Research on frequency resource allocation model for power line carrier service of Integrated station, equipment and user 综合站、设备和用户电力线载波业务频率资源分配模型研究

At present, the requirements for smart and digital power grids continue to increase. As a unique communication method for power grids, power line communication has the advantages of low cost and wide coverage. As the business needs of stations, equipment, and users continue to increase, frequency resources are becoming more and more tight. , This article first analyzes the characteristics of different frequencies of power line carrier communication, and then proposes a broadband power line OFDM subcarrier allocation algorithm based on quantum genetic algorithm and simulates it. The results show that the algorithm has better convergence characteristics and higher resource allocation efficiency.

Simulation of positive surface discharge in C4F7N gas mixture C4F7N混合气体正表面放电的模拟

C4F7N gas mixture is considered to be a very promising SF6 replacement gas. In order to study the surface discharge characteristics of C4F7N gas mixture under the needle-plane electrodes, a fluid model of surface discharge was established using COMSOL Multiphysics for simulation, and the change patterns of electric field and photon flux during the development of streamer were obtained. By obtaining the change law of photon flux, it can provide the theoretical discharge. The simulation results show that the development process of streamer can be divided into three phases: streamer generation phase, streamer deceleration phase and streamer acceleration phase. During the whole process, the change trend of photon flux is basically consistent with the change trend of electric field. In the acceleration phase, the streamer gradually moves away from the needle electrode, the background electric field gradually decreases, and the frequency generated by the electron collision reaction weakens, leading to the slow development of the streamer, and the electric field and the photon flux at streamer head gradually decrease. In the acceleration phase, the streamer is converted from parallel to the plane electrode to perpendicular to the plane electrode, and the potential gradient becomes larger, leading to a faster development of the streamer and a gradual increase of the electric field and photon flux at streamer head.

Bidding strategies for battery energy storage in the energy and regulation electricity market 能源与监管电力市场中电池储能竞价策略研究

With the increasing penetration of renewable energy in the power system, regulation capacity in the power system is highly demanded. To ensure the flexible operations of the power system, it is necessary to explore the potential flexibility regulation capacity and further promote the accommodation of the renewable energy. Under this context, a joint bidding strategy for battery energy storage in the regulation and energy electricity market is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a deep neural network method is used to predict the power system load, and reasonably divide the bid-accepted probability of flexible ramping products in the electricity market according to the predicted load. Then, an optimization model is proposed to offer the bidding strategies for battery electric storage providing flexible ramping products in the energy and regulation market. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by case studies and sensitivity analysis.

Integration planning of 5G network and smart distribution network 5G网络与智能配电网融合规划

The characteristics of wide area coverage and deep coverage of 5G network can better promote the optimized operation of smart distribution network, while smart distribution network can provide a way to reduce cost and increase efficiency for 5G network operation. It is urgent to study the integration planning scheme of 5G network and smart distribution network to achieve benign two-way interaction between the two networks. This paper analyzes the integration of two networks from two aspects: 5G network improves the operation performance of smart distribution network and smart distribution network contributes to the promotion and construction of 5G network. On this basis, the key elements of the integration of 5G network and smart distribution network are sorted out, including energy elements, information elements and resource elements, and the integration planning of smart distribution network integrating 5G network is proposed. It is realized from three perspectives: site layout planning based on power and energy balance, cooperative planning of two networks and joint construction and sharing planning of 5G network infrastructure and smart distribution network facilities.

Analysis of the influence of rotor structure on operating characteristics of motor actuator used in vacuum circuit breaker in distribution network 配电网真空断路器转子结构对电机执行器运行特性的影响分析

Aiming at the problem of the permanent magnet loosening and falling off in the operation of the motor actuator used in vacuum circuit breaker, this paper puts forward three improvement schemes of driving motor rotor, which are rotor convex embedded type, linear embedded type and inverted V embedded type. Numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of rotor structure on the operating characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker motor actuator. The results show that the improved structure can effectively avoid the loosening and falling off of the permanent magnet due to mechanical impact, and the reliability of opening and closing operation of vacuum circuit breaker is improved.
针对真空断路器用电机执行机构在运行过程中出现的永磁体松动脱落问题,提出了驱动电机转子的三种改进方案,即转子凸嵌式、直线嵌式和倒V嵌式。采用数值模拟的方法分析了转子结构对真空断路器电机执行器工作特性的影响。结果表明,改进后的结构能有效避免永磁体因机械冲击而松动和脱落,提高了真空断路器开闭操作的可靠性。

A data monitoring system using wireless network for inner suspended gin pole tower erection construction 一种采用无线网络的内悬杆塔架设施工数据监控系统

With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, the remote monitoring technology has made rapid development. Based on ARDUINO NANO, ESP8266 and some sensors, A data monitoring system for internal suspended gin pole tower erection construction is developed. In the system, the digital drawing force sensor is used to measure the force status of external stay wire, support rope or internal stay wire of internal suspended gin pole tower erection in real time, as well as inclination sensor, and then the measurement value is transmitted to the mobile phone or PC terminal in real time, in which, the safe force range is set. When the measured drawing force is close to 80% of the safe force or other critical conditions, the alarm signal will be sent and the construction work must be stopped immediately. In this paper, the wireless transmission nodes, the wireless WIFI LAN base station, LAN communication mode and monitoring terminal are designed and implemented, respectively. In practice, there are some advantages for this system, such as good reliability, strong anti-interference ability, low cost, wide application prospects and practical value.

