Individual Identification of OFDM Signal Radiation Source Based on Depth Adaptive Wavelet Network 基于深度自适应小波网络的OFDM信号辐射源个体识别

To solve the problem of information security hidden danger when using consumer electronic products for wireless communication, an individual identification method of OFDM signal radiation source based on a deep adaptive wavelet network is proposed. Firstly, a mathematical model is established to generate different fine features between subcarriers of OFDM signal transmitter. Then, I/Q channel signals are input into the network. In the process of network training, the lifting wavelet transform process is implemented adaptively to generate multiple signal segments with different time-frequency domain resolutions. Finally, multiple OFDM radiation sources are classified and identified by a classifier. The experiment results show that, under the condition of a signal-to-noise ratio of 30dB, the accuracy of end-to-end identification of five OFDM transmitters by using the deep adaptive wavelet network can reach 95.6%, and the anti-noise performance and parameter number of the network are better than the traditional convolutional neural network.

Power Data Operation Effectiveness Analysis Based on Multi-dimensional Analysis 基于多维度分析的电力数据运行有效性分析

To reduce the absolute error of the effectiveness of power data operation analysis, build a more stable and multivariate analysis structure, and maximize the reliability of the overall analysis results, a new power data operation effectiveness analysis method based on multi-dimensional analysis is designed. Set up nodes and collect data. Design equivalent analysis links according to the amount of data, adopt the multi-dimensional analysis method, construct multi-dimensional data operation effectiveness analysis sovereignty model, and combine with directional processing mechanism to realize the power data operation effectiveness analysis. The test results show that compared with the traditional multi-mechanism data operation effectiveness analysis test group and the traditional data sovereignty operation effectiveness analysis test group, the absolute error of the effectiveness analysis of the multi-dimension analysis method is smaller, and the error value is only 1. This analysis method is more reliable and accurate in dealing with data operation and has practical application value.

A Security Survey of NFV: From Causes to Practices NFV的安全调查:从原因到实践

Network Function Virtualization (NFV) is proposed as new technology to address massive proprietary devices, high operation costs, poor flexibility and other problems in current traditional network. By separating network functions and proprietary devices, NFV can significantly reduce operation costs and enable flexible configuration of services, etc. Now NFV is widely used in various fields. However, due to virtualization and softwareization and other technical characteristics, NFV faces more serious security threats compared to traditional networks. This paper focuses on analyzing the NFV security threats under the new technology and summarizes them according to the causes of security threats. Subsequently, based on the results of the analysis, we propose the corresponding safety practice solutions. Finally, we prospect the research directions for improving NFV security.
网络功能虚拟化(Network Function Virtualization, NFV)是针对当前传统网络中存在的专有设备多、运营成本高、灵活性差等问题而提出的一项新技术。NFV通过分离网络功能和专有设备,可以显著降低运营成本,实现灵活的业务配置等。目前NFV已广泛应用于各个领域。但是,由于NFV具有虚拟化、软件化等技术特点,与传统网络相比,NFV面临着更为严重的安全威胁。本文重点分析了新技术下NFV的安全威胁,并根据安全威胁产生的原因进行了总结。随后,根据分析结果,提出相应的安全实践解决方案。最后,展望了提高NFV安全性的研究方向。

ACRE: An Advanced CAN Signal Reverse Engineering Scheme 一种先进的CAN信号逆向工程方案

As modern vehicles become more exposed to the outside world, many efforts have been made to enhance the security of in-vehicle Controller Area Network(CAN). These efforts are facing significant challenges, because the CAN signals that store the driving status of vehicle are encoded into specific format, thus preventing researchers from understanding its meaning. Unfortunately, the Database CAN(DBC) file that contain these encoding patterns are kept strictly confidential by the car manufacturer. Currently, many work has been conducted to reverse engineer CAN signals. However, through our experiments, these studies have shown highly inaccuracy in identifying the boundary of CAN signals. In this paper, we propose ACRE, an advanced CAN signal reverse engineering scheme based on a novel metric of adjacent-bit changing rate (ACR). With ACR, ACRE automatically segments CAN data field. Inspired by ACR, we further present Diagonal-bit Changing Rate (DCR) to determine the endianness of CAN signal, thus accomplishing signal extraction and signedness discrimination. Verified by real-world dataset and corresponding DBC, ACRE achieves 100% coverage, and its vehicle-series compatibility have been proven by extensive experiments on 4 datasets of real car.

