Along with the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative, “Internet+” and other strategies, energy conservation and environmental protection, third-party market cooperation and innovation cooperation have become important areas of Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation. However, the U.S. provoked trade friction between China and the U.S. in 2018 and the global outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019, all of which have had an impact on Japanese direct investment in China. This paper analyzes the new trends of Japanese direct investment in China in recent years and the adjustments of their investment strategies made by Japanese enterprises in China, and indicates that the main influencing factors for these changes and adjustments are Sino-Japan relations, COVID-19 epidemic, Sino-US trade frictions, and China and Japan's own economic situation. Meanwhile we point out the limited impact of COVID-19 epidemic and the Sino-US trade friction on Japanese direct investment in China. In the context of the Belt and Road, we consider that prospects for Japanese direct investment in China is optimistic, especially the third-party cooperation has more room for cooperation.

Throughout the forty years of upgrading the information industry, innovation has been the main theme, and every innovation in the context of media convergence will bring far-reaching impact to the development of the information industry. This paper defines two different media integration contexts: self-integration and other integration, and analyzes two major trends in the upgrading of the information and information industry in this context of innovation: from information distribution to content integration, and the value chain closure brought by supply-side adjustment. Finally, using Porter's five forces analysis model, the competition among suppliers, buyers, other enterprises of substitutes, potential new entrants and sellers in this innovation context is analyzed, and the future development of the information and information industry is proposed.

The contribution rate of technological progress is an indicator to measure the contribution of technological progress to agricultural production, which is important for analyzing the interrelationship between economic growth and scientific and technological progress, labor and capital. This paper uses the Solow residual method to measure and analyze the contribution rate of agricultural technological progress in Guizhou Province and makes suggestions for agricultural development. The research results show that the elasticity coefficient of capital for agriculture in Guizhou province during 2000–2019 is 0.52, the elasticity coefficient of labor is 0.38, and the elasticity coefficient of arable land area is 0.1. Capital inputs are currently the main driving force to promote agricultural production, and the contribution of labor and the arable land inputs to the growth of agricultural output is at a low level. The overall contribution rate of technological progress in agriculture is 40.35%, but it shows unstable changes from year to year. The capital contribution rate has an inverse alternating relationship with the contribution rate of technological progress.

Due to different factors such as economic foundation, demographic structure and payment standards, there is a certain gap in the level of provincial overall planning of the basic pension insurance for urban employees in various provinces in China. In this context of institutional fragmentation and decentralization of fund management, based on the K-Means cluster analysis method, the spatial relationship of the sustainability of the basic pension insurance funds for urban employees in different provinces is investigated. The difference in the sustainability characteristics of the basic pension insurance funds adopts differentiated transitional policies to give play to the spatial agglomeration effect of the policy, which is conducive to speeding up the process of national overall planning of the basic pension insurance for urban employees and improving the quality of basic pension insurance for urban employees.

China has added to its current Criminal Code a system of life imprisonment without commutation of sentence or parole, which is applicable only to death-row offenders convicted of particularly serious corruption and bribery offences. The creation of the system of life imprisonment is conducive to reducing the public's superstitious belief in the death penalty, thereby advancing the progress of its abolition; however, because the relevant legislation is not yet mature, there is great controversy in theoretical circles over the nature, application methods and scope of the system of life imprisonment. In order to improve China's current life imprisonment system, it is necessary, at the legislative level, to specify in detail the conditions and methods of application of the life imprisonment system, and, at the judicial level, to make full use of global information technology to improve the prison management system and raise the level of medical care for offenders.

Under the background of big data, the financial information of enterprises is increasing rapidly, and the relationship between financial data is intricate. In order to enhance competitiveness, enterprises should build a big data financial sharing system according to their own conditions to ensure that the financial management of enterprise groups is more standardized, High-efficiency, optimized allocation and scientific use of capital resources, and reduce the financial risk of the enterprise. For example, in a company, there were 7 risks in the financial system in 2013. Since the introduction of the financial shared service center cloud platform in 2015, the number of risks has not been less than 3 in three consecutive years, which has significantly reduced the risks in the financial system. This fully shows that the establishment of the cloud platform of the financial shared service center can bring more economic benefits to enterprises and promote the improvement of enterprise competitiveness.

The basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents in China is closely related to the problem of poverty in the elderly. Taking 13 provinces of Chinese eastern, central, and western as a reference sample to conduct a survey on the poverty reduction effect of the pension insurance system for urban and rural residents. In order to evaluate the poverty reduction effect, the pension replacement rate (T) is used as an intermediary variable, the income-increasing effect of old-age insurance replaces the effect of poverty reduction to evaluate its poverty reduction effect. The survey found that: urban and rural residents' old-age insurance effectively exerted the effect of poverty reduction, which is affected by the payment grade selected by residents, but the effect of poverty reduction is generally weak and there are large regional differences. In order to effectively alleviate the poverty of the elderly, it is urgent to increase financial investment in the elderly care service system in the 14th five-year plan period, to improve the insurance payment mechanism, and to increase financial support.
