  Marketing communication is all forms of activity to disseminate information and persuade consumers or customers directly or indirectly about an item and brand. SHOPEE made an innovation by launching the latest feature, namely the online loan feature in its application. In this study, the author will continue to examine all millennial generations, both the early and late millennial generations. The type of research used is quantitative. The city of Surabaya was chosen as the research location because the city of Surabaya is the center of the capital and economy in East Java Province. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of brand personality on purchase intention. The sample in this study was 100 millennial generation respondents from 5 regions in Surabaya. The analysis used was SPSS. Based on the results of research and discussion that Brand Personality has a significant effect on intention to use. In the 4.0 era, as now, the developments that have occurred in all fields are languishing in the banking world, as it is now, where information can be accessed easily whenever and wherever we are, one example of advances in information technology provided by Islamic banking is e banking, is one of the facilities provided by e banking to customers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method that aims to explain and explain clearly about a problem or an event, because the researcher feels that the problem being studied requires a deeper understanding.This study aims to aim at drawing conclusions about the ease of accessing e-banking in the present which is very easy to access, this convenience is not understood by ordinary people which makes the development of e-banking in Indonesian Islamic banking a little late. Islamic banking parties that are lagging behind conventional banking parties who have optimized convenience services so that it is easier for ordinary people to access is one of the problems with delays for Islamic banking, especially in Islamic banking  Keywords: convenience, information system, Islamic banking

  This research is to find out the history of the development and role of radio for Islamic da'wah broadcasts. The results of this research are radio is a mass media which has a role to convey news, information, knowledge and entertainment messages to the wider community, in 1878 Devid E Hughes was the first to send and receiving radio waves at that time he found that the balance of his induction caused interference with his telephone at that time radio was growing year by year in which radio was used as a medium to channel information, learning news especially in Islamic da'wah with the help of mass media the Islamic religion was more widespread and more knowledgeable about the religion of Islam with the help of the mass media of Islamic da'wah can be known to the wider community where the wider community can get to know their religion. Information seeking behavior is all the activities of a person or group in searching, finding, and using all information. Information search occurs when someone is aware of their information needs and then that person will do various ways so that their information needs are achieved, usually after finding the source of information they are looking for, the information will be implemented through action. Especially for users who are the most frequent objects in need of information to carry out their activities both from their work and social environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the behavior of each user who came to the library to seek information in order to realize their information needs.   Dakwah, on the other hand, is not always a product born from the pulpit. The spread of da'wah messages is now more dynamic and adaptive thanks to the widespread use of media. Modern da'wah is increasingly made possible by the use of mass media by people from all walks of life who want to invite and convey goodness, namely da'wah activities. In online media and social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, short films, radio, and so on, a person can convey messages of kindness through writing (kalam), speech, and behavior or actions (objects). This study is descriptive in nature which describes and describes how to manage the fundamental ideas of radio, television and multimedia (internet) with da'wah content that has occurred in Indonesia throughout history and today.. Therefore, in order for the da'wah to be delivered on target, Muslims, preachers, and television producers need to be skilled at managing this media as effectively as possible. Communicative communication is a process when a person or several people provide information to connect with the other person or the communicator using language, attitudes or behavior that is easily understood by the communicator. In all situations this communicative attitude is needed to facilitate communication with other people, understand things and so on. And we must apply this communicative attitude from an early age so that we can train someone to have the courage to speak in public, to express opinions and to make decisions.   The existence of the internet in the library is an interesting thing that must be put to good use by students to improve the quality of their services. This new phenomenon will change the service principles that have been adhered to by libraries, namely enriching collections and increasing number of users to come to the library. Searching for information via the internet is very useful for information seekers, because they can browse information relatively quickly and precisely. This research uses a type of qualitative research that requires as much information and data as possible to achieve research objectives. This type of research is a case study because this research is carried out in depth with an institution and with a narrow subject. As a case study, the data collected comes from various sources of literature. This research results that the quality of the internet network in the UINSU Library has an important role in the student learning process. Especially students who don't have their own laptops, they can do their assignments at the UINSU Library. It is also very important when they do group assignments, they can use the space provided to do their group assignments. Keywords: Information Search, Library, Internet Network

This type of research is a case study because this research is carried out in depth with an institution and with a narrow subject. As a case study, the data collected comes from various sources of literature. This research results that the quality of the internet network in the UINSU Library has an important role in the student learning process. Especially students who don't have their own laptops, they can do their assignments at the UINSU Library. A good library service is one that can meet the needs, tastes, interests and desires of users. So, through library services, users can obtain the information they need optimally and take advantage of the various search tools available. This research uses a type of qualitative research that requires as much information and data as possible to achieve the research objectives. This type of research is a case study because this research is carried out in depth with an institution and with a narrow subject. As a case study, the data collected comes from various sources of literature. This research resulted in that in the UINSU library itself, library service activities in tracing student information were quite good, starting from the service of time, place, and other excellent services that were included in the best service category.   The goal of this study is to help students come up with original ideas for da'wah activities. This will make the teaching more engaging, preventing students from becoming bored and making it easier for them to comprehend the material. Because da'wah must be adapted to the conditions of their mad'u, a Da'i and Da'iyah must be able to come up with good creative ideas by always paying attention to the people they face (the congregation). Therefore, preaching to parents, youth, and children ought to be different. This takes into account the mad'u's intelligence and challenges. This study employs descriptive qualitative analysis, which places a greater emphasis on in-person interviews and in-the-moment field observations to better comprehend the perfect conditions for the subjects under investigation. Fundamentally, in teaching we will be more compelling and not exhausting. We must have creative ideas and consider how the delivered da'wah can be accepted and understood by the mad'u when we deliver da'wah materials. Keywords: Da'wah, Creating Ideas, Creative.

In searching for information, students themselves are required not only to be successful in searching for information, but also to find quality information and its validity can be accounted for. The existence of the need for information makes many people to obtain information in various ways. The need for information also raises human actions and behavior in obtaining and seeking information. This study uses a qualitative research approach. In terminology according to Baydan and Taylor, a qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words. This research results that students perform information search to meet their information needs. Particularly the need for academic information, such as lecture assignments given by lecturers as well as to fulfill information needs about the basic theory of practicum.
