A hybrid approach for model order reduction is proposed in this paper. The approximants for denominator polynomial are derived by matching both Markov parameters and Time moments, whereas numerator polynomial derivation and error minimization is done using Fminsearch algorithm. The efficiency of the proposed method can be investigated in terms of closeness of the response of reduced order model with respect to that of higher order original model and a comparison of the integral square error as well.

Consumer's reviews provided with the product descriptions play a great role in the popularity of E-commerce Web sites. In order to gain confidence in the products a large number of On-line customers spend a lot of time in analyzing different textual reviews. However, there are various products, which have thousands of user's generated reviews. Mining this enormous online reviews and tuning these abundant individual consumers view into collective consumer's choice became a challenging task. These collective reviews aid in product improvement processes, ranking of various products, and many other such operations. To solve this problem, we are proposing a ranking mechanism which can be efficiently used to rank different products in accordance to their reviews rating. Here, the ranking mechanism uses the numerous ratings of a review and calculates the aggregate score of the product. This paper demonstrates that the ranking of various products by means of their reviews rating through rank voting method. Both the practicability and the benefits of the suggested approach are illustrated through an example.

Research workers solve the simple problems of optimization by using various mathematical techniques. But to solve complex problems of optimization a stochastic and population based algorithm named Differential Evolution (DE) is used. DE is fast, simple and straightforward algorithm to optimize the problems which are complex. Like other evolutionary algorithms DE also has some drawbacks. In FBDE author tried to overcome these drawbacks and tested on some benchmark functions and real world problems. FBDE is also found good as compared to DE and its recent variants. The proposed algorithm is a modification of FBDE using my previously published algorithm PGLFDE. In PGLFDE to make the balance between DE's exploration and exploitation capabilities levy flight search is modified using different mutation strategies for different population. In proposed algorithm we are hybridizing the PGLFDE into the FBDE to improve the performance and efficiency of FBDE and its name is called MFBDE_PLS. The proposed algorithm is to be tested on various standard benchmarks and real world problems and to personify with some modified DE algorithms.

Now a days, electricity crises are very often in our society, so we are proposing a model for generation of electricity using animals (rats, rabbits, bats, dolphins, dogs, katydid, frogs etc.). We are utilizing propagation of waves which depends on frequencies that can be transmitted over long distance without any appreciable loss. In this paper, we explained our approach of generation of electrical energy by ultrasonic sound waves. In the process of conversion of energy, we take several process into consideration and with the help of several tools and instruments i.e. phononic crystal that works on negative refraction which focuses the waves and that focused bunch of waves passed through the electrical converter that converts ultrasonic sound into electricity. This electrical energy can be passed in any electrical appliance as per use.

Image processing is one of most popular research area. Image processing consists of a number of phases to be carried out, among which classification is one. Classification of an object is a vital job in computer vision area. Classification reflects the final results accuracies. So everyone has to pay attention at this phase. Lots of work is done on comparative learning of classification methods. This survey paper demonstrates study of parametric and non-parametric classification techniques. Study isolates parametric and nonparametric classification techniques which are employed in classification phase and offers tree depictions of such methods. For comparative study 9 classifiers are utilized among which 6 belongs to parametric category and remaining 3 belongs to non-parametric category.9 classifiers considered here are super simple, their interpretation is nice probabilistic, used mostly and well known. Assessment parameters considered are Kappa Statistic, Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Receiver Operating Characteristics Area (ROC Area) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). For validation test 10 cross fold method is considered. Results show that overall Decision Tree classifier or subtypes of decision tree classifier performs well. It gives better output to high values of Kappa Statistic and ROC Area measures. Also, it produces better results with less value of MAE and RMSE measures. The results produced by Bayesian Net, Naive Bayes techniques are similar.

Researchers throughout the years have been searching for methods to improve the available technologies to ease the users worldwide. In medical industries, researchers have made many improvements and development in medical equipment's to ease the medical professionals in serving patients. This work is the continuation of the previous research work in providing complete set of data for analysis on human behavior to set an accurate threshold for device detection. In this work, heart rate is monitored to all age groups for both genders wirelessly from remote locations. Results shown that these various age group is giving average reading that complies to the benchmark reading and is able to provide the necessary threshold value for future device improvement and enhancement.

The status of any state of India depends significantly on various natural resources. The status may be developed, developing and under developed while natural resources may be climate, rivers flowing and the length of rainfall etc. In this paper, two natural resources such as number of rivers flowing and rainfall in that state have been taken at different times and their dependencies on the development are analytically done. This analytical work is implemented through Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) with a set of values, number of rivers and height of rainfall. A trend has been observed corresponding to each status of the states. The present paper gives an idea to predict the development of any state in different time span. The work is validated through various known results and found a significant improvement over the previous work.
