Big data is the key to building a intelligent public service mode and a technical means to promote the modernization of national governance. However, the public service mode driven by big data has problems such as inefficient government purchases and failure to achieve multi-level and cross-departmental information interaction, which directly affects the quality of public service work. This article takes the “5V” characteristics of big data as the background, discusses the “5N” feature of optimizing public services, and proposes a intelligent mode of public services driven by big data, thereby enhancing the awareness of big data at all levels of public services.

In the new era, the technical means of Internet of Things in the practice field of container multimodal transport has been comprehensively innovated and optimized, which fully ensures that each concrete implementation process and link of container multimodal transport can achieve more obvious transportation cost saving benefits and innovates the operation mode of container multimodal transport business. Therefore, the mode innovation and transformation of container multimodal transport must rely on the integration and support of the Internet of Things technology.

Shunyi urban management and Law Enforcement Bureau has made outstanding contributions to improve the quality of urban environmental public services in Shunyi district. From the perspective of public service quality management, this paper explores the work stressors of Shunyi urban management grassroots law enforcement personnel. The study found that the grass-roots law enforcement officers of Shunyi urban management and Law Enforcement Bureau have greater work stress; the work stressor mainly focus on the factors of work itself, organizational mechanism, career development, work family conflict and role pressure; there are obvious differences in the perception of work stress of grass-roots law enforcement officers of urban management under the background of demography. In response to the findings of the research, we propose suggestions to alleviate the work stress of Shunyi city management grassroots law enforcement officers in a targeted manner from different aspects of work stressor.

In the information age with the rapid development of big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other technologies, various financial management information systems have been widely used. However, certain limitations are also exposed. The intelligent financial platform based on cloud resources can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional financial management information systems and provide important support for the intelligent development of financial management. Based on this, this article gives a brief introduction to smart finance, and from the perspective of smart finance construction, it analyzes the important role of cloud resources. Finally, based on the application of cloud computing technology, some suggestions are put forward for the specific implementation of intelligent financial construction, hoping to promote the improvement of financial management technology of related enterprises.

Objective: This paper was to explore whether supplementary medical insurance (SHI) can be an effective supplement to basic medical insurance (BHI). Methods: based on the data of CHARLS in 2018, the effects of BHI and SHI on residents' medical service utilization and household medical expenditure were discussed by using two-part model and quantile regression model, respectively. Results: the regression results of the two-part and quantile models showed that SHI was an effective supplement to BHI, but the effect of SHI on vulnerable groups was not favorable. Conclusion: when SHI gave full play to the efficiency of the system, it sacrificed the fairness to some extent. Government departments should continue to work to help residents improve their income and incline policies to vulnerable groups, so as to further reduce the burden of high medical expenses of residents.

Regional economic integration has become an important trend of global economic development. As one of the important forms, free trade area is favored by countries all over the world. The establishment of FTA among countries can complement each other's advantages to a greater extent, give play to the potential of various parties and seek common interests. China and Russia are highly complementary in the field of economy and trade, and the establishment of China-Russia FTA is the development direction of economic and trade of China and Russia in the future. This paper analyzes the realistic foundation of the establishment of FTA between China and Russia, predicts economic effect of FTA between China and Russia using the method of combining empirical and theoretical analysis, analyzes the obstacles to the establishment of FTA between China and Russia and puts forward the countermeasures according to the relevant data, these research are based on the theory of regional economic integration, geographical economics, international trade theory from the perspective of the docking of the Belt and Union.

In the context of the construction of a smart society, an empirical analysis based on the macro database of the National Bureau of Statistics and the micro data of CGSS2017 found that the quality of rural labor transfer in China at this stage can no longer fully meet the needs of social development. Through big data analysis, it is found that in the process of rural labor transfer to cities in China, there are problems such as low skill level, low degree of organization, serious urban-rural division, left-behind children and empty-nest elderly. In order to improve the quality of rural labor transfer in China, so that it can adapt to the development of a better intelligent society, our government needs to take corresponding measures to improve the overall quality of rural labor, guide rural labor to transfer in a reasonable and orderly manner, unify the urban and rural labor market, and unblock family communication Channels enable rural migrant labor to have a higher competitiveness in the job market, thereby contributing to the construction of an intelligent society.

With the advent of the era of big data, software and information service industries play an important role in promoting high-quality economic development, but financing constraints affect industrial development. This paper constructs a financing efficiency evaluation index system, selects the software and information technology service industry listed companies in China's GEM market from 2017 to 2019 as the research object, uses the BCC model to measure, and uses the Logit model to analyze the factors affecting financing efficiency. The results show that the overall financing efficiency of the industry has not reached the optimal state, and financing cost is the main factor restricting financing efficiency. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions from the government level and the company level in view of the low efficiency of corporate financing.

The present study adopts SSANOVA modeling to examine the age and regional differences in formant dynamics of two glide-vowel sequences (/wi/ and /wa/) in Meilin and Guanbei Hakka. The basic parameters of the statistical analysis like mean values, standard deviation, standard error, Euclidean distance were used. The Praat, a software program in speech analysis, was used for data labeling and tracking. The R, a software program in statistical computing and graphics, was used for drawing formant trajectories and bar plots. Based on SSANOVA plot of formant trajectories, formant trajectory length, and spectral rate of change, results reveal significant age differences in formants of the two glide-vowel sequences in Meilin Hakka, however, no significant age differences in formants have been found in Guanbei Hakka. This study provides the evidence that the glide of /wi/ and /wa/ of old speakers in Meilin Hakka is actually a labio-dental approximant, which has a feature of secondary articulation of the initial, whereas the glide of young speakers is a rounded element belonging to the final. Our results suggest that the delabialization of /w/ to /u/ in Meilin Hakka is a sound change in progress.

Due to COVID-19, China closed most of the passenger transport corridors and only kept about 30 ports to carry out necessary cargo transportation in 2020, so that international road transportation was seriously affected, which had negative impact on economic development and trade facilitation. This paper analyzed the impact of the spread of the virus on international road transport and the exposed problems by investigations, learned from the experience of EU and put forward relevant measures and suggestions (i.e., strengthen epidemic prevention measures to ensure the safety of international road transportation, ensure international road transport services during the epidemic, and promote regional international road transport integration) for the development of international road transport in order to eliminate negative effects on economy and trade while prevent the epidemic at the same time.
