Our keen Traffic monitoring Solution for street movement control System offers the capacity to obtain constant activity data. Activity Expert empowers administrators to perform ongoing information investigation on the data assembled. Activity administration measures are gone for enhancing the Traffic combination and stream of movement using activity limit all the more adequately. The Traffic issue is exceptionally confounded because of the contribution of differing parameters. In the first place, the activity stream relies upon the time where the movement top hours are for the most part toward the beginning of the day and toward the evening; on the times of the week where ends of the week uncover least load while Mondays andFridays by and large show thick movement arranged from urban areas to their edges and in invert bearing individually. In our undertaking we execute the keen activity dissecting framework by utilizing Internet of things with picture handling. In our task we catching the RGB picture of every path of the street. We dissecting the thickness of activity in the streetutilizing foundation subtraction calculation in raspberry pi. Prepared picture will spared to the cloud. Utilizing Cloud innovation, we see the power of the movement or stick happened in that specific zone through web. This will push us to mindful whether we experience the way or take a substitute approaches to achieved thegoal.

Transipmedance amplifiers (TIAs) play an important role in various communication applications including sensors and in numerous visible light communication applications. To attain the required bandwidth for the mentioned applications a transimpedance amplifier has been designed accordingly. The transimpedance amplifier is designed using Differential Current Amplifier. Thus a Transimpedance amplifier consisting of current amplifier (CA-TIA) is designed using Cadence tool. The analysis and layout of the CA-TIA are experimentally validated.

Natural language processing (NLP) is typically used for analyzing a large set of data. It has traditional applicability like sentiment analysis, spam mail detection, summarizing a large text. However, word problem solving is challenging if it is to be done with NLP. There are some approaches which have been proposed. Some could solve basic arithmetic problems like addition/subtraction. Knowledge representation is the main task to be done by NLP. Each kind of problem can be solved by a specific approach. This survey paper is the overview of the work done in this area till date and also discuss what can be done to improve and extend the work.

Resizing the access point buffer in Wireless Local Area Network is a challenging issue in today’s scenario. The wireless LANs emphasize lot of basic problems that do not occur in wired LANs. The main objective of this research work is to reduce the delay and increase the throughput, by implementing a resizable buffer with the use of MAC and TCP protocols in Wireless LANs. The other recent issues which occur frequently are channel bandwidth which is time-varying and the service rate, which is dependent on the level of channel contention. In this paper we first propose that the default use of static buffers in Wireless LANs leads to either less channel utilization or unnecessary huge delays, which induces the use of dynamic buffer resizing. This type of resizable buffer makes less delay, high throughput and effective link utilization which is achieved by buffer queue resize algorithms.

Non-realistic avatar and environment representations are widely used since it’s faster and more economical to produce while requiring less computational. With the absence of important behavioral cues, it resulted in low level of interaction that is acquired by the user and the viewer/s. This paper focuses on creating a 3D realistic avatar that mimics real-time human body motion. Mimicking the human body motion of the 3D Avatar is possible through the use of Kinect V2 where a 3D model can follow the movement of the person standing in front of the Kinect sensor. The system is also equipped with a projector, two mobile devices, speaker and a pyramid hologram that should provide a 3D hologram display.

In our country agriculture is a essential portion of financial changes. The gigantic number of general population it is enormously rigid to undertaking the foodstuff. A viewpoint to assurance the nourishment of remarkable laypeople is troublesome then again it is likewise hard to create sustenance thing for foodstuff where low measure of individuals and youthful age is additionally losing their interest on cultivating. This project describes fuzzy based robotic manipulator for advanced agriculture application to maintain the farm easily. An automation system can water the plants of a farm without the help of any human hand. This robotic manipulation have the options of planting seeds measuring soil moisture etc. To implement these features, robotic hand is controlled by fuzzy based computer numerical control with the help of FPGA. Motor and wheels are used to rotate the direction of robotic Arm. Therefore two motors are used to rotate the robotic arm in both X and Y axis and the stepper motor used to rotate the direction in Z axis. As the arm can move on three dimensional spaces, target purposes.

This paper unfolds the distinct feature of complex wavelets to dimension reduction of hyperspectral images. The algorithm of complex wavelet filter bank is implemented on Hyperspectral image bands to reduce the redundant information in terms of bands. In the recent literature on similar concept, the idea is implemented on spectral signatures of each band or in a single layer. The paper encompasses the complex wavelet filter bank advantages related to shift invariance and directionality properties on the hyperspectral image as a whole. The hyperspectral images carry volume of data and the image analysis needs the dimension reduction for the proper computation and detection. The unwanted bands can be ignored through the proposed algorithm. The reduction algorithm realizes the correlation between the bands of 64 band tiff image taken from ISRO database, India. The bands reduced to five in the proposed method efficient than existing real wavelet method.

Safety is a major problem in construction works. There is no proper solution to solve the problem. People’s safety is not ensured in the construction works. In most of the cases, the problem occurs due to work stress or poor health conditions. Some of the accidents occur where people fall down from heights and left unnoticed which leads to death due to lack of medical attention. According to the international report almost 48000 workers die every year due to workplace accidents and the construction site tops the list with 24.20 percent. However, most deaths occurred were preventable. This project aims to develop smart wearable devices such as band and helmet using various sensors that will help in monitoring the health and safety of workers. The devices constructed using IoT help in detecting the fall of any workers and sends SMS notification for immediate aid. Moreover, the workers vitals such as heart rate and temperature are also monitored and warned regarding abnormal health conditions. The project aims to provide a secure and safer working environment for worker thus reducing the number of deaths happening in construction sites. The prototype developed was tested on various conditions and showed high accuracy in the performance.

Diabetes Mellitus is one of the noncommunicable diseases in fast developing world. Blood glucose monitoring is a primary tool to care diabetic patients. Various non-invasive techniques are under research. A novel approach in non-invasive blood glucose measurement proposed in this paper. The technique based on antenna resonant frequency relating blood glucose level. Permittivity and conductivity of skin relates to blood glucose level. Different types of antenna tested in free space. Microstrip antenna is common planar structure widely used. Rectangular and circular patches are basic shapes in microstrip antenna. Pancrea shrinkage in diabetic patients sensed using microstrip antenna as electromagnetic waves. The signal amplified, transformed and compared with lab values. Glucose estimation is comparing lab values and transformed signal values.
