Marketing communication is all forms of activity to disseminate information and persuade consumers or customers directly or indirectly about an item and brand. SHOPEE made an innovation by launching the latest feature, namely the online loan feature in its application. In this study, the author will continue to examine all millennial generations, both the early and late millennial generations. The type of research used is quantitative. The city of Surabaya was chosen as the research location because the city of Surabaya is the center of the capital and economy in East Java Province. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of brand personality on purchase intention. The sample in this study was 100 millennial generation respondents from 5 regions in Surabaya. The analysis used was SPSS. Based on the results of research and discussion that Brand Personality has a significant effect on intention to use. This research is to find out the history of the development and role of radio for Islamic da'wah broadcasts. Information search occurs when someone is aware of their information needs and then that person will do various ways so that their information needs are achieved, usually after finding the source of information they are looking for, the information will be implemented through action. Therefore, in order for the da'wah to be delivered on target, Muslims, preachers, and television producers need to be skilled at managing this media as effectively as possible. The existence of the internet in the library is an interesting thing that must be put to good use by students to improve the quality of their services. This new phenomenon will change the service principles that have been adhered to by libraries, namely enriching collections and increasing number of users to come to the library. Searching for information via the internet is very useful for information seekers, because they can browse information relatively quickly and precisely. This research uses a type of qualitative research that requires as much information and data as possible to achieve research objectives. This type of research is a case study because this research is carried out in depth with an institution and with a narrow subject. As a case study, the data collected comes from various sources of literature. This research results that the quality of the internet network in the UINSU Library has an important role in the student learning process. Especially students who don't have their own laptops, they can do their assignments at the UINSU Library. A good library service is one that can meet the needs, tastes, interests and desires of users. So, through library services, users can obtain the information they need optimally and take advantage of the various search tools available. This research uses a type of qualitative research that requires as much information and data as possible to achieve the research objectives. This type of research is a case study because this research is carried out in depth with an institution and with a narrow subject. As a case study, the data collected comes from various sources of literature. This research resulted in that in the UINSU library itself, library service activities in tracing student information were quite good, starting from the service of time, place, and other excellent services that were included in the best service category. The goal of this study is to help students come up with original ideas for da'wah activities. This will make the teaching more engaging, preventing students from becoming bored and making it easier for them to comprehend the material. In searching for information, students themselves are required not only to be successful in searching for information, but also to find quality information and its validity can be accounted for. The existence of the need for information makes many people to obtain information in various ways. The need for information also raises human actions and behavior in obtaining and seeking information. This study uses a qualitative research approach. In terminology according to Baydan and Taylor, a qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words. This research results that students perform information search to meet their information needs. Particularly the need for academic information, such as lecture assignments given by lecturers as well as to fulfill information needs about the basic theory of practicum.
