According to the historical data of the x x factory the BP artificial neural network model is uesed, and a mapping relationship between the input and the output value of spare parts demand is set up. Model training results show that the model can better predict, with high accuracy. On this basis, this article forecasts the spare parts demand of the enterprise on 2008.

The rigidity and expectational model is one of the geometric lag models which may cause problems of parameters estimation. In order to consistently estimate the model’s parameters in the ML approach, we propose an easy-to-compute procedure. This new procedure makes the polynomials in the lag operator to be fractionally integrated. A parsimonious model will be obtained when this proposed procedure is applied. And it also will be applied to very general specifications of the error term. In this paper, we employ this new procedure to analyze U.S. consumption function, and then we discuss some interesting results.

In the process of solving multi-objective Pareto solution, the search ability in total area and the convergence characteristics can be reinforced by self-adjusting of aberrance probability in offspring evolution. Comparing with the typical hybrid genetic algorithm, the more effective optimization convergence can be obtained by using the improved hybrid genetic algorithm in solution for optimization problem. Numerical simulation based on some typical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Application of multimedia technology in teaching and knowledge transfer is booming. Pilot experiment uses interactive computer-based gaming in which people play a role in the system being modeled. The behavior of subjects can then be directly compared against the behavior produced by the assumed decision rules of the model. Interactive Learning Environment (ILE) methodology provides a mimic real system for testing economic theories and generating hypotheses. The ILE developed in the paper serves as a tool for understanding the simple structure of a social-ecological system and testing the subject’s misperception of delays. Through their investment decisions, subjects attempt to balance the water in lake to the desired level over time. But without taking consider into the delays existed in the system, it's hard for them to successfully complete the task. The results demonstrate people's misperception of delays in their decision making process.

This paper studies the performance of adaptive vertical handoff schemes for overlayed WCDMA and wireless LAN (WLAN) heterogeneous networks. Simulation results show that the proposed adaptive hysteresis vertical handoff can increase lots of average data rate than the fixed hysteresis vertical handoff scheme. Moreover, the proposed adaptive hysteresis vertical handoff scheme can reduce the ping-pong handoff rate as well.

This paper presents a controllable and adaptable computer virus detection model based on immune system, improves the immune mechanism of the model by introducing the thought of variable detector radius, and achieves the detector radius be set and adjusted automatically. The virus detection model has some effects on solving the conflict between the number of detectors and the scope of detection. Thus it enables the system to have better dynamic and self-adaptability.

Clustering has always been an important subject in data mining, and it has been applied in various domains. Constrained clustering has been an emerging issue over the last few years. Its main idea is applying constraints to the process of clustering to decrease the running time and cost to expectantly promote the quality of clustering. Because clustering is a combinative optimization question, there are some problems such as NP-Hard work and deciding the number of clusters. This paper proposes a constrained clustering technique combining Rough Set theory and Genetic Algorithm into the clustering. We also developed the prototyping system and performed experiments to prove the effectiveness and compare it with other clustering techniques, such as Genetic Algorithm-based clustering and Self-organizing Maps. Finally, the results showed our approach is actually better than other methods.

This article proposes an open source based e-learning environment which adapts constructivism, collaborative learning theories, and Web 2.0 concepts in order to construct next generation e-learning environments. The proposed framework has been tested in MIS course of a college school. There are 4 programs to be tested and analyzed, which applied Web 2.0 tools including forum, Wiki, and Blog into the blended learning environment. The preliminary study reveals that self-learning has been improved for most learners, and students have been more active in learning activities. Under the thought of Web 2.0, this study demonstrates the experiment several trends in higher education such as role change of both learners and lecturers, the way to yields better learning satisfactory, and better learning efficiencies. This study concludes that the Web 2.0 concept is ideal to be practice constructivism, collaborative learning into management related programs.

For the explosive development of mobile technologies, mobile stations have become an important role in our daily life. People can use cellular phone not only for communications including message, voice, and video, but also for trade. In this article, we aim to propose a brand-new value-added service for mobile subscribers, M-check. A subscriber can apply the new service to trade with a virtual vendor or perform some business transactions. In addition to preserving the property from physical checks, M-check provides more convenience and flexibility. A subscriber needs not to sustain the risk of physical check loss or damage, and is able to trade with others over the Internet or physical merchant.

Let $D = (V,A)$ be a digraph.A kernel of $D$ is an independent set $S$ of vertices such that every vertexof $D$ is either in $S$ or dominates a vertex in $S$. If every inducedsubdigraph of $D$ has a kernel, then $D$ is called kernel-perfect.According to Richardson, if a digraph does not contain a directed cycle of oddlength then it is kernel-perfect. Here we study the kernel-perfection throughuse of the push operation of digraphs. For a subset $X$ of vertices of $D$,$D^X$ is the digraph obtained from $D$ by pushing $X$, that is, reversingthe directions of arcs between $X$ and $V-X$. We prove that the problem ofdeciding if a digraph can be pushed to be kernel-perfect is an NP-completeproblem. This is on contrast to a previous result showingthe same decision problem restricted to chordal digraphs is polynomial timesolvable. We further show that the problem of deciding whether a graphcan be pushed to contain no directed cycle of odd length is also NP-complete.
