North Sumatra is rich in cultural diversity, and television broadcasting can be an effective means of connecting and strengthening the community's cultural identity. This research explores the characteristics of communication theory in TVRI Medan broadcasting as an effort to build and strengthen cultural groups in North Sumatra. Using the free interview method with the Head of the Production Section of TVRI Medan in the context of a study visit to the UIN SU Communication Science study program to TVRI Medan. This research also uses library research methods, namely by using various literature in the form of books, scientific works, and national and international journals. This research focuses on the analysis of cultural broadcast programs, namely, Pesona Indonesia as a concrete case study. The results show that communication theory was successfully implemented through collaboration between broadcast communication theory and intercultural communication theory by looking at actual social reality. The implications of these findings provide practical guidance for the development of culture-based broadcasting programs

This research aims to determine (1) the influence of food vlogger @kokobuncit's content on culinary interest among UNESA culinary students, (2) the influence of food vlogger @kokobuncit's promotion on culinary interest among UNESA culinary students, (3) the influence of content and promotion food vlogger on culinary interest among UNESA culinary students. This research uses a survey method with a questionnaire data collection instrument via Google Forms. The subjects of this research are active students of the UNESA Culinary Education Bachelor's study program who meet the criteria, namely domiciled in Surabaya, aged 19-23 years, understand culinary, follow the @kokobuncit account or have watched food vlogger content @kokobuncit, and follow culinary trends in Surabaya via the @kokobuncit account. The number of respondents to this research was 50 people. The data was processed using multiple regression analysis for partial tests and simultaneous tests. The research results showed that: (1) the content of food vlogger @kokobuncit had an effect on culinary interest with a value of 4.430; (2) promotion of food vlogger @kokobuncit influences culinary interest with a value of 2.608; (3) content and promotion of food vlogger @kokobuncit simultaneously influence culinary interest with a value of 42.146 and an R square value of 0.642 or an influence size of 64.2%. Online Game: Sky Children of The Light is an adventure game that allows each player to meet others with different cultural backgrounds and languages without the need to enter a specific server. This game is developed by the company ThatGameCompany. The objective of this research is to understand how "Cultural Identity in the Interaction of Players in the Online Game Sky Children of The Light." This research uses a qualitative method and a virtual ethnography approach. The research process involves techniques such as interviews, observations, and the analysis of necessary data. The theoretical foundation for this research is the social identity theory by Henri Tajfel. The results of this research show that cultural identity in the game Sky is highly diverse due to players with various cultural backgrounds. These differences often lead to intercultural conflicts within the game.

The use of social reality construction theory as an addition to social exchange theory is a significant step towards understanding more deeply the impact of social media on interpersonal communication. Social reality construction theory offers a powerful perspective on how social media can shape individuals' perceptions of the reality around them. In this research, the literature method is used with a focus on reviewing and analyzing literature related to the impact of social media on interpersonal communication. The research aims to conduct a critical review of interpersonal communication theory and analyze how this theory has implications for social relationships in the digital era. This research shows that overall, changes in patterns of social relations that arise as a result of social media can be understood through the lens of social exchange theory. Social media provides a platform for information exchange, support, and social interaction, however, the impact is the emergence of dynamics that can sometimes sacrifice the depth and quality of traditional interpersonal relationships.

Public Relations (PR) has a crucial role in a company's success. PR helps shape a company's positive image in the eyes of the public, maintain good relationships with customers and stakeholders, support marketing strategies, and maintain the company's reputation when facing a crisis. This research uses the Literature Review Study research method. By using this method, research will explore the concepts contained in the PR code of ethics, such as honesty, integrity and social responsibility. The literature review will provide an in-depth understanding of the ethical values that are the basis for maintaining and building a positive company image. This research shows that Public Relations practitioners as one of the links between a company and its public certainly have guidelines that must be implemented. This guideline relates to the ethics and morals that a Public Relations practitioner must carry out in supporting his work. Public Relations Ethics is used as a guideline for professionalism and consideration for a Public Relations practitioner in acting and making decisions. A Public Relations practitioner certainly has duties and responsibilities that play an important role in the company's image.
