The article reveals the concept of the socio-psychological climate in the work collective, as well as actualizes the role of the leader in the formation of a favorable working atmosphere. Describes formal and informal relationships in teams, as well as their impact on performance. The main functions of a leader are considered, which are aimed at the formation of a psychological psychological atomosphere in a team. The leading role of the leader in the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate is substantiated, since it is he who acts as a regulator of formal and informal relationships between colleagues.

It is noted that social networks embody the idea of simulacra, described in the works of Zh. Baudrillard. The problem of forming the image of the "ideal mother" using a social platform such as Instagram is analyzed. The content analysis method identifies and describes various aspects of the representation of motherhood by popular bloggers and analyzes the possible risks of consuming this content by users.

Our question is what tasks a higher education teacher should set himself in the context of electronic communication. The teacher and student / master's student are seen as mediators between different epistolary styles. The teacher is seen as the guardian of the traditional style of emailing, and the student youth — as the creator of the new one. Examples are given to characterize the epistolary culture of students in the format of distance learning. As a result, it is argued that during educational correspondence between a teacher and a student, new standards of speech communication and new expressive means generated by the digitalization are formed.

The profile of preferred coping strategies in firefighters and rescuers was studied (depending on the length of professional experience). The survey involved 235 male fire and rescue workers aged 25 to 45 years, who were divided into three groups (1–6, 7–15 and 16–22 years of service). Using the personal questionnaire SACS (S. Hobfoll), preferences in choosing coping strategies were studied. It was found that the majority of firefighters and rescuers have prosocial and active strategies as priorities. Negative phenomena in overcoming stress and the proportion of people with passive behavior patterns were found to increase with increasing service life.
