A new perspective of power system operation and management -- Research on power/energy data asset value evaluation model for power grid enterprises 电力系统运营管理新视角——电网企业电力/能源数据资产价值评估模型研究

Based on the energy characteristics, this paper constructs a data asset value evaluation model of power grid enterprises, in order to explores the operation and management of power system from a new perspective. Firstly, the influencing factors of data asset value of power grid enterprises are analyzed from the dimensions of data scale, data quality, data management, data application and data risk. Secondly, the evaluation index system of data asset value of power grid enterprises is analyzed based on the above perspectives, and the weighting evaluation is carried out by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. The model constructed in this paper provides a theoretical reference for the evaluation practice of data asset value of power grid enterprises in the future.
本文基于能源特点,构建电网企业数据资产价值评估模型,以期从一个新的角度探讨电力系统的运行管理问题。首先,从数据规模、数据质量、数据管理、数据应用和数据风险四个维度分析电网企业数据资产价值的影响因素。其次,基于上述观点对电网企业数据资产价值评价指标体系进行了分析,并采用德尔菲法和层次分析法进行了权重评价。本文构建的模型为今后电网企业数据资产价值评估实践提供了理论参考。

A data monitoring system using wireless network for inner suspended gin pole tower erection construction 一种采用无线网络的内悬杆塔架设施工数据监控系统

With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, the remote monitoring technology has made rapid development. Based on ARDUINO NANO, ESP8266 and some sensors, A data monitoring system for internal suspended gin pole tower erection construction is developed. In the system, the digital drawing force sensor is used to measure the force status of external stay wire, support rope or internal stay wire of internal suspended gin pole tower erection in real time, as well as inclination sensor, and then the measurement value is transmitted to the mobile phone or PC terminal in real time, in which, the safe force range is set. When the measured drawing force is close to 80% of the safe force or other critical conditions, the alarm signal will be sent and the construction work must be stopped immediately. In this paper, the wireless transmission nodes, the wireless WIFI LAN base station, LAN communication mode and monitoring terminal are designed and implemented, respectively. In practice, there are some advantages for this system, such as good reliability, strong anti-interference ability, low cost, wide application prospects and practical value.

Identification of Typical Partial Discharge Defects of Distribution System Equipment Based on Classification Learner 基于分类学习器的配电系统典型局部放电缺陷识别

In the operation and maintenance of smart distribution system equipment, in order to improve the intelligence level of inspection and significantly enhance the inspection efficiency and distribution network equipment management, it is critical to effectively identify and warn the partial discharge faults caused by insulation defects. In this paper, a feature extraction and identification method are proposed by experimentally simulating the partial discharges of typical defects inside the distribution network equipment. Firstly, different discharge models are built and the UHF sensor is used to obtain the partial discharge signals, and then the partial discharge statistical characteristics are calculated by analyzing features of the 2D and 3D partial discharge patterns. Based on various supervised machine learning algorithms, 3 typical defects are identified by the statistical characteristics using the classification learner. The results show that the selected statistical characteristics: the maximum amplitude of discharge, the average amplitude of discharge and the ratio of positive and negative half-period total discharge amplitude can well reflect the discharge characteristics of different defects and can distinguish between different types of discharges. At the same time, the identification accuracy of the three discharge types is high, which can achieve an accurate diagnosis of the fault types.
在智能配电系统设备运维中,为了提高巡检的智能化水平,显著提高巡检效率和配电网设备管理水平,对由绝缘缺陷引起的局部放电故障进行有效识别和预警至关重要。本文通过实验模拟配电网设备内部典型缺陷局部放电,提出了一种特征提取与识别方法。首先建立不同的放电模型,利用超高频传感器获取局部放电信号,然后通过分析二维和三维局部放电模式的特征,计算局部放电的统计特性。在各种监督机器学习算法的基础上,利用分类学习器的统计特征识别出3种典型缺陷。结果表明,选取的最大放电幅度、平均放电幅度和正负半周期总放电幅度之比等统计特征能较好地反映不同缺陷的放电特征,并能区分不同类型的放电。同时,对三种放电类型的识别精度高,可以实现对故障类型的准确诊断。

