Multi-Valued Neural Networks and their Use in Decision Making on the Management of a Group of Unmanned Vehicles 多值神经网络及其在无人车群管理决策中的应用

To make a management decision in the UAV group, a multi-valued associative memory is used. Such a memory is a new concept, generalizing the similar in fuzzy neural networks. In a multi-valued neural network, inputs are elements or subsets of the lattice of linguistic variables. The lattice is assumed to be distributive and defines the implication used to determine the output of a neural network.

This the article considers the main postulates of the theory in relation to the regional economic space. Based on statistical data, the author confirms the hypothesis that different regions of the Russian Federation are in a state of recession and inflation gaps. For recession gap price level is stable above the equilibrium, for inflation, on the contrary, the price level stable below the equilibrium.

A Study of Formalizations of User Influence in Actional Model 影响模型中用户影响的形式化研究

We develop different approaches to formalize the concepts of influence and influence levels of users in online social networks based on the actional model of influence. Then we give examples of calculating the influence levels of users in an online social network and compare the conceptual formalizations of influence levels with each other.

Risk Management in Stochastic Problems of Stock Investment 股票投资随机问题中的风险管理

We consider a game with nature as a decision-making model in stochastic problems of stock investment. The mathematical expectation of the investor’s gain is taken as an assessment of efficiency. The standard deviation is used as an assessment of risk. The emerging two-criterion problem is formalized using the method of translating one criterion into a constraint. The case of pure strategies (the choice of one investment option) and the case of mixed strategies (diversification of investment) are considered. For the case of mixed strategies, either the problem of maximizing a linear function with one linear and one quadratic constraint or the problem of minimizing a quadratic function with two linear constraints arises. Analytical solution methods based on the Karush – Kuhn – Tucker optimality conditions are obtained for both problems. Practical examples of the application of these methods using real statistical data are given.

The problem of calculating the autonomous control of a non-stationary system using only the values of the target function on a discrete set of times is considered. The algorithm of the extreme regulator is proposed for calculating the control. The conditions of its working capacity are formulated. An estimate of the exact lower margin of error of the decision, due to the size of the step in time and the rate of change of the target function, is obtained. The application of the algorithm is demonstrated in the output control model.

The paper presents a simplest mathematical model of anti-tumor therapy based on dendritic cells. The model describes the stages of developing immune response to dendritic cell vaccine. The model was developed in MatLab-Simulink to conduct a computing experiment (in silico). Effective regimens of dendritic cells vaccine therapy that produce complete elimination of the tumor cells are defined.

Determining the preferences of individuals is important for many scientific and practical problems, especially when modeling information control and information warfare. Previously, a model was developed that allows taking into consideration the ideological and political preferences of citizens of the Russian Federation in the three-dimensional basis derzhavnik (great power nationalist)–liberal–socialist model, as well as several methods and technologies that determine the preferences of users of the online social network VKontakte. In this paper, we propose approaches to identifying individual preferences in a stochastic preference model based on an opinion poll, which allows these preferences to be compared with the results of the analysis of an online social network.

Performance Analysis of Software with a Variant NoSQL Data Schemes 不同NoSQL数据方案下软件性能分析

The popularity of web applications and platforms for collecting big data has set the goal of efficient data storage. NoSQL databases have become widely used for data storage and scaling. However, there are also a number of problems associated with the choice of efficient data storage and data schemes. The solution of these problems requires an understanding of the runtime conditions and possible loading of the system, which relies primarily on dedicated computing resources. The same data storage schemes can show different efficiency while under different critical load conditions or different computing infrastructures. In this paper, we propose a framework and experiment methodology for two NoSQL storage schemes that allow us to evaluate the most preferred option in the design of the developed application. The paper presents an analysis of the efficiency of two database schemas for maintaining a reliable saving of semi-structured data stream with specified characteristics.
