As the new millennium evolves, the world economy and the natural world are in precarious situations, both generating on the horizon the fear of global instability. In the current phase of globalization, the role of government is to ensure that its economy does not become a slave, with the need to emphasize the competitiveness of national companies, external markets and internal markets. The insecurity of financial markets and the close link between these markets globally is another challenge for the artisans of globalization. The governing act must take into account both the issue of global environmental degradation issues and the massive deforestation of forests. Water pollution, the spread of epidemics, high political and social dangers, unforeseen movements of people around the world affect the entire planet.

The phenomenon of fraud in the logistics system is a very common phenomenon and is a huge challenge for modern businesses, which can cause considerable economic damage, especially to retailers. Shrinkage is the loss of inventory that can be attributed to factors such as employee theft, store theft, administrative error, supplier fraud, cash damage and cashier error, etc. The shrinkage phenomenon also includes returned products that were delivered incorrectly, or withdrawn because the expiration date has expired, and as a result economic damage is caused to companies. In accounting terms, shrinkage is the difference between the inventory recorded in a company's balance sheet and its actual inventory. In a broad sense, shrinkage also includes the costs of activities and equipment used to prevent possible fraud (video cameras, anti-theft systems, etc.).

Professor Paul Bran gave the Romanian Economic School the opportunity to grow in the midst of the transition between the traditional economy and the modern economy by understanding the functionality of human, natural and financial capital involved and by complex-multifaceted shaping of the value economy, corroborated by laws non-neutrophils that were originally outlined by Georgescu-Roegen. Books printed editions examined and reconfigured over would undoubtedly be described in three words as economic and political in nature. As a social science, frugal might be a good choice for four words. Prof. Bran's work focuses on the shifting of economic and noneconomic borders in a methodological framework. To understand the notion, you need to understand how political economy became an economic system by way of desocialization, dehistoricization of harmful science, and how economics was separated from other social sciences in early twentieth-century Europe.

This study aims to reveal that the Covid-19 fear level of employees in the Turkish financial sector during the Covid-19 period and the perceived benefit level from the teleworking practice in this period. For this reason, data of 388 financial institutions employees were obtained by the online survey. Data were analyzed by calculating the statistical values. Although the results of the analysis show that the employees feel the fear of Covid-19 significantly, the fear of virus infecting their loved ones shows the highest level of fear. The study findings show that the perceived benefit of individuals due to teleworking is not very high. The results obtained in the study can be used as a policy tool in vaccination campaigns, and will also serve as a guide for teleworking practices during and after the pandemic.
