The present study adopts SSANOVA modeling to examine the age and regional differences in formant dynamics of two glide-vowel sequences (/wi/ and /wa/) in Meilin and Guanbei Hakka. The basic parameters of the statistical analysis like mean values, standard deviation, standard error, Euclidean distance were used. The Praat, a software program in speech analysis, was used for data labeling and tracking. The R, a software program in statistical computing and graphics, was used for drawing formant trajectories and bar plots. Based on SSANOVA plot of formant trajectories, formant trajectory length, and spectral rate of change, results reveal significant age differences in formants of the two glide-vowel sequences in Meilin Hakka, however, no significant age differences in formants have been found in Guanbei Hakka. This study provides the evidence that the glide of /wi/ and /wa/ of old speakers in Meilin Hakka is actually a labio-dental approximant, which has a feature of secondary articulation of the initial, whereas the glide of young speakers is a rounded element belonging to the final. Our results suggest that the delabialization of /w/ to /u/ in Meilin Hakka is a sound change in progress.

Due to the impact of global warming, the global average sea level (GMSL) is constantly rising. This global phenomenon has caused coastal land and marine islands to face the risk of being submerged by seawater. This paper will establish a time series model to assess the possible occurrence of this risk, while predicting how many people may be forced to become environmentally displaced persons (EDPs) in order to propose corresponding protective measures for refugees and their culture.

Due to COVID-19, China closed most of the passenger transport corridors and only kept about 30 ports to carry out necessary cargo transportation in 2020, so that international road transportation was seriously affected, which had negative impact on economic development and trade facilitation. This paper analyzed the impact of the spread of the virus on international road transport and the exposed problems by investigations, learned from the experience of EU and put forward relevant measures and suggestions (i.e., strengthen epidemic prevention measures to ensure the safety of international road transportation, ensure international road transport services during the epidemic, and promote regional international road transport integration) for the development of international road transport in order to eliminate negative effects on economy and trade while prevent the epidemic at the same time.

With the extensive impact of big data, the quality of information disclosure of GEM listed companies has gradually become a hot topic of research. The management of information disclosure quality has different effects on the management innovation of GEM listed companies. In this paper, companies on GEM from 2015 to 2019 are selected as sample data. The moderate effect modle is established and STATA software is used to study the influence mechanism of equity pledge on enterprise information disclosure and to verify the adjustment function of internal control between them. The research found that in order to improve the GEM listed companies information disclosure quality, the government and banks should relax financing restrictions on non-state-owned enterprises and reduce credit discrimination. In addition, the stakeholders of listed companies should pay attention to the impact of the deterioration of the information disclosure quality caused by equity pledge, and the regulatory authorities should also take measures to prevent and control a series of risks caused by equity pledge.

At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the distribution system of “distribution according to work as the main body and various distribution modes coexist” has been brought into the composition of the basic socialist economic system, which fully reflects the basic position of the distribution system. A comprehensive and in-depth understanding of this major institutional innovation, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, requires a correct understanding of the distribution system in the primary stage of socialism, and one of the key aspects is how to understand the similarities and differences between the “work” of distribution according to work as the main body and the “work” of the Labor elements in the coexistence of various distribution modes.

The rapid transition to “digital economy” is the result of a series of innovations. Computers have witnessed the development of semiconductor transistors, integrated circuits, personal computers, operating systems and graphical interfaces. With the emergence of optical fiber and new wireless communication technology, the physical layer of telecommunication has been realized, and the network has witnessed the development of Internet (basically packet switching) and World Wide Web. Together, these advances have led to a range of new ICT applications, such as business software, e-mail and e-commerce. This paper uses P-Star model to improve it, calculates the empirical equation, forecasts the inflation pressure measurement, and compares it with the actual situation. Firstly, the weight of land narcotization is revised annually, and the number of cases based on dynamic coefficient and the scale measurement method based on dynamic coefficient are proposed. Using the method of econometrics, it provides theoretical reference for the application of the theory. The results show that: the development level of China's manufacturing industry increases with the year, and the highest proportion of manufacturing industry is 34% in 2020.

Life search and rescue team always faces multiple problems during the process of life search and rescue. These problems include lack of awareness of the current situation, lack of information method to manage on-site resource as well as inefficient coordination and communication etc. In order to meet the requirements of the construction of an integrated disaster rescue team, and improve the efficiency and effect of life search and rescue, it is necessary to develop a portable command and control platform. In this study, portable devices are used to develop a 3-tier command platform for on-site search and rescue team. The platform integrates and manages the disaster data, search and rescue resources data and search and rescue operations data. By accessing to other equipment such as drone to realize the integrated management of life search and rescue process; The platform could be helpful to improve the working efficiency of life search and rescue team, and is conducive to improve the level of information during disaster life search and rescue process. In addition to the function design of the system itself, the practicability and extensibility of the system in actual disaster life search and rescue in the future also depend on the performance of the system in the weak network environment, which is an important direction for the future improvement of the system.

The development of digital economy has become the basic national policy of China. In order to explore its development level, this paper first expounds the research status of digital economy, analyzes the influence mechanism of digital economy, and analyzes the current situation of China's digital economy from the perspectives of digital infrastructure, digital industrialization, industrial digitization, digital innovation ability and digital investment. According to the data of the China Statistical Yearbook 2018, this paper measures and ranks the development of digital economy by principal component analysis. According to the empirical results, it is concluded that the development of digital economy in China is greatly affected by digital infrastructure and digital investment, and the national development level is very uneven. Finally, some suggestions are given.

With the advent of the era of big data, the data resources produced and owned by the government are increasingly rich. Government data resources contain huge economic and social value, which have an important impact on production, circulation, distribution, consumption activities, economic operation mechanism, social life style and national governance capacity. With the increasing demand of the public to open, access and use government data resources, how to meet the public demand for government open data, stimulate market vitality and social creativity, has become a major challenge for government departments. Online government data opening is becoming an important part of transparent government construction and convenient services. As a kind of technology and thinking, the application of big data in the construction of government affairs openness makes government affairs information more transparent, which is conducive to improving the level of government affairs management and promoting the modernization of national governance capacity. Based on the investigation of the development status of government affairs openness, this study puts forward the main ideas of top-level design of government data openness in China from the aspects of improving the basic concept of data openness, strategic deployment, institutional mechanisms, platform construction and social services. Study how to give full play to big data technology, promote the balance of supply and demand of government affairs, the construction of big data platform, and the realization of government information management and service innovation, so as to gradually improve the efficiency of resource allocation and service level of government affairs disclosure.
