In the context of intelligent society, the construction of a digital government has become an important part of the current Chinese government reform, However, information islands, data security, trace formalism, etc. haunt the construction of China's digital government. Therefore, it is inevitable to carry out integrated and coordinated development of digital government, break data barriers, and improve evaluation mechanisms. Emerging technologies such as federated learning and blockchain provide new ideas for the construction of digital government. This article aims to understand the current status of China's digital government construction, analyze the challenges faced in the construction of digital government, and further propose optimization paths, hoping to help China's digital government construction.

The current dilemmas in community governance are widespread, such as information islands, lack of communication and cooperation between community subjects, lack of integration and distribution of community resources, and lack of awareness of autonomy among community residents. This article uses a series of emerging Internet technologies to build a technical framework for the wisdom of community governance, hoping to use technical methods and concepts to assist system reform. This article hopes to achieve the community governance system more perfect, match the supply of community services with the needs of residents, coordinate and co-governance between the subjects in the community, increase the trust and sense of belonging of community residents, and cultivate residents' sense of autonomy.

The financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises is the key factor that hinders its development. Although how to solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises has been studied, it has always stayed in the theoretical level, leading to fundamentally not be solved. However, with the arrival of the critical period of national economic transformation, the rise of Internet finance has opened up a new way to remove the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper takes small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, discusses the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises at the current stage, analyzes the causes of the problems, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures for specific problems.

The rapid development of the Internet has greatly affected and impacted all aspects of our industry. Education, financial industry and a series of important industries to maintain the operation of China, facing the rapid development of the Internet is also undergoing transformation. With the development of the Internet, the concept and basic institutions of the public management industry in China have begun to change. Internet technology has made the public management industry of China begin to deepen the reform, which is a substantial change about the public management industry. This substantial change not only makes Chinese public management industry find a new direction, but also makes the organization composition, management goal and content of the public management industry have been fundamentally reformed.
