects of the practical application of structural identification algorithms. We analyze the risks arising by applying these algorithms at the pre-design stages of creating automatic control systems. In particular, we show that using these algorithms creates the possibility of an unforeseen deterioration in the estimation quality of a technical object's output variable. We formulate methodological recommendations for the practical application of structural identification algorithms. In particular, we are developing a flowchart for searching for an adequate mathematical model of a technical object based on the use of structural identification algorithms. We present a preliminary assessment of the information capabilities of structural identification algorithms.
