Improvement bases of the theory basing with account for the development of traditional and additive technologies 改进理论基础,兼顾传统工艺和增材工艺的发展

It is proposed that the design and production of individual elements of parts and products as a whole be carried out from the standpoint of operation and monitoring of its condition, both in traditional and additive manufacturing using the modular principle in engineering and technology. The way of unification of design decisions for the design of the product, equipment and technological and metrological equipment during its manufacture is discussed, to ensure, regardless of the type of production (single, serial, mass), the transition from standard and group to modular technologies. The basics of basing theory are updated taking into account the revision of the existing description from theoretical mechanics by means of the position of three coordinate points; to go to a new description from the theory of machines and mechanisms by depriving a subject of basing degrees of freedom (mobility) in a technical system (design, technological, measuring). It is shown how the design of the technology for manufacturing the product and measuring its characteristics is carried out in a system that includes equipment and equipment as mechanisms, the closing link of which are basing objects.

Effects of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells on nociceptive sensitivity and repair processes at achilles tendon injury model in rats 脂肪源性间充质干细胞对大鼠跟腱损伤模型伤害感觉敏感性和修复过程的影响

On the model of Achilles tendon injury in rats, the antinociceptive and regenerative effect of allogeneic transplantation of various doses of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) into the lesion area was studied. It was found that netiher of tested regimens of allogeneic transplantation of ADMSCs contributed to a decrease in the edema of the injured limb. Among the studied regimens, only a twofold administration of 0.25 • 106 ADMSCs exhibited an antinociceptive effect. Administration of 0.50 • 106 ADMSCs promoted the accelerated onset of neovascularization of tendon tissue, while enhancing inflammation and the formation of granulation tissue. Double transplantation of 0.25 • 106 ADMSCs led to accelerated reorganization of collagen fibers, later neovascularization, however, there was an absence of inflammatory infiltrate, lipomatosis, and massive formation of granulation tissue in the lesion area.

The upper devonian magmatic complexes of the South-East Belarus 白俄罗斯东南部的上泥盆世岩浆复合体

For the first time, the authors determined lateral-temporal series of magmatic complexes of the Late Frasnian-Early Famennian Pripyat-Dnieper Magmatic Area according to the results of petrological and geochemical study of rocks of the Pripyat-Dnieper Magmatic Area (north-western part of the Pripyat-Dnieper-Donetsk Magmatic Province) in the southwest of the East European Platform using the principles of structural-material analysis and taking into account previous studies. The series consists of four complexes, formed during stages of magmatic activity, separated by time intervals: Zhlobin Complex (Rechitsa Time, the beginning of the Late Frasnian), Uvarovichi complex (Late Voronezh Time, the middle of the Late Frasnian), Pripyat Complex (Skolodin (Skolodin-Chernin?) Time, the end of the Late Frasnian) and Loev complex (Yelets (Yelets- Petrikov?) Time, Early Famennian). The rocks of the Zhlobin Complex belong to the alkaline-ultramafic (carbonatite-kimberlite-nephelinite) formation; Uvarovichi Complex - to the alkaline-mafic formation (basaltoids and phonolites); Pripyat Complex - to the alkaline-mafic-salic formation (trachyandesites); Loev Complex - to the alkaline-ultramafic (nepheline) formation.

Effect of large-scale modes of total variability of the atmosphere and ocean in the Atlantic-European region on the climate of Belarus 大西洋-欧洲地区大气和海洋总变率的大尺度模态对白俄罗斯气候的影响

We have established the relationships of quasicyclic components in changes of air temperature and precipitation in Belarus with large-scale modes of general variability of the atmosphere and ocean in the Atlantic-European region. When the summer air temperature changes in Belarus and in Eastern Europe, a quasi-60-year oscillation is identified, which coincides in phase with the Atlantic multi-decadal oscillation. It is shown that the time series of winter air temperature in Belarus contain a quasi-8-year component synchronized with a similar component of the North Atlantic Oscillation. Moreover, the periods of acceleration and deceleration of winter warming in Belarus coincide with the upward and downward quasi-30-year phases of the North Atlantic Oscillation, respectively. The latter are also consistent with fluctuations in moisture content in Belarus and Europe. Based on the established patterns, we have concluded that the rapid rise in winter temperatures, slowing down of summer warming and deterioration in water supply in the southern regions of Belarus observed in the last decade are part of a natural cycle lasting about 30 years, developing against the background of a long-term trend of anthropogenic global warming.