Constant Frequency Operated Autonomous AC Microgrid with Different MPPT Methods Applied to PV Panels and with Converting Circuit for Powering Unbalanced Loads 不同MPPT方式的恒频自主交流微电网应用于光伏板及不平衡负载的转换电路

In this paper, an autonomous microgrid is proposed to supply power to both balanced and un-balanced loads through step-up and step-down transformers and three-phase transmission lines. The microgrid is operated at constant frequency which is maintained by the grid-forming generator, accompanied by a reactive power compensator. The grid-feeding generator outputs maximum power from solar panel to the microgrid while the grid-supporting generator together with the grid-forming generator outputs power to keep voltage variation within limit. Different MPPT methods have been adopted to extract maximum power from PV panels and their effectiveness has been compared. Three-phase transformers in Δ-Y connection with Y’s neutral connected to its local grounding system are adopted to mainly supply power to balanced three-phase loads and also a small percent of unbalanced loads as at the primary Δ-side only positive- and negative-sequence currents can flow and zero-sequence current is effectively blocked. AC-DC-DC-AC converter with medium-frequency transformer isolation and with four-wires at the output is also adopted to mainly supply power to single-phase loads. Fixed-time-step real time modeling in Matlab/Simulink has been conducted to prove the effectiveness of the system. From the simulation results, it is found that such a system can operate with high power quality: frequency being fixed at 50Hz and voltage deviation from rated one being kept well within ±5%.

Research on the Accuracy of Online Sag Monitoring of Overhead Transmission Line 架空输电线路暂降在线监测精度研究

The line sag of a transmission line is an important parameter that reflects the operating status of the line, and it is also one of the state variables that need to be paid attention to in the online monitoring and dynamic capacity increase of the transmission line. In order to grasp the operating status of transmission lines in real time, researchers attach great importance to online monitoring of sag, and several mature monitoring methods have been formed. Based on the actual application situation in the world, this paper conducts analysis and comparative research on the measurement accuracy of sag monitoring by temperature, tension and inclination sensor from the aspects of theory and application. On the premise that the sensor accuracy is high enough, the research results show that the errors of the three methods in monitoring sag are all within 5%, all meeting the engineering requirements. Especially, the error of the tension sensor method can be as small as 1%.

A migration learning-based transient stability and impact assessment method for hybrid AC-DC power system faults 基于迁移学习的交直流混合电力系统暂态稳定性及故障影响评估方法

With increasing penetration of intermittent renewable generation, the mode and characteristics of power system instability have become more complex and difficult to predict. Traditional machine learning prediction models, with different operation modes and topologies of the power grid system, suffers from poor prediction accuracy. This paper proposes a migration learning-based transient stability and quantitative evaluation of fault impact assessment method for hybrid AC-DC power system. Firstly, the characteristics of AC-DC hybrid power grid transient stability feature extraction and pointer are analyzed, then migration learning model and ResNet and their advantages in grid transient prediction are discussed, and a prediction model based on migration learning is built using ResNet18. Finally, the method is applied to the IEEE-39 node test system. Results show that the proposed method can carry out fast stability identification with small number of training samples by using positive sequence voltage data. It has better generalization capability and robustness than traditional machine learning methods.

Aggregated Control of Smart Building Units for Frequency Regulation in Multi-Region Power Systems 智能楼宇单元在多区域电力系统频率调节中的聚合控制

The grid frequency regulation is a challenging problem in power systems with high renewable penetration. The smart building units (SBUs) consisting of thermostatically-controlled loads have the capability to participate the grid ancillary service considering the users’ comfort level. This paper presents a distributed aggregation control framework for multiple SBUs in a residential community, so that they can be utilized for grid frequency regulation. The proposed method is designed by using a finite-time distributed leader-follower consensus control. A leader control with two-control mode is proposed, which includes (i) frequency regulation mode (ii) comfort restoration mode. The leader control will determine the references of power and comfort state for the aggregated SBU. With the proposed method, the aggregated SBUs will be capable to track power reference and recover energy state in finite-time. The presented aggregation approach can effectively improve the frequency stability with consensus state sharing in SBUs. We have tested the capability of the developed control scheme in a three-region power system under different scenarios.

