At present, “intellectual property rights have become a focus of international economic and enterprise competition” The actual situation in China is that many small and medium-sized enterprises are still in the state of “non intellectual data source property rights” with “manufacturing” but without “creation”, which seriously restricts the independent innovation and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises [1]. Based on the relevant literature collected in CNKI periodical database, this paper uses Excel and citespacv to analyze the relevant literature and makes a bibliometric analysis the research direction of industrial intellectual property.

The unbalanced development between urban and rural areas and the income gap between residents restrict the overall economic development and social stability. Based on the cross-sectional data of 31 provinces in China, this paper uses the least square method to build a multiple linear regression model for analysis. The results show that the degree of urbanization, industrial structure, education level and regional openness have a greater impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas. According to this, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.

Based on reviewing the advanced experience of developed countries in water environment monitoring technology, this research analyzes the characteristics of China's current water environment monitoring technology system in river basins, and points out the problems and impacts of China's water environment monitoring technology compared with developed countries. The validity and efficiency of monitoring are proposed. The design principles for improving the water environment monitoring technology system of China's river basins are proposed: the consistency of monitoring objects and the ecological functions of the river basin, the consistency of monitoring indicators and the characteristics of water environment pollution, the consistency of monitoring methods and quality control, and the consistency of monitoring methods and monitoring purposes; at the same time, it is proposed and established a machine learning-based organic pollution prediction system for the watershed in the watershed, to provide technical support for the transformation of water quality management technology in China.

The housing system of urban residents has continuously been reformed and the housing conditions have obviously improved, but housing inequality remains a problem, and the factors influencing housing inequality are diversified. This paper, aiming at the problem of housing inequality based on the influential factors of urban residents' leverage, carries an empirical study based on the micro data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS). Through the PMS test, it is found that for urban household samples in China, the housing quality of households with leverage has significantly improved. Meanwhile, using Logit regression, it shows that the increase in urban residents' leverage ratio in China has also promoted the increase in housing value and housing area.

In the construction of intelligent society, the public management of the community has been widely concerned. The gridding public management mode of the community will play a positive role in promoting the construction of intelligent society. From the perspective of intelligent society and big data, this paper discusses the meaning, characteristics and value of the grid public management of the community. Specifically, this paper proposes countermeasures to strengthen the gridding public management of the community from the aspects of strengthening the digital technical support, improving the governance mode, increasing the participation of various subjects, and promoting the construction of personnel team.

With the continuous development of the Internet of Things and information technology, smart vending machines are becoming more and more popular and have great potential in the post-epidemic era. In the gym environment, based on the concept of public service, this paper proposes improvement methods and design strategies for the unreasonable design of the existing self-vending machines and poor product use experience. The research starts from the whole, coordinates the relationship between various interests, optimizes the service process, analyzes the buying behavior and psychology of users, and improves the design of smart vending machines from the perspective of users to provide new design ideas for the same type of retail machines.

Based on the survey data of 948 elderly people in Shaanxi Province China, this research analyses the elderly's demand and utilization of intelligent health products in the context of population aging. The research finds that the elderly do not have strong demand for the products, and there are few elderly have used the intelligent health products. Education level and income are the most important factors influencing the demand and utilization. In the future, the demand and utilization of intelligent health products needs to be promoted by increasing the income of the elderly and improving their ability to use technology products, so as to help the elderly improve their health status.

The novel coronavirus pneumonia has had a great impact on the prices of agricultural products. The current domestic research focuses on theoretical analysis and does not focus on a specific city. Aiming at the changes in agricultural product prices in Chengdu, this article first proposes hypotheses in terms of income effect, price expectation effect and cost effect, and then selects the prices of agricultural products around the Spring Festival in 2020 and uses Difference-in-Difference for analysis. The empirical results show that among different types of agricultural products, livestock and poultry rose the most, at 6.6%, and grain and oil rose the least, at 0.3%. From the perspective of residents' income and geographic area, the prices of agricultural products in Chengdu have risen overall, and the price fluctuations are greatest in areas with small agricultural production values. The research in this article is helpful to understand the agricultural product price adjustment mechanism under the impact of the epidemic, and provides decision-making reference for effective formulation of relevant policies to stabilize prices and ease the pressure on residents' lives.

In the context of aging, the development of smart elderly care in China has great potential and urgency, but for now, smart elderly care in China is still in the “Bronze Age”, and the government and enterprises are also in the groping stage. In 2020, the outbreak of the new crown epidemic has further restricted the development of smart elderly care. Based on this, this paper will analyze whether the epidemic will affect smart elderly care operations, how the development of smart elderly care will change after the epidemic, and think about how smart elderly care will develop after the epidemic. On the basis of ensuring the quality of services for the elderly and improving the suitability for the elderly, the interests are maximized.

In recent years, the overall improvement in the quality of life of urban and rural residents has quietly changed the residents' personal health awareness from the original “treatment” to “prevention”. Although basic public health services have been carried out nationwide for a long time, there are still differences and deficiencies in the actual implementation progress and implementation effects of the project balance, which urgently need to be optimized and improved. This article starts with the theoretical research on public service by domestic and foreign scholars, and first reviews the public product theory, new public service and other related theories. Secondly, it analyzed the basic public services of Jiande City by supplementing data collection and on-site investigation. This article summarized and analyze the development of equalization of public health services; then analyze the local problems in the equalization process from the aspects of financial investment, performance evaluation system and talent training management. Finally, this article proposes corresponding countermeasures for related public management issues to facilitate the equalization of basic public health services in the region.