The Research on Traffic Sign Recognition Algorithm Based on Improved YOLOv5 Model 基于改进YOLOv5模型的交通标志识别算法研究

Traffic sign detection is an important research direction in target detection. At present, the detection problem of small target traffic signs exists, therefore, a traffic sign detection algorithm based on YOLOv5s model is constructed, and some important improvements are proposed to solve the small target detection problem. In order to ensure lightweight, YOLOv5s model is selected, and a small target prediction head is added to detect small targets. Fuse module is proposed to supplement shallow information to the backbone network to increase the ability of small target detection. BIFPN idea is used and improved to solve the problems of network depth degradation and shallow information deficiency. Finally, the Loss function is improved, and Varifocal Loss function is used to improve the problem of unbalanced positive and negative samples. The experimental results show that the detection effect of the proposed algorithm is increased by 7.7% compared with the original algorithm, and the experimental results on multiple datasets show obvious improvement effect. This is a lightweight model that works well in the field of traffic sign detection.

SAC-IA Algorithm Based on Parallel KD-Tree Search and Improved Feature Point Selection 基于并行kd树搜索和改进特征点选择的SAC-IA算法

In recent years, with the rapid development of autonomous driving and intelligent robots, point cloud stitching technology has attracted people's attention. At present, the sampling consistency initial registration algorithm is often used for coarse registration of point clouds, but this algorithm has problems such as large randomness in feature point selection and low search efficiency. this paper proposes a feature point selection method considering the relationship between coordinate distance and spatial similarity, which prevents the occurrence of local optimization by setting the distance threshold, and uses the FPFH to calculate the spatial feature similarity relationship between the source point cloud and the target point cloud point pair. The randomly selected feature pairs with similar spatial characteristics are saved to ensure that the selected point pairs are overlapping as much as possible, which is conducive to the solution of rotation matrix and translation vector. By comparing the registration results of the traditional algorithm, it is concluded that the error of the proposed algorithm is reduced by 15.70%. In addition, the KD-Tree parallel technology based on OpenMP is also used to greatly improve the search efficiency of the corresponding point.

A 3D reconstruction algorithm based on spatial geometry constraint assisted phase structured light combined with camera parameters 基于空间几何约束辅助相位结构光结合相机参数的三维重建算法

Multi-frequency temporal phase unwrapping methods can unwrap phase wrapping well, but need to capture more additional images. Therefore, the measurement speed of this method is relatively slow, and it is not suitable for scenarios with high speed requirements. This paper proposes a 3D reconstruction algorithm based on spatial geometric constraints assisted phase-based structured light combined with camera parameters. This method uses the spatial geometric constraints of the camera and projector to construct a reference absolute phase to expand the phase wrapping. The method has the advantages of simple hardware, good robustness, short measurement time and high precision. Experiments show that under the same conditions, the method proposed in this paper is similar to the multi-frequency time-phase expansion method in the measurement accuracy of two standard spheres with different diameters, but the measurement time of the method in this paper has decreased. The average measurement time of 6.0085mm and 6.0077mm standard balls decreased by 32.64% and 33.16%, respectively. Therefore, the method proposed in this paper can promote the development of structured light in terms of speed and low cost.