This paper presents a distributed aggregation control framework for multiple SBUs in a residential community, so that they can be utilized for grid frequency regulation. The proposed method is designed by using a finite-time distributed leader-follower consensus control. A leader control with two-control mode is proposed, which includes (i) frequency regulation mode (ii) comfort restoration mode. The leader control will determine the references of power and comfort state for the aggregated SBU. With the proposed method, the aggregated SBUs will be capable to track power reference and recover energy state in finite-time. The presented aggregation approach can effectively improve the frequency stability with consensus state sharing in SBUs. Low-carbon Optimization Operation of Integrated Energy System Considering Ladder-type Carbon Trading and Carbon Capture 考虑阶梯式碳交易和碳捕获的综合能源系统低碳优化运行

Integrated energy system (IES) is an ideal method to improve the energy utilization efficiency and cut down the emission of CO2. In this paper, different carbon trading mechanisms are applied to study the advantage of ladder-type carbon trading mechanism. Numerical results show its advancement in carbon emission reduction. Then, generators with different capacity and carbon emission intensity are transformed into carbon capture devices respectively to study the influence of carbon capture in low-carbon economic operation of IES. Results show that generators with large capacity and low carbon emission intensity are more suitable to be transformed into carbon capture device.
综合能源系统(IES)是提高能源利用效率和减少二氧化碳排放的理想方法。本文运用不同的碳交易机制来研究阶梯型碳交易机制的优势。数值结果表明了该方法在碳减排方面的先进性。然后,将不同容量、不同碳排放强度的发电机组分别改造成碳捕集装置,研究碳捕集对IES低碳经济运行的影响。结果表明,容量大、碳排放强度低的发电机组更适合改造为碳捕集装置。

Day ahead Residential load forecasting with neural memory network 基于神经记忆网络的住宅日前负荷预测

Day ahead forecasting of residential load (DAFRL) plays a key role in power system. To facilitate precise DAFRL, a neural memory network-based forecasting model was proposed. Firstly, the residential users with similar electricity power consumption mode are to be classified via the K-Means clustering. Thereafter, load data is de-noised with wavelet. A Neural Memory Network (NMN) model is developed to perform combination forecasting of residential users in the end. The discrete Fourier transform is employed to decompose the memory state into multi frequency components, thereafter to implement combination forecast of day ahead load with these frequency components. Various features, mean square error (MSE), Root mean square error (RMSE), Mean absolute error (MAE) included, were calculated to evaluate the capacity of NMN. Compared with the long short-term memory (LSTM), numerical simulation result indicates the proposed approach do better.

Analysis of the influence of rotor structure on operating characteristics of motor actuator used in vacuum circuit breaker in distribution network 配电网真空断路器转子结构对电机执行器运行特性的影响分析

Aiming at the problem of the permanent magnet loosening and falling off in the operation of the motor actuator used in vacuum circuit breaker, this paper puts forward three improvement schemes of driving motor rotor, which are rotor convex embedded type, linear embedded type and inverted V embedded type. Numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of rotor structure on the operating characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker motor actuator. The results show that the improved structure can effectively avoid the loosening and falling off of the permanent magnet due to mechanical impact, and the reliability of opening and closing operation of vacuum circuit breaker is improved.
针对真空断路器用电机执行机构在运行过程中出现的永磁体松动脱落问题,提出了驱动电机转子的三种改进方案,即转子凸嵌式、直线嵌式和倒V嵌式。采用数值模拟的方法分析了转子结构对真空断路器电机执行器工作特性的影响。结果表明,改进后的结构能有效避免永磁体因机械冲击而松动和脱落,提高了真空断路器开闭操作的可靠性。
