A Generic Transaction Model for ForCES-Based Distributed Systems 基于力的分布式系统通用事务模型

Transaction operations are supposed to be supported in ForCES-based distributed systems (FDS). In this paper, we propose a generic transaction model in the light of the characteristics of transaction process in the FDS. The model is a practical and adaptive nested transaction model that extends more support for interoperable transactions and flexible transactions. To ensure the commonality and compatibility of FDS, we consider each Forwarding Elements (FE) as a black box with an exception that it supports the well-known transaction protocol defined in the ForCES protocol. In our model, an interoperable or a flexible ForCES transaction is decomposed into subtransactions with corresponding dependency relations among them. Each subtransaction is a basic transaction that can be supported by the transaction protocol without any private extension. We propose a binary tree model to denote a ForCES transaction, and the transaction execution order of a successful commit is definite with the aid of the transaction B-tree. We also analyze some relative issues, such as how to ensure ACID properties, and presents methods to achieve global serializability and to enhance the efficiency of transaction execution.

Evaluation of Enterprise Managers' Performance Based on Unascertained Measurement 基于未确知测度的企业管理者绩效评价

Aimed at overcoming the deficiency of methods applied to existing evaluation of enterprise managers’ performance, this paper introduces an evaluation method based on unascertained measurement. In the evaluating process, for the second-rate indicators we use information entropy to determine their weights, and for the first-rate indicators we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine their weights, realizing the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, achieving the unascertained comprehensive evaluation results of performance of enterprise managers. Then we take an example to analyze and explain the model. This result proves that unascertained measure model with a more simple calculation process and a higher recognition accuracy is applicable to the performance evaluation of enterprise managers.
针对现有企业管理者绩效评价方法的不足,提出了一种基于未确知测度的评价方法。在评价过程中,对二流指标采用信息熵法确定其权重,对一流指标采用层次分析法确定其权重,实现了定量分析与定性分析相结合,得到了企业管理者绩效的未确知综合评价结果。然后通过实例对该模型进行了分析和说明。结果证明,计算过程更简单、识别精度更高的未确知测度模型适用于企业管理者绩效评价。

The Design of a Component Description Language in the Environment of Internet Internet环境下组件描述语言的设计

With the development of Internet technique, in the environment Internet, software is regarded as service resource and component which is based on web services can combine with Internet closely. In this paper, we mainly analyses the shortcomings of WSDL as a sort of web services description language to component description, then expand WSDL and construct a component description –xCDL based on XML.

Voice Activity Detection Based on Distance Entropy in Noisy Environment 噪声环境下基于距离熵的语音活动检测

Voice Activity Detection is considered as a crucial part of the speech signal processing. In order to improve the accuracy of Voice Activity Detection under the high-noisy environment, an algorithm named distance entropy is proposed. The algorithm firstly enhances speech with short time spectral amplitude, and then utilizes the robustness of cepstral distance and spectral entropy. The experimental results show that this method performs well on anti-noise, and is more accurate to detect the endpoint in low SNR environment.
语音活动检测是语音信号处理的重要组成部分。为了提高高噪声环境下语音活动检测的准确性,提出了一种距离熵算法。该算法首先利用短时谱幅增强语音,然后利用倒谱距离和谱熵的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的抗噪性能,在低信噪比环境下能够更准确地检测到端点。

Research and Design of On-board Dynamic Reconfigurable Router 车载动态可重构路由器的研究与设计

In order to satisfy the requirement of aerocraft’s multi- transmission for further development, the paper leads to a resolution about on-board dynamic reconfigurable Spacewire routing technology. Based on the network level analysis of Spacewire standard, it built the architecture of router with wormhole routing theory. A simulation model of router had been set to verify the design, and braking-problem from wormhole routing-blocking had been solved with BWR. And a prototype of dynamic reconfigurable router had been built by using the characteristic of high-speed processing and dynamic reconfiguration of FPGAs.

