Analisis Perilaku Impulse Buying dalam E-Commerce Perspektif Bisnis Syariah 伊斯兰教法商业观点中的冲动行为分析

Supported by the development of technology and information, some people change their buying behavior patterns from those initially offline to online systems. This study aims to examine the impulse buying behavior of online consumers in e-commerce which is viewed from the perspective of sharia business. The approach os this study is a qualititative method with a type of case study. The method of data collection in this study was to use interview methods, observation and documentation to informants. The unit of analysis of this study were nine consumers who made purchase online through a marketplace consisting of six buyers in Lazada, two buyers in Zalora, and one buyer in BliBli, in addition there was one seller at Lazada. The results of the study show that 1)Consumers or individuals who have inclusive behavior in Lazada, Zalora and BliBli are included in the type of suggestion impulse behavior and planned impulse buying types (purchases depend on sales conditions). 2)Impulse buying behavior in e-commerce has fullfilled one or more sharia business principles, namely Lazada fulfills the principles of tauhid, adliyah, hurriyah, musawwah, and taawun, the Zalora fulfills the nabawi prinsiple, adliyah, musawwah, and hurriyah the BliBli fulfills the nabawi prinsiples, adliyah, hurriyah, musawwah and ta’awu. Risiko Usaha Terhadap Rasio Kecukupan Modal Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Go Public 风险投资与私营国家公立公共银行资本储备金比率之比

Rasio kecukupan modal (Capital Adequacy Ratio/CAR) merupakan salah satu indikator yang diguankan untuk mengukur kecukupan modal bank. Kepatuhan terhadap kecukupan modal bank menjadi penting sebagai dasar pengelolaan bisnis perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko likuiditas, kredit, pasar dan operasional terhadap rasio kecukupan modal dan rasio usaha yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kecukupan modal.  Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Loan to Debt Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Aset Produktif Bermasalah (APB), Interest Risk Ratio (IRR), Posisi Devisa Netto (PDN), Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder laporan keuangan publikasi Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Go Public periode 2013 sampai dengan triwulan II, 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah PT Bank Victoria International, Tbk; PT Bank Sinarmas, Tbk; PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk; dan PT bank Mayapada International Tbk. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23, dengan uji-F dan uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO dan FBIR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasio kecukupan modal, namun yang berpengaruh parsial adalah LDR, APB dan IRR. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh   signifikan terhadap CAR adalah IRR.
资本储备金比率是衡量银行资本充裕的指标之一。银行盈余作为银行业务管理的基础变得至关重要。本研究的目的是确定流动性、信贷、市场和运营风险对资本再充裕率和最影响资本再充裕率的风险的影响。本研究采用变量进行推理Ratio (LDR)、投资政策Ratio (IPR)、非绩效资产资产(NPL)、利益冲突资产(ipl)、利益冲突资产(IRR)、外汇内准备金(PDN)位置、营运收入(BOPO)和基于收入收入的fe (FBIR)。这项研究使用的是2013年至2018年4月2日的国家私营企业上市上市期间的次要财务报表数据。采样技术采用采样方法。本研究样本为PT Victoria International, Tbk;PT Sinarmas银行,Tbk;有限责任公司,Tbk;和PT mayabank在国际Tbk。使用SPSS 23与uji-F和uji-t进行数据处理。这项研究的结果表明,LDR、IPR、NPL、IRR、PDN、BOPO和FBIR同时对资本收益收益比产生重大影响,但部分影响是LDR、APB和IRR。对汽车最有影响力的变量是IRR。

The Influence of Perceived Quality, Brand Attitude and Brand Preference of the Purchase Intention Frisian Flag Milk in Surabaya 泗水地区弗里斯兰国旗牛奶的感知品质、品牌态度和品牌偏好对购买意愿的影响