Some disadvantages of the extracorporeal blood purification (EBP) methods as reducing plasma levels of different important metabolites are described. Disorders of amino acid metabolism in sepsis are manifested into microcirculation interruptions, a decreased immune response and an increased mortality. The aim of the study is to investigate the EBP influence on the levels of nonessential amino acids in the blood plasma of patients with sepsis. 28 patients diagnosed with “sepsis” were selected. Standard treatment protocols of plasma filtration, hemofiltration and hemadsorption with various sorbents were used. A significant decrease in the levels of asparagine, phosphoethanolamine, proline; α -aminobutyric acid showed a significant increase in these levels in patients who underwent “Proteasosorb” sorbent hemadsorption. A significant decrease in the levels of ornithine, aspartic acid, 3-methylhistidine, 1-methylhistidine in patients treated with hemofiltration was found. The EBP methods significantly influence the amino acid metabolism.

Исследование биоэквивалентности лекарственных средств Флутриксан и Нексавар

А replicate designed open-label, randomized, crossover single-dose bioequivalence study using three periods and three sequences was conducted to assess the comparative bioavailability of the sorafenib-containing medicinal products Flutrixan (200 mg tablet, Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of NAS of Belarus, Belarus) and Nexavar (200 mg tablet, Bayer Pharma AG, Germany), in healthy volunteers under fasting conditions. It was shown that all criteria used to assess the bioequivalence of compared medicinal products were fulfilled. The Test/Reference geometric mean ratios obtained for the pharmacokinetic parameters C max and AUC 0-72 and the corresponding 90 % confidence intervals were within the acceptance range of 80.0-125.0 %. Both sorafenib products were well tolerated and had a favorable safety profile. Therefore, it can be concluded that the generic medicinal product Flutrixan is bioequivalent to the reference medicinal product Nexavar.

In the linear approximation of general relativity, an exact spherically symmetric non-static solution of Einstein's equations is obtained. It describes a gravitational wave depending on a retarded argument. The non-zero expressions for the momentum density of the wave and the forces acting on a test particle are obtained.

We considered the two-dimensional theoretical field model of interaction of scalar and fermion fields with the Higgs potential. Contribution of instanton effects to total fermion propagator is calculated. Mass correction to the propagator in the presence of an instanton field is determined. The obtained results can be interpreted as confinement.

Identification of potential inhibitors of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 using the methods of virtual screening and molecular modeling 利用虚拟筛选和分子建模方法鉴定冠状病毒SARS-CoV-2的潜在抑制剂

To find small-molecule compounds that can simulate the structural and functional properties of the high affinity X77 ligand of the main protease of SARS-CoV-2 - etiologic agent of COVID-19, the virtual screening of 9 molecular libraries of the Pharmit web server containing over 213.5 million chemical structures was performed. Using molecular modeling, the neutralizing activity of the identified molecules was evaluated, resulting in 5 leader compounds promising for synthesis and testing for antiviral activity. The data obtained indicate that these compounds may be used as basic structures for the development of effective drugs to treat the novel coronavirus infection.

Microspheres comparable with yeast cells in size were obtained by the glutaraldehyde crosslinking of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), whose 25 g/l water solution containing magnetite particles was dispersed in the isooctane/Span 85/Tween 85 medium. yeast cell walls were partially hydrolysed by sonication in formic acid near the boiling point. The microspheres were made targets for phagocytosis by the addition of yeast lysate to the crosslinkable PVA solution and a subsequent treatment of the freshly crosslinked microspheres with diluted yeast lysate. The microspheres were also made fluorescent when the emulsification medium saturated with fluorescent 2-aminopyrimidine derivatives was used. A protocol for phagocytosis assay using the thus modified microspheres was developed.
