Over the last decade, the global demand for sparkling wine has surged by 40%, with Hungary being a pivotal player in this industry due to its rich history in wine production. Given the rising health consciousness among consumers and the established health benefits associated with moderate wine consumption, understanding the polyphenolic composition of these wines has become imperative. In this study, a spectrum of analytical and sensory tests were performed on a variety of 2017 vintage traditional method sparkling wines to delineate their polyphenol content, which plays a crucial role in defining the wine's taste and potential health benefits. Through meticulous analysis covering parameters such as leucoanthocyanin, catechin, colour intensity, and total antioxidant capacity, alongside routine analyses examining factors such as alcohol content and pH level, we aimed to offer a granular understanding of the characteristics defining both domestic and foreign traditional method sparkling wines. Our data revealed a remarkable diversity in the world of sparkling wines, with Hungarian variants standing toe-to-toe in terms of quality with their foreign counterparts. We discerned significant variability in the phenol content across different samples, and identified a general trend of lower polyphenol content in sparkling wines compared to still wines. This study not only underscores the commendable quality of Hungarian sparkling wines but also accentuates the vital role of polyphenols, advocating for a deeper exploration into this aspect to cater to the health-conscious consumer market and facilitating the continued growth of the Hungarian sparkling wine industry in the booming global market.

This study investigates the influence of biological gender on L1 negative transfer in learning English prepositions. Interviews were conducted with 12 English language learners, revealing that males performed better in spatial prepositions but struggled with other types. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining qualitative and quantitative research. Female participants demonstrated higher performance, and the study was conducted in Luxembourg, a multilingual country. Ethical considerations were addressed, achieving a 91.08% response rate. Results indicated females generally outperformed males in prepositional accuracy. Language transfer from L1 impacted preposition acquisition, with replacement errors being common. Females showed greater syntactic maturity, while males exhibited advanced linguistic skills. Stylistic differences in writing styles were observed. The study highlights the influence of gender in language acquisition and contributes to understanding gender disparities in second language learning.

Seaweed is rich in biologically active substances, and fucoidan is of most interest because of its diversity in activity and structure. In Vietnam, 3 out of 10 adults have high blood cholesterol (accounting for 39%), and over 50% of women aged 50-65 have hypercholesterolemia. Blood fat index is one of the health indicators, especially in people who are overweight, obese, or have cardiovascular disease. Too much fat in the blood will lead to the risk of dangerous diseases such as myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, and cerebrovascular accident. Currently, many fucoidan products have been launched. Therefore, the paper presented fucoidan with its structure and lipid-lowering activity so that people can use them in decrease the disease

Abstract: Background: In a country, many girls may forcefully be married off at an early age where they might have no hand in it. But the thought and view they carry throughout their lifetime can be resembled in the lives of their children too and can proclaim plenty of the country problems, especially receiving improved antenatal care (ANC). A woman or a prospective mothers view of her husband beating her tells a lot about a country people view, and preferred age of marrying by a woman can also exhibit her attitude toward her rights and goals. However, limited research has focused on understanding women perspectives on their rights and their relation with ANC quality in Bangladesh. The findings of this study will contribute to a deeper understanding of women perspectives on their rights and the barriers they face in accessing quality ANC. Objective: This study aims to investigate the view of Bangladeshi women toward their own rights and the impact on their access to improved ANC. Method: To address this gap, a binary logistic regression model was employed by analyzing in IBM SPSS Statistics 25 using Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey (BDHS) 2017-18 data. The study recruited a diverse sample of women from various social backgrounds, beliefs, and geographical locations in Bangladesh. Result: It was spotted that a small percentage (6.6%) of women in Bangladesh were under proper ANC coverage. The women who did not justify domestic violence were 1.231 times more likely to be under ANC coverage in Bangladesh than those who justified domestic violence in the adjusted model. Moreover, women with no education were .048 times less likely to be under ANC coverage than women with higher education. Women who were not exposed to media were .099 times less likely to be under ANC coverage than those who were exposed to media. Unfortunately, almost one-fifth of all Bangladeshi women (19.6%) justified being beaten by their husbands. Conclusion: Entitlements of women enable them to actively engage in their own healthcare programs, leading to improved health outcomes for both mother and child. Through targeted awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, and policy advocacy, Bangladesh can create an environment where women are aware of their rights and have access to quality ANC services. By ensuring their rights are respected, a society that values reproductive health and the well-being of women and children can strive.

Technology was gradually embraced by distance education institutions to interact and instruct their diverse student body. To reach students in far-flung locations, the University of South Africa (Unisa) has embraced the Open Distance and E-learning (ODeL) paradigm. The digital gap is a problem as technology advances because it makes it difficult for pupils to access the Internet. The study went over the literature with a particular emphasis on the usefulness of technology in ODeL. To thoroughly examine the case, the study has chosen a qualitative research methodology. To analyze the data acquired from students enrolled in ODeL courses, the study has utilized a community of inquiry structure. The study made use of the interpretative paradigm, which holds that reality is a multi-layered, complicated phenomena that may be interpreted in several ways. The study is comprehensive in character since a qualitative research technique using a case study design method was chosen most appropriate for it. Twelve individuals were chosen by the researchers from two Unisa regional offices in the Eastern Cape Province using a purposive sample technique. The participants were questioned about their opinions and experiences with using technology during semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis, a method of finding themes within qualitative data, was used to analyze the acquired data. The results showed that students who used technology well were better communicators, had better grades on their assignments, and fared well on tests
