Analisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap keputusan wali murid memilih sekolah dasar 分析服务市场组合对家长选择小学的影响

Meningkatnya partisipasi penduduk dalam pendidikan dasar membuat para wali murid berlomba-lomba mencari lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi putra-putrinya sehingga tercipta pula iklim kompetitif bagi lembaga-lembaga pendidikan dasar baik yang berstatus negeri maupun swasta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa (produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, bukti fisik, dan proses) terhadap keputusan wali murid dalam memilih sekolah dasar (SD). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wali murid SD YPPK St. Petrus di Kabupaten Nabire, Papua dengan sampel sebanyak 180 orang responden yang putra-putrinya duduk di kelas 1 hingga 3. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa yang signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan wali murid dalam memilih sekolah. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran jasa secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi keputusan memilih sekolah. Hasil lainnya memperlihatkan variabel produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, bukti fisik, dan proses secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputuan memilih sekolah, sedangkan variabel harga dan tempat secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah. Adapun di antara variabel-variabel tersebut, variabel promosi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan memilih sekolah.
越来越多的公民对基础教育的参与使得家长们竞相为子女争取高质量的教育机构,从而为国家和私人基础教育机构创造了竞争环境。本研究旨在探讨服务营销(一种产品、一种价格、一种地点、一种晋升、一种人、一种实物证据和一种过程)对家长选择小学(小学)的决定的影响。这项研究的人口包括巴布亚纳比雷市YPPK圣彼得小学的所有学生,他们的孩子在1 - 3班的成绩为180名学生。使用的分析技术是描述性分析和多重回归分析,以测试服务营销组合对家长选择学校决策的重大影响。统计测试结果表明,服务营销组合共同影响选择一所学校的决定。其他结果显示,产品、价格、地点、促销、个人、物证和进程部分对选择学校产生重大影响,而部分变量和地点对选择学校的决定没有显著影响。至于这些变量,推广变量对选择学校的决定影响最大。

RISIKO USAHA, RENTABILITAS DAN PERMODALAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL ANTESEDEN KESEHATAN BANK BUKU 3 DAN BUKU 4 DI INDONESIA 作为第三本书和第四本书银行健康变量的企业、企业盈利能力和资本风险

Banking world is inseparable from the competition of services, service offerings but also bank’s health scores, so banks are required to maintain their health scores. The purpose of this reseach was to know significantion analyze form that ratio IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA, and CAR has significant influence to bank’s health scores use RBBR metods. Population that wear in this research is BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank in Indonesia. The sample were selected used purposive sampling technique. This reseach use secondary data and data collection methods used documentation method. The type of research conducted in this research is causal research is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the calculation and analysis before the result of the research hypotesis that the IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA dan CAR have significant effect for soudness score on BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank. IPR, IRR, NPL, FBIR, ROA and CAR has a negative effect not significant, LDR, PDN, and NIM has a positive effect not significant, BOPO has a negative effect and significant. Of the ten variables studied  BOPO has dominant influence that is equal 24,4 percent among ten other independent variables. Suggestions for bank sample in this research to maintain its operational risks, minimize operational costs and increase operating income so that the health score is increasing every year.
银行业世界离不开服务的竞争,服务的提供也是银行的健康评分,所以银行都需要保持自己的健康评分。本研究的目的是了解运用RBBR方法的IPR、LDR、IRR、PDN、NPL、BOPO、FBIR、NIM、ROA和CAR对银行健康评分有显著影响的显著性分析。本次研究的人群为印度尼西亚BUKU 3和BUKU 4银行。样本的选择采用目的性抽样技术。本研究采用二手资料,资料收集方法采用文献资料法。本研究的研究类型为因果研究,采用多元线性回归分析。根据研究假设结果之前的计算和分析结果,IPR、LDR、IRR、PDN、NPL、BOPO、FBIR、NIM、ROA和CAR对北库3号和北库4号银行的稳健性评分有显著影响。IPR、IRR、NPL、FBIR、ROA和CAR负向影响不显著,LDR、PDN和NIM正向影响不显著,BOPO负向影响显著。在研究的10个变量中,BOPO的影响占主导地位,在其他10个自变量中占24.4%。本研究样本银行的建议是保持其经营风险,降低经营成本,增加经营收入,使健康评分逐年提高。

PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM DI SURABAYA 金融素养对泗水UMKM绩效的影响

MSME is a form of business in Indonesia. This large number of businesses has a high influence on Indonesia. The main purpose was to determine the relationship between financial literacy on MSME performance in Surabaya City. The study was used 73 data MSME owners in Surabaya City. Cluster and purposive sampling techniques were used to select a sample. Data was collected using structured questionnaires. Validity and reliability techniques are used to test the consistency of the indicators and analytical techniques. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data, and data was presented in the form of tables, pictures, and percentages. Inferential statistics is used to test hypotesis. The findings are indicative of a significant effect of bookkeeping literacy, debt literacy, and budgeting literacy on MSME performance. It is recommended that MSME owner to improve the ability make and manage cash management

Mobile banking is a banking facility that uses mobile communication tools such as mobile phones. Mobile banking services provide convenience for customers to perform banking transactions such as check balances, transfer between accounts and bill payments and know the history of transactions made by users. This study aims to analyze the influence of Awareness, Transaction Speed, Security, Perceived Usefulness with Perceived Ease of Use Media to Adoption of m-banking BRI Makassar Raya. The sample used in this research is customer of m-banking BRI customer in Makassar Raya. The number of samples used in the study were 100 respondents who distributed directly and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using smartPLS program (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The result of the research shows that the awareness variable has negative effect not significant to BRI m-banking Adoption, Transaction Speed has a significant positive effect on BRI m-banking Adoption, Security has positive significant effect on BRI m-banking Adoption, Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect to m -banking BRI, Perceived Usefulness has a significant negative effect on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived  Ease of Use has a significant positive effect on m-banking Adoption

