YouTube Shorts were released globally in July 2021. Before the launch of YouTube Shorts, the revenue of YouTube in the first quarter was $6.01 billion; however, after the launch of YouTube Shorts, the revenue of YouTube in the second quarter reached $7 billion, a year-on-year increase of nearly 84%. The goal of this paper was to identify strategies for YouTube to maintain its position in the short video market through policy formulation. This paper takes YouTube-operated YouTube shorts as a case to conduct a detailed analysis and apply the marketing mix theory of the 4Vs to analyze variation strategy, versatility strategy, and value strategy, respectively. The three suggestions for each strategy are to introduce more original contexts, improve its social functions, strengthen the introduction of intellectual content, and expand content boundaries. The main purpose of this topic is to investigate strategic policies that encourage the development of short video media.

People say that there is no free dinner in this world. However, this is not necessarily true in United States, maybe only in United states. Because when you get 1200 dollars subsidy for only being alive, you actually do get free dinner. During the covid-19 pandemic, the federal reserve adopted a series of actions to stimulate the economy. Among those policies, the most famous one is The CARES Act, a form of direct cash subsidy. Although it sounds a little ridiculous that government directly give people money, the policy did contribute a lot to the recovery of the whole US economy. However, it may appear that direct cash subsidies contribute to the recovery of US economy without a cost in the short run, cash subsidies are the cause of debt and other issues. This paper quotes data that were published by the US departments, striving to reveal the effects of US policies during pandemic, therefore offer valuable experience and guidance for policy-making in the future.

The Internet's innovation has had a profound impact on NetEase CloudMusic's development and marketing strategy adjustments. This paper examines the 2017 "Music Review Train" campaign, which NetEase CloudMusic and Hangzhou Metro launched, with the goal of identifying the strategic factors that led to its success. Based on the marketing mix theory of 4Is, this paper applies the campaign as a case and employs relevant data and literature. This paper found that the success of the campaign was primarily due to the application of an interesting strategy by selecting interesting music reviews as advertising content. This paper suggests exploring the interests of different audience groups in the future and collaborating with popular film and television intellectual property (IP). The second reason is the application of an interaction strategy, which allows for offline and online interaction with users. It is suggested that in the future, emphasis can be placed on the operation of new media platforms and the opening of offline shops to offer an interactive experience. This paper hoped to provide a reference for upgrading the marketing strategy of NetEase CloudMusic to improve the communication effect and brand image and thus contribute to the brands future development.

The importance of live streaming e-commerce in online shopping is increasing with the continuous development of live streaming technology. Artificial intelligence (AI), as a disruptive force, has introduced virtual anchors in the live streaming field, replacing live anchors for product introduction and interaction. The virtual anchor image, with its anthropomorphic appearance, interacts with the audience in real-time and is gradually being applied in various fields such as e-commerce, advertising, and social platforms. This study reviews how the image of AI anchors in live streaming e-commerce affects consumer trust and personalized experience, and further explores its impact on consumer purchase intention. Research has found that virtual anchor images can be divided into human and animal images based on their appearance, and different images have different impacts on consumer purchasing intentions. Humanized virtual anchors establish trust relationships and stimulate purchase intentions through rich expressions and actions; Personalized and customized design enhances the attractiveness and sense of identity of virtual anchors. Finally, regarding the application of enterprises in the field of virtual anchors, this article proposes anthropomorphic design, personalized image, and cultural adaptability strategies to improve the commercial efficiency and brand image of virtual anchors.

This study explores modern logistics innovations and challenges in the new retail era. With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional logistics model can no longer meet the market demand. Consumers' demands for speed of product delivery, service quality and personalization are constantly rising, and traditional logistics processes and management methods can no longer adapt to this fast-changing market environment. As a result, companies need to innovate and reform to improve logistics efficiency, reduce operating costs, and respond more flexibly to the challenges of globalized competition. Through literature review and empirical analysis, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by the modern logistics industry, including the inefficiency of the traditional model, the promotion of digital intelligence, and the need to improve the level of logistics in the new era. On this basis, targeted recommendations include strengthening standardization, promoting digital intelligence improvement and optimizing the supply network. This study is expected to provide useful reference and guidance for developing the modern logistics industry.

The digital transformation of the global economy is an inevitable trend, and Industry 4.0, based on digital transformation, has profound impacts on the global manufacturing sector. Although the manufacturing industry, as the mainstay of our country's real economy, boasts a vast scale, its infrastructure and transformation foundation are relatively weak. An effective data chain has not been fully established, facing numerous challenges in the digital transformation process. This paper selects Avary Holding (Shenzhen) Co., a leading company in the PCB manufacturing industry, as the research subject. We first outline the theoretical foundation of digital transformation, then provides a detailed introduction to the company, analyzing the motivations, pathways, and economic effects of its digital transformation. Based on this, several insights into the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry are proposed. The aim is to provide guidance for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and supporting the enhancement of their competitiveness.
