Giving an relevant theoretical analysis on the product functional decomposition, based on the functional definition, from the point view of intelligent design, to explore the critical technology that the gene encoding method of expressing the product’s function, associated with features of the product, and the intelligent optimization technology for the functional decomposition, based on the genetic algorithms and evolutionary design, combined with examples of projects that is being carried out to verify.

ForCES brings flexible, programmable, and cost-effective advantages over traditional architectures. This paper presents an implement of ForCES-based IPsec VPN SML, which helps users to manage and configure IPsec information. We illustrate the design of IPsec VPN SML, and describe the IPsec-related LFBs. Then we focus on the implement, mainly the realization of SAD and SPD. Finally, we test our works and give the result.

Multi-Access technology enables us connecting the IMS Core by kinds of network such as wireless, wire-line network and Internet. By IMS Service Delivery Platform (SDP) richness of services have been developed and deployed into realization through its common protocols and interfaces. To predict and improve the real-time availability of the web services fetched by the discovery agents, a revised service group model is proposed. This model benefits from the specification of WS-Service Group and revises it by keeping an available service entry list to cater for the need of service availability management under the function-replaceable service clustering infrastructure. The service matching asymmetry is also represented in the model. The system framework which enables fault-tolerant and dynamic service invocation is also introduced to put the model in the right perspective. Compared to other related work, our proposal is particularly suited for the scenarios where the clients are not responsible for re-locating the services after they have referred to the sort policy.

This paper presents a new filter by the combination of Progressive Switching Median (PSM) and Vector Median Filter (VMF). Based on the impulse noise detection, the proposed filter can remove salt-and-pepper noises for color images while preserving the image details well. Experimental results show that the proposed filter achieves better than PSM or VMF used alone.

This paper proposes a new class of matrix converters (MCs) referred to as AC chopper matrix converters (ACCMCs). They are AC-DC-AC MCs, of which rectifier stages are 3/2 phase MCs, and inverter stages are DC-AC inverters based on AC chop principle. The main attribute of the new MC topologies are the fact that it generates high voltage transfer ratio, depending on the instantaneous duty cycles. This property is not found in the conventional AC-AC MC. The basic configuration of these new topologies and their fundamental principles are introduced. The validity and feasibility are tested by simulation and prototype experiments. The results indicate that the output voltage transfer ratio can exceed 1.0 and the harmonic distortion of output voltage waveform is not high. This study may provide inspiration for further engineering application.

Compactness is the key index to determine the work quality of vibratory roller, the intelligent control of compactness was the key and difficult technology for roller. In order to improve the compaction effect and the intelligence of automatic control of roller, an intelligent control system was constructed based on CAN bus, GA method was used to optimize the fuzzy control strategy in the controller.The result indicated that the self-adaptive and self-study ability of compaction control of roller was improved, the compaction effect was better than before.

The traditional stationary network traffic model (ARIMA) is incapable of describing non-stationary characteristics. In the process of predicting, the accuracy will weaken with the increase of step. As a non-stationary network traffic model, NN (neural network) could make up for the defect of stationary model, which can not describe the non-stationary qualities of the network traffic. However, the parameters choice of NN doesn’t have a specific theoretical foundation. According to the problems above, the paper proposes a method of multiple combinations. First, we compared the errors of ARIMA with those of Elman model, and then designed a multiple-combination model which applied to network traffic analysis. The result shows that the method is superior to a single model.

This paper presents a complex interaction delayed swarm model with a general topology to study the collective behavior of a group of autonomous agents using the nearest neighbor rulers in the presence of communication delays. It is proved that under certain conditions the swarm members will converge to a finite region around the swarm weighted center and move together in a cohesive cluster following the motion of the weighted center. For general cases, the delayed swarm may display more complex dynamics, including oscillation and divergence, depending on the delay values. This suggests that the time delay may have significant consequence in the collective dynamics of swarms.