EFFECT OF COMMITMENT, TRUST AND SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMER RETENTION OF HONDA MOTOR PRODUCTS MATIC 承诺、信任和满意度对本田汽车产品客户保留的影响

This study aimed to determine the effect of commitment, trust and customer retention partially or simultaneously. This research includes the development of research with reference to the journals and books that guide researchers. Determination of the subject is done by purposive sampling, which consisted of 30 respondents as sample determination ketch and added 59 respondents in order to meet a large sample used in accordance with the theory. Data collected by distributing questionnaires. This questionnaire is used to determine how much influence commitment, trust and satisfaction in influencing customer retention. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative.The results showed that, trust and customer satisfaction partially significant effect on customer retention while partial commitment does not affect customer retention but commitment, trust and satisfaction simultaneously affect customer retention

The study purposes to examine the perceived convenience, risk and benefits toward decision to use BRI Mobile Banking in Surabaya. The study is using SPSS Program 21.00 version. The population used in this study are all customers of the Bank BRI in Surabaya, especially in Kaliasin, Kusuma Bangsa and Jemursari branches. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire. This research method used is quantitative. To conduct this study, the data collected as much 80 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis used in this study to analyze the data statistically. The result showed that perceived convenience and benefits affects positive significant the decision to use mobile banking BRI in Surabaya, while the perceived risk is affects not positive significant the decision to use mobile banking BRI in Surabaya.      
本研究旨在考察在泗水使用BRI移动银行的便利性、风险和收益。本研究使用SPSS软件21.00版本。本研究中使用的人口是泗水BRI银行的所有客户,特别是Kaliasin、Kusuma Bangsa和Jemursari分行的客户。数据收集采用问卷调查。本研究采用的是定量研究方法。为了进行这项研究,收集了多达80名受访者的数据。本研究采用多元线性回归分析对数据进行统计分析。结果表明,感知到的便利和利益对泗水使用手机银行BRI的决策有显著的正向影响,而感知到的风险对泗水使用手机银行BRI的决策没有显著的正向影响。

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of perceived usefullness, perceived ease to use, and security concern toward decision to use internet banking to customers at Bank BRI Surabaya. This study used judgement sampling methods based on criteria of this research. Data were collected from 84 respondents who used internet banking services Bank BRI at Surabaya. The analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression and using spss version 22.0. So, this study showed Perceived usefullness and perceived ease to use positive significantly influenced to customer’s decision to use, then security concerns is negative significantly influenced to customer’s deciosion to use internet banking Bank BRI at Surabaya.
本研究的目的是检验感知有用性、感知易用性和安全问题对泗水BRI银行客户决定使用网上银行的影响。本研究采用基于本研究标准的判断抽样方法。数据收集自84名使用泗水BRI银行网上银行服务的受访者。本研究的分析方法为多元线性回归,使用spss 22.0版本。因此,本研究表明,感知有用性和感知易用性对客户的使用决策有积极的显著影响,然后安全问题对客户使用互联网银行的决策有消极的显著影响。

The purpose of research was to determine whether the CKPN for Credit, NPL, IRR, PDN, LDR, IPR, LAR, BOPO, FBIR and GCG has a significant influence either simultaneously or partially. Based on the calculations and the results hypothesis that the CKPN for Credit, NPL, IRR, PDN, LDR, IPR, LAR, BOPO, FBIR and GCG for Soundness Score on Foreign Exchange National Private Banks together have a significant effect. Partially CKPN, IRR, PDN, IPR LAR and GCG has a positive effect not significant, NPL, LDR and FBIR has a negative effect not significant and BOPO has a negative effect significant,. Among the ten independent variables that contribute the most dominant on Health Score is BOPO of 20,4 per cent higher when compared with the other independent decision variables.

Using technology in every day's daily activities is not a stranger anymore, rapid technological development is very influential on economic and social activities. Technological advances also affect the banking world electronically. One of the services enhanced by banks is the mobile banking facility. This study aims to analyze the influence of relative advantage, perceived complexity perceived compatibility,, perceived triability on behavioral intentions and the impact on the use of BRI mobile banking in Surabaya. Sample of this research are 100 respondents and this research is done in Surabaya. Sample is drawn using purposive sampling methods. This study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling 6.0 (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The results of this study reveals that relative advantage, perceived complexity, perceived compatibility, perception of behavioral intentions have a significant effect on using BRI’s mobile baking and while perceived triability does not significantly influence behavioral intention on using BRI’s mobile baking. Anyhow behavioral intension to use significantly affects BRI's mobile banking user.

Every company would want the intentions to buy in their consumer. Purchase intentions could grows in the consumer when the consumer knows the brand well through the good images or surrounding environments. This study is to know how brand awareness, brand image, and word of mouth affect purchase intention of Nintendo Switch in Surabaya. Quantitative method was used in this research. To conduct this research, the data collection method was used questionnaires of 82 respondents. Multiple regression was used in this research to analyze the data statistically. The results showed that brand image and word of mouth are significantly affects purchase intentions while brand awareness is not strongly affects purchase intentions of Nintendo Switch in Surabaya.