Therefore, the measurement speed of this method is relatively slow, and it is not suitable for scenarios with high speed requirements. This paper proposes a 3D reconstruction algorithm based on spatial geometric constraints assisted phase-based structured light combined with camera parameters. This method uses the spatial geometric constraints of the camera and projector to construct a reference absolute phase to expand the phase wrapping. The method has the advantages of simple hardware, good robustness, short measurement time and high precision. Experiments show that under the same conditions, the method proposed in this paper is similar to the multi-frequency time-phase expansion method in the measurement accuracy of two standard spheres with different diameters, but the measurement time of the method in this paper has decreased. The average measurement time of 6.0085mm and 6.0077mm standard balls decreased by 32.64% and 33.16%, respectively. Monocular depth estimation based on Chained Residual Pooling and Gradient Weighted Loss 基于链式残差池化和梯度加权损失的单目深度估计

In recent years, the self-supervised monocular depth estimation task in the field of autonomous driving has achieved remarkable results. The brightness consistency assumption is adopted to guide network training, The image brightness needs to be kept constant in adjacent frames. However, this assumption does not apply to laparoscopic scenarios, where the intensity of light for the same tissue changes over time during surgery. In addition, the defined receptive fields in laparoscopy lead to low utilization of structured cues, the predicted depth map performs poorly on the tissue contour when the laparoscopic frame is fed into the depth estimation network. In this work, aiming at the problem of luminance consistency, it is proposed to integrate the second-order gradient of the image and the second-order gradient of the parallax map into the photometric reconstruction error to guide the network. In view of the problem of the low utilization rate of laparoscopic image context clues, the following clues are weighted in the decoder part of the network to improve the reuse of low-resolution feature maps for tissue contour clues. Experiments were performed on the SCARED dataset, and new losses and new modules were put into the network separately to train to verify their effectiveness, the results showed good performance on all four commonly used indicators.

In order to realize sensorless control of mine high energy density permanent magnet direct drive integrated machine, improved sliding mode control is used to estimate rotor position and rotational speed. Due to the frequent switching of working conditions in the mine, the control system of the integrated machine is affected to a certain extent. In order to reduce the chattering effect caused by traditional sliding mode control, a sensorless vector control system with double closed-loop speed and current was built by adding phase-locked loop to improve the stability and observation accuracy of the control system. The simulation results show that the system has high state estimation accuracy, stable operation and fast response speed, which can cope with complex working conditions in mine, and is suitable for the mine with high energy density permanent magnet direct drive all-in-one.
为了实现矿井高能量密度永磁直驱一体机的无传感器控制,采用改进滑模控制对转子位置和转速进行估计。由于矿井工况的频繁切换,在一定程度上影响了一体机的控制系统。为了减小传统滑模控制引起的抖振效应,通过增加锁相环,构建了速度和电流双闭环的无传感器矢量控制系统,提高了控制系统的稳定性和观测精度。仿真结果表明,该系统状态估计精度高,运行稳定,响应速度快,能够应对矿山复杂工况,适用于高能量密度永磁直驱一体机矿山。

Network-Coding-Based Content Sharing for Mobile Devices via Multiple Relays of WiFi Direct 基于网络编码的WiFi Direct多中继移动设备内容共享

Sharing content, such as video, with others via personal mobile devices has become more and more popular. However, it tends to incur extremely high traffic fee to share large files in commercial networks. In this paper, we propose an efficient network-coding-based content sharing scheme (NCCSS) for mobile devices via WiFi Direct. When the file owner wants to share a file to others, it equally splits the file into multiple pieces, and then linearly encodes the pieces into segments with random linear network coding (RLNC). After that, it switches itself to an access point (AP), and waits to accept request from other devices. For each device in the network, it connects to the AP, and requests linearly independent segments. After it has received a fixed number of encoded segments, it switches itself to a new AP to enlarge the coverage of sharing. By strategically switching devices between the AP mode and ordinary mode, all devices could receive sufficient segments and recover the original file. NCCSS was evaluated in a real-world testbed consisting of 20 mobile devices. The experimental results show that compared to the traditional replication-based transmission scheme and erasure-coding-based transmission scheme, NCCSS could provide higher sharing rate.