Research on current DC offset of energizing a no-load transmission line with high voltage shunt reactor 高压并联电抗器对空载输电线路通电时电流直流偏置的研究

When a transmission line with high voltage shunt reactor is energized, the current DC offset will occur, which may cause a failure if the circuit breaker opens immediately after the closing operation. In this paper, a 500kV transmission line with high voltage shunt reactor is slected as the research object, and the electromagnetic transient simulation is carried out through the electromagnetic transient simulation software EMTPE to study the DC offset caused by closing of the circuit breaker of the long line with high voltage shunt reactor, including the DC offset caused by the single-phase closing of different phases. The simulation results show that for the transmission line with high voltage shunt reactor, it is reasonable that the temporary switching current doesn’t cross zero when closing the no-load line. This paper mainly analyzes the principle of this phenomenon and gives relevant suggestions.

In the operation and maintenance of smart distribution system equipment, in order to improve the intelligence level of inspection and significantly enhance the inspection efficiency and distribution network equipment management, it is critical to effectively identify and warn the partial discharge faults caused by insulation defects. In this paper, a feature extraction and identification method are proposed by experimentally simulating the partial discharges of typical defects inside the distribution network equipment. Firstly, different discharge models are built and the UHF sensor is used to obtain the partial discharge signals, and then the partial discharge statistical characteristics are calculated by analyzing features of the 2D and 3D partial discharge patterns. Based on various supervised machine learning algorithms, 3 typical defects are identified by the statistical characteristics using the classification learner. The results show that the selected statistical characteristics: the maximum amplitude of discharge, the average amplitude of discharge and the ratio of positive and negative half-period total discharge amplitude can well reflect the discharge characteristics of different defects and can distinguish between different types of discharges. At the same time, the identification accuracy of the three discharge types is high, which can achieve an accurate diagnosis of the fault types.
在智能配电系统设备运维中,为了提高巡检的智能化水平,显著提高巡检效率和配电网设备管理水平,对由绝缘缺陷引起的局部放电故障进行有效识别和预警至关重要。本文通过实验模拟配电网设备内部典型缺陷局部放电,提出了一种特征提取与识别方法。首先建立不同的放电模型,利用超高频传感器获取局部放电信号,然后通过分析二维和三维局部放电模式的特征,计算局部放电的统计特性。在各种监督机器学习算法的基础上,利用分类学习器的统计特征识别出3种典型缺陷。结果表明,选取的最大放电幅度、平均放电幅度和正负半周期总放电幅度之比等统计特征能较好地反映不同缺陷的放电特征,并能区分不同类型的放电。同时,对三种放电类型的识别精度高,可以实现对故障类型的准确诊断。

A new perspective of power system operation and management -- Research on power/energy data asset value evaluation model for power grid enterprises 电力系统运营管理新视角——电网企业电力/能源数据资产价值评估模型研究

Based on the energy characteristics, this paper constructs a data asset value evaluation model of power grid enterprises, in order to explores the operation and management of power system from a new perspective. Firstly, the influencing factors of data asset value of power grid enterprises are analyzed from the dimensions of data scale, data quality, data management, data application and data risk. Secondly, the evaluation index system of data asset value of power grid enterprises is analyzed based on the above perspectives, and the weighting evaluation is carried out by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. The model constructed in this paper provides a theoretical reference for the evaluation practice of data asset value of power grid enterprises in the future.
本文基于能源特点,构建电网企业数据资产价值评估模型,以期从一个新的角度探讨电力系统的运行管理问题。首先,从数据规模、数据质量、数据管理、数据应用和数据风险四个维度分析电网企业数据资产价值的影响因素。其次,基于上述观点对电网企业数据资产价值评价指标体系进行了分析,并采用德尔菲法和层次分析法进行了权重评价。本文构建的模型为今后电网企业数据资产价值评估实践提供了理论参考。

Research on Fault Detection Scheme for Hybrid LCC-MMC System LCC-MMC混合系统故障检测方案研究

Compared with AC distribution network, DC distribution network has economic and technological advantages in many fields, but the access of high-density distributed power brings a huge challenge to the fault detection of the distribution network. The power electronic equipment contained in the DC distribution network is susceptible to the impact of inrush current, and a fast fault detection solution is urgently needed. In addition, influencing factors such as line distributed capacitance, synchronization error, and noise interference reduce the reliability of traditional fault detection schemes. A detection scheme based on wave impedance Minkowski distance is proposed to improve the existing technology. The program uses the Minkowski distance measurement to measure the correlation of wave impedance, and then identify internal and external faults. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the detection scheme based on Minkowski distance has high reliability and obvious advantages.