The purpose of this research is to determine the infulence of perceived quality, brand attitude and brand preference of the purchase intention frisian flag milk in Surabaya. The variables used in this research were perceived quality, brand attitude, brand preference and purchase intention. This research used judgement sampling technique in order to get samples. Structural Equation Modeling AMOS was used for the analysis technique in this research with 130 respondent. The results of this study proves that the perceived quality have a significant influence on brand attitudes but no significant influence on purchase intention. Brand attitudes have a significant influence on brand preference but have no significant influence on purchase intentions. Brand preference has no significant effect on purchase intention
本研究的目的是确定泗水市弗里斯兰国旗牛奶的感知质量、品牌态度和品牌偏好对购买意愿的影响。本研究使用的变量为感知品质、品牌态度、品牌偏好和购买意愿。本研究采用判断抽样技术来获取样本。本研究采用结构方程模型AMOS进行分析,调查对象为130人。本研究结果证明,感知品质对品牌态度有显著影响,但对购买意愿没有显著影响。品牌态度对品牌偏好有显著影响,对购买意向无显著影响。品牌偏好对购买意愿无显著影响

Financial management behavior become a very important nowadays. This is related to the consumptive behavior in Indonesian and especially in Sidoarjo. The purpose of this reasearch was to determine The Impact Of Financial Knowledge, Lifestyle Pattern Of Career Woman Financial Management Behaviour With Locus Of Control As Moderating Variable.The sample consists of 180 respondents who have the characteristics as career woman that domiciled in Sidoarjo, has a income, as a manager of personal finances, productive age on 20-55 years, and at least junior high school as the latest education. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this reasearch is represent that Financial Knowledge have a positive signficant impact on financial management behaviour, Locus of Control have a positive signficant impact on financial management behaviour and Locus of Control partially mediates on the impact of financial knowledge on financial management behaviour.

Review Akad Buy Sell and Khiyar in a Site Bukalapak The Perspective Of Maslahah. This research reviewing the transactions by pelapak and buyers based on akad buy and sell khiyar associated with the maslahah in a site bukalapak. The collection of data by conducting interviews to informants as many as six people, three from the buyers, two of the pelapak, and one from the company at bukalapak. Data obtained processed and analyzed with the use of case studies, as well as tested their validity. Based on the results of the study, review of akad sell buy islamic perspective can use akad sell buy salam and akad murabahah. The akad used in accordance with the groove of sell buy on the site bukalapak, buyers see the goods and the price of goods and of order goods by paying in advance, recently received the goods within the period prescribed. The implementation of khiyar in the sharia perspective in site bukalapak use khiyar syarat and khiyar 'aib. Maslahah islamic perspective in site bukalapak which can be perceived by users i.e., bring benefits as well as resist damage. Researchers expect the results of this research can be beneficial to entrepreneurs islami and perpetrators of online business in indonesia. Keyword: Review Akad, Sell Buy, Maslahah.

Retirement is the when someone have entered their old age, physically beginning to weaken and skills that they owned will decline. Individuals want the welfare on retirement. This is about how individuals managing and financial planned. Good behavior planning can begin with apply financial knowledge in the form of activities like to saving or allocated fund. This study aim is to determine the influence of future orientation, financial knowledge and intelligence spiritual on behavior retirement family planning. There are 272 people becomes respondents of this study with criteria they are 25 – 55 years old, they are married or unmarried, they are live in Gresik, Surabaya and Sidoarjo, and have minimum income of four million rupiah per month. The technique to analyze the data use t-test and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed that future orientation, financial knowledge, and intelligence spiritual have a positive significant to conduct behavior retirement family planning.

This study tried to determine the effect of liquidity risk measured by LDR and IPR, Credit risk measured by APB and NPL, market risk measured by IRR and PDN, operational risk measured by BOPO, and FBIR both simultaneously or partially. On Core CAR (TIER 1) in Bank group of book 3 and book 4. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, consisting of five banks such as PT Bank Negara Indonesia, PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, PT Bank Tabungan Negara, PT Pan Indonesia Bank, and PT Bank Permata. The secondary data were taken from published financial statements starting from first quarter 2010 until second quarter 2015. They were collected by documentation method and analyzed using linear analysis. The result shows that, partially, LDR, IPR, NPL, PDN, BOPO and FBIR have significant effect on Core CAR (TIER 1). Simultaneously, LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR, as represented by liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, and operational risk partially have significant effect on Core CAR (TIER 1) in Bank group of book 3 and book 4.

Literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dalam perspektif budaya Jawa dan Bugis 从爪哇文化和布吉亚文化的角度来看,家庭财务清晰度和管理

Consumptive behavior can negatively affect family welfare. Financial literacy is one of the factors which may affect family financial management behavior. This family financial may differ across ethnic groups due to the different characters and principles of life among them. This study aimed to examine the effect of financial literacy on family financial management using ethnic as a moderating variable. This study uses a questionnaire instrument that is distributed to 140 respondents of Javanese in Madiun residency and 96 respondents of Bugis at Makassar, East Sulawesi. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. This research use purposive sampling and convenience sampling as the sampling technique. The result of this study shows that financial literacy positively affect family financial management behavior, while ethnic does not moderate the effect of financial literacy on family financial management behavior. This study suggests that families, both Javanese and Bugis, need to enhance their financial literacy to enable them to manage their finance well so that they can improve their welfare.
消费行为会对家庭福利产生负面影响。理财素养是影响家庭理财行为的因素之一。由于不同民族的性格和生活原则不同,这种家庭财务状况可能会有所不同。本研究以民族为调节变量,探讨理财素养对家庭理财的影响。本研究使用问卷调查工具,在东苏拉威西望加锡向140名居住在maddiun的爪哇人和96名居住在Bugis的受访者分发问卷。数据分析技术为多元回归分析。本研究采用目的抽样和方便抽样作为抽样技术。本研究结果显示,理财素养对家庭理财行为有正向影响,而民族对理财素养对家庭理财行为的影响没有调节作用。这项研究表明,无论是爪哇人还是武吉人的家庭,都需要提高他们的金融素养,使他们能够很好地管理自己的财务,从而改善他们的福利。

Fluktuasi indeks harga saham industri jasa sektor property dan real estate dengan determinan faktor ekonomi makro 房地产和房地产行业价格波动指数与宏观经济确定性

Capital market have very important macroeconomic’s indicator for a country. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of macroeconomic factors to the stock price index of property and real estate. In this study used purposive sampling method as determining the sample and multiple linear regression analysis. The result is in a whole inflation, interest rate, balance of payments, and Gross Domestic Product have significant effect to Stock Index Property and Real Estate Sector. Partially, inflation has a negative significant effect on the Stock Price Index, while interest rates, Balance of Payments and Gross Domestic Product have no effect.
资本市场对于一个国家的宏观经济具有非常重要的指标。本研究的目的是检验宏观经济因素对房地产股票价格指数的影响。本研究采用目的抽样法确定样本,并进行多元线性回归分析。其结果是,在整体上,通货膨胀,利率,国际收支和国内生产总值对股票指数房地产和房地产行业有显著的影响。部分地,通货膨胀对股票价格指数有显著的负影响,而利率、国际收支和国内生产总值没有影响。

Strategi pemasaran jasa transportasi taksi konvensional menghadapi persaingan jasa transportasi berbasis aplikasi online di Surabaya 传统出租车运输服务营销策略在泗水面临基于在线应用的交通竞争

This research analyzes and explains the application of conventional taxi marketing strategy of Blue Bird in face of online application based transportation competition in Surabaya Indonesia. This research uses qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected from the operational and marketing managers of Blue Bird taxi (1 person), the driver (10 persons), and customer (10 people). To obtain complete information has been done observation, documentation, and interviews with open questions. The results show that Blue Bird's taxi marketing strategy consists of services, prices, distribution, promotion, people, physical evidence and processes that can impact on the company's performance is still not running well in the face of competition of online application-based transportation services. In terms of distribution strategies, people, physical evidence, and processes have been excellent but in product strategy, service, pricing, and promotional strategies are still in a weak condition. The implication of this research is that Blue Bird companies can improve their service innovation primarily on technology aspects, and then lower tariffs for consumers, and lastly use the internet medium to improve efficiency and cheaper than others so as to compete with online-based applications transportation services in Surabaya.
