Ecological and Technological Aspects of Liquid-phase Filling of Styrene-butadiene Rubber with Black Carbon in an Ultrasonic Field 超声波场中丁苯橡胶与黑炭液相填充的生态与技术问题

It has been found that black carbon exhibits increased sorption activity in relation to the emulsifying agents of the latex system under ultrasonic impact, which contributes to destabilization of the latex and the release of the elastomeric composition without the use of coagulating agents. It was revealed that as a result of the black carbon sorption of non-biodegradable leukanol, emulsifying substances in the form of resin soaps and fatty acids, the overall pollution of wastewater is reduced, and treatment efficiency of up to 98% is achieved in terms of COD. It has been shown that the liquid-phase filling of SKS-30ARK rubber at the latex stage with high-structural black carbon of grade P245 at a ratio, wt. part — rubber: black carbon = 100 : 100 allows to reduce the content of non-biodegradable leukanol down to 0.1 mg/dm3 and increase the biooxidability index of wastewater to 83%.

The "Ecomonitor" software package has been considered, suitable for use in various industrial companies for tracking and forecasting the industrial emissions into the atmosphere, taking into account meteorological conditions in order to determine the transfer of pollutants to the area around the company. The mathematical model SUSUPLUME, operating in "Ecomonitor", has been presented. The main advantages of this parametric model have been indicated, namely the ability to assess air pollution in real time, as well as its application to various substances, including SO2, NO2, NO, CO, CO2 and dust.

Ecological and Geochemical Characteristics of Potassium Industry Waste 钾工业废弃物的生态和地球化学特征

The analysis of the ecological and geochemical characteristics of waste from the extraction and processing of potash salts, which determine the ecological state of the areas of development of these deposits, is carried out. Objects are salt dumps, sludge storages, drainage waters formed on the territory of the Verkhnekamskoye potassium-magnesium salt deposit. Under research of chemical composition of waste and the drainage waters of the sludge storage it was determine that high concentrations of mobile forms of chemical elements in drainage sodium chloride waters of waste storage facilities, an increase in the concentration of nitrogen compounds in filtration waters have been established. The active role of salt solutions in the leaching of clay minerals of salt dumps and sludge dumps, clay protective screens is determined, which leads to active filtration of salt solutions through the bed of the sludge dump, salt dump, migration of microelements in a readily soluble form into the environment.

Emissions of Benzо(a)pyrene and Carbon Monoxide from Forest Fires as a Source of Atmospheric Pollution in Cities of the Irkutsk Region 作为伊尔库茨克州城市大气污染源的森林火灾产生的苯并芘和一氧化碳排放量

An assessment is made of the release of benz(a)pyrene (B(a)P) and accompanying toxic products of incomplete combustion – carbon monoxide and soot – from forest fires as a source of atmospheric air pollution in cities in the Irkutsk region. Mass gross emissions, t/year, averaged for 2014–2020. of the studied substances in all 33 districts of the Irkutsk region were calculated. The dependences of gross emissions B(a)P are establishedDepends on the indicators of forest fires: the amount, area, mass of burnt plant materials, gross emissions of carbon monoxide and soot. The conclusion is made about the pollution of the atmospheric air of cities with carcinogenic B(a)P and toxic carbon monoxide from forest fire emissions.

The Directions for Improving the Surface Wastewater Treatment Facilities 改善地表污水处理设施的方向

Prospective directions for increasing efficiency of the drains by improving the systems for collection, disposal and treatment of surface wastewater have been considered. The design and technological features of treatment facilities in operation have been analyzed. The significant shortcomings have been identified, as a result of which the quality of purified water discharged into water bodies, declared by manufacturers, is reduced and the operation is complicated. Promising directions for resolving the identified problems have been recommended: targeted formation of surface wastewater flows, increasing the engineering and technological level of mono-block structures, the use of modern structural materials, providing the possibility of remote monitoring and control of the technological process, as well as timely routine maintenance.

Electrochemical Oxidation of Ethylene Glycol in Aqueous Media Using Lead Dioxide Titanium Anode 使用二氧化铅钛阳极进行水介质中乙二醇的电化学氧化

Experiments on the electrochemical oxidation of ethylene glycol (EG) have been carried out in laboratory conditions using lead dioxide titanium anode (LDOTA) in electrochemical cell. It has been found that the chemical oxygen consumption in the solution on LDOTA at a current density of 5.5 A/dm2 and processing time of 120 min is reduced to the values that allow its further bio-purification. It has been concluded that the efficiency of the electrochemical oxidation process, leading to further destruction of the EG molecule, is explained by both direct oxidation, in which the hydroxyl radicals arise that oxidize EG on the anode surface, and indirect oxidation, accompanied by the formation of strong oxidizing agents, for example, peroxodisulfuric acid anions capable of oxidizing the organic matter in the solution volume.

The tectonic, geological and hydrogeological features of the south of Sakhalin Island have been considered in connection with the assessment of the possibility of placing CO2 in aquifers. It has been found that at the regional and zonal level of criteria, this territory can be classified as unpromising one. It has been concluded that implementation of landfill projects for the placement of CO2 in aquifers will face great geological risks for the drinking water supply to the population, and can also lead to serious environmental consequences for nature, including a shift in the balance in the aquatic ecosystem of Aniva Bay.

The results of gas chromatographic control of the content of phenol and its derivatives in the surface waters of the Volga River basin are presented. The assessment of the water quality of the studied reservoir by categories of pollution at different times of the year was carried out. The results of environmental monitoring of the surface waters of the Volga River basin, taking into account the transformation of phenols into more toxic compounds, are discussed.

The results of the study of ultrasound influence on the formation of macrophytoperiphyton on steel and concrete substrates in field conditions (sea water area) are presented. On the example of macroalgae in the conditions of full-scale experiment the ability of ultrasound to complicate, but not completely inhibit the development of plant colonizers is shown. The greatest sensitivity to the impact of ultrasound is shown by red algae. It is recommended to expand the experiments with the use of ultrasound installation of higher power in order to assess the effect of ultrasound on different groups of algae during the operation of NPP.
本文介绍了在实地条件下(海水区域)研究超声波对钢铁和混凝土基质上大型浮游植物形成的影响的结果。以大规模实验条件下的大型藻类为例,结果表明超声波能使植物定植者的发展复杂化,但并不能完全抑制其发展。红藻对超声波的影响最为敏感。建议扩大实验范围,使用更高功率的超声波装置,以评估在核电厂运行期间超声波对不同藻类的影响。

The existing scheme, key operations and technologies used in the company for sorting and processing municipal solid waste in the Moscow region have been considered. The features of waste streams entering the waste processing system have been studied, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the morphological composition have been presented, actual data on the composition of pollutant emissions generated at different stages of waste sorting and processing have been analyzed, the most problematic areas and priority eco-toxicants have been identified.