Virtual Organization Model Research in Collaborative Design Grid 协同设计网格中的虚拟组织模型研究

since 1970’s, business environment had changed fundamentally. The customer’s demand is various and personal, the market competition is becoming more intense, the enterprise’s competitive advantage depends on the market strain capacity of the enterprise. The collaborative design grid platform is based on the advanced networking and the middleware technology. It provides the long-distance design task execution, the data accessing, the choosing and analysis. It simplified the design and implementation of the new products. This technology helps to realize the resources sharing among enterprises and advantage complementation, and strengthen the market competitive power. Virtual Organization is the organization form designed by the collaborative design grid. This article studied the virtual organization model under the environment of collaborative design grid; established Virtual organization model based on OGSA, and gave the general process for virtual organization partner choice and virtual Organization establishment.

Analysis on the Spillover Effect of Foreign Direct Investment: Case of Suzhou 外商直接投资溢出效应分析——以苏州为例

Based on time series data of Suzhou from 1991 to 2008, this paper carries out empirical research on the spillover effect of foreign direct investment by using ADF test, Granger causality test and regression method. The result shows that foreign direct investment has spillover effect to GDP which is the Granger cause of GDP in Suzhou. Meanwhile, the inverse relationship does not hold. We also find in the short run, foreign direct investment can increase GDP significantly and positively, but in the long run, it has negative effect on GDP of Suzhou.
本文基于苏州市1991 - 2008年的时间序列数据,运用ADF检验、格兰杰因果检验和回归方法对外商直接投资的溢出效应进行实证研究。结果表明,外商直接投资对GDP具有溢出效应,是苏州GDP增长的格兰杰原因。同时,反比关系并不成立。我们还发现,在短期内,外商直接投资对苏州市GDP有显著的正向促进作用,但从长期来看,外商直接投资对苏州市GDP有负向影响。

Enterprise Knowledge Management Systems: Role of Aspects and Distributed Middleware Framework 企业知识管理系统:方面的角色和分布式中间件框架

The need for an effective management of knowledge is gaining increasing recognition in today’s economy. To acknowledge this fact, new promising and powerful technologies have emerged from industrial and academic research. With these innovations maturing, organizations are more and more willing to adapt such new knowledge management (KM) technologies to improve their knowledge intensive businesses. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to address this challenge and introduce a framework for the development of enterprise knowledge management systems that will support both the business process and the technological knowledge infrastructure. We also discuss in this paper, the role of aspects and distributed middleware framework in enterprise knowledge management systems development.

Ancient Architecture Point Cloud Data Triangulation Algorithm Integrated with Cylindrical Projection and Tangent Plane Projection 结合圆柱投影和切面投影的古建筑点云数据三角剖分算法

With the development of Terrestrial 3D Laser-scanning technology, as the one of main methods of earth observing architecture, Terrestrial 3D Laser-scanning technology is increasingly widely applied in the field of ancient architecture protection. Triangulating a set of scattered 3D points is a common approach but a difficult problem to surface reconstruction from unorganized point clouds. Large wood structures are common structure in ancient architecture. Because the amount of point cloud data of it is very large, universal triangulation algorithms don’t adapt for. On the basis of full analysis of the characteristics of the ancient buildings’ large wood structure, the algorithm was proposed in this article, which integrated with the cylindrical projection and tangent plane projection triangulation. Experiments show that the method is more efficient and effective support for the regular shape large wood structures.

Triangulating a set of scattered 3D points is a common approach but a difficult problem to surface reconstruction from unorganized point clouds. Large wood structures are common structure in ancient architecture. Because the amount of point cloud data of it is very large, universal triangulation algorithms don’t adapt for. On the basis of full analysis of the characteristics of the ancient buildings’ large wood structure, the algorithm was proposed in this article, which integrated with the cylindrical projection and tangent plane projection triangulation. Fairness-Based Global Optimization of User-Centric Networks 基于公平的用户中心网络全局优化

In this paper, we discuss the opportunities for global optimization of networks, which takes the user perspective into account. We state three fundamental problems in this approach, which are the variable (and usually also large) number of objectives, the Arrow impossibility theorem, and the unavoidance of the fact that the feasible space may contain solutions, where some objectives are extreme. To overcome these problems, we propose to achieve at least fairness among the fulfillment of user objectives, if optimality (e.g. in the sense of Pareto-optimality) is not possible. We also outline a generalized approach to fairness, based on fairness relation. Heuristic methods are available to handle the corresponding search problems.
