The report is devoted to the problem of controlling large robotic complexes of various classes of heterogeneity. Based on the analysis of modern research in the field of robotics, the class of heterogeneity with changing control functions is highlighted. The necessity of systemic integration of control systems of a dedicated class during their operation is substantiated. The basic theoretical statements about the evaluation of the results of system integration are formulated. The problem of a homogeneous hierarchical representation of heterogeneous control systems was indicated. The solutions to this problem are suggested. A quantitative assessment of the proposed options is given. Outlined topics for further research on the problem.

An object of network nature is investigated, namely: players in the system are located in graph nodes, and the technological structure of their interactions is specified. Interest in such a class of models is determined by their practical use in neural network modeling and artificial intelligence problems and by the rationality of such a description in real economic projects. We consider an approach to substantiating the utility function to obtain initial estimates for the quality indicators of complex technical systems (CTS) in the form of a formalized information model taking into account the consistency of expert estimates. As an object of СTS research, there is a model for a truck with a trailer as part of multifunctional complexes with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). A model and algorithmization of the process of forming an information-analytical system with the results obtained for selected indicators for assessing the technical level of a truck with a trailer are presented.

A model of propaganda battle of two parties with multidimensional information agenda is considered. It is assumed that a member of the population faces the alternative of which of the parties to support and makes their decision basing on the value of information stimuli provided by the parties. The problem of choosing a strategy by a party is considered. This problem has a form of Blotto game, which is illustrated by a numerical example.

This paper describes control models of large-scale cyber - physical water supply systems in cities of various countries-Asia (China and Singapore), the United States, England and Europe, and Russia are analyzed. We propose a new approach to study the various aspects of the practical application of structural identification algorithms. We analyze the risks arising by applying these algorithms at the pre-design stages of creating automatic control systems. In particular, we show that using these algorithms creates the possibility of an unforeseen deterioration in the estimation quality of a technical object's output variable. We formulate methodological recommendations for the practical application of structural identification algorithms. In particular, we are developing a flowchart for searching for an adequate mathematical model of a technical object based on the use of structural identification algorithms. We present a preliminary assessment of the information capabilities of structural identification algorithms.
