Fault diagnosis of substation power's inner line based on Optimum-Path forest algorithm 基于最优路径森林算法的变电站内线故障诊断

For the problems of large cost of manual troubleshooting and insufficient detail of operation and maintenance management for fault diagnosis in substation power's inner lines, the fault classification task is implemented for line faults in substations based on Optimum-Path Forest (OPF) algorithm using Python and Scikit-learn platform, and the classification accuracy of the algorithm is experimented on public fault dataset. The algorithm achieves a classification accuracy of 95.07%, which is better than traditional methods such as plain Bayes, random forest, and SVM. The experiments show that the algorithm can reduce the difficulty of the operation and inspection personnel to carry out detection, enhance the reliability of the substation line protection system, and provide a reliable power supply for the smart substation.
针对变电站电力内线故障诊断中人工故障排除成本大、运维管理不够详细等问题,利用Python和Scikit-learn平台,实现了基于OPF算法的变电站线路故障分类任务,并在公共故障数据集上对算法的分类准确率进行了实验。该算法的分类准确率达到95.07%,优于朴素贝叶斯、随机森林、SVM等传统方法。实验表明,该算法可以降低操作人员和巡检人员进行检测的难度,增强变电站线路保护系统的可靠性,为智能变电站提供可靠的供电。

Quality Analysis and Improvement of 3D Panoramic Stitching Sequence Image 三维全景拼接序列图像质量分析与改进

Using a computer to splice images with overlapping parts is the current mainstream method for 3D panorama construction. However, the quality of the spliced sequence images cannot be guaranteed due to the uneven quality of the resulting panorama. Aiming at quality problems such as inconsistent brightness and contrast of stitched sequence images and easy noise generation during the shooting process, a batch quality improvement process for multiple sequence images required for 3D panorama construction is proposed, which is different from single image processing; firstly, the median value is used The filtering method is used to denoise multiple sequential images, secondly to make the gray range of multiple images consistent, and finally to improve the contrast of the sequential images by using histogram equalization. Experimental results show that this method has a good effect on improving the quality of 3D panorama stitching sequence images.

Human Table Tennis Actions Recognition and Evaluation Method Based on Skeleton Extraction 基于骨骼提取的人体乒乓球动作识别与评价方法

With the rise of computer vision, it is becoming more and more important to accurately recognize and evaluate human actions. However, the complexity, intraclass differences, and viewing angle changes of human actions significantly impact the accuracy of identification human actions. This paper proposed an action recognition and evaluation method based on skeleton information extraction. Briefly, We use Lightweight OpenPose to extract the key points of human skeleton and perform processing work, including video data cutting, deleting some key points, supplementing missing key points, filtering processing, feature extraction, etc. Through an in-depth exploration of related theoretical technologies, we proposed a model for recognition and evaluation of human table tennis actions with an ordinary camera. The support vector machine algorithm (SVM) classification model is used to identify table tennis actions in real-time. Then the dynamic time regularization (DTW) algorithm calculates the similarity of each human skeleton key point in the action sequence. The low-scoring bone key points are marked to evaluate the human table tennis action in real time. The results show that a recognition rate of more than 95% is achieved in the test set, which proves the method's effectiveness. In addition, we compared the results with previous work using inertial sensors for action recognition, which shows our method can preserve the same accuracy with a much lower cost of implementation.

An Improved Path Planning Algorithm Based on RRT* 一种基于RRT*的改进路径规划算法

RRT* algorithm has some shortcomings, such as slow convergence speed and long path length. To solve these problems, an improved algorithm based on RRT* is proposed. By optimizing the sampling part of RRT* algorithm, the algorithm guides the random tree to grow towards the target point, which greatly improves the planning speed. Then, a path optimization strategy is proposed to reduce the redundant inflection points in the path and reduce the cost of the path. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments.

IPTV Video Perception Quality Based on Packet Loss Distribution 基于丢包分布的IPTV视频感知质量

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) provides interactive function, which greatly improves subjective experience of users. However, IP network is a best-effort network and does not guarantee a reliable connection, which makes video transmission based on IP network prone to problems. This paper focuses on the relationship between packet loss and video perception quality in IPTV transmission. Through subjective evaluation experiments, the influence of different packet loss rate and packet loss distributions (burst loss and random loss) are quantitatively studied. Experimental results show: When packet loss rate is the same, video with burst loss has a better quality than one with random loss. The proportion of burst loss in total packet loss increases, and subjective perception quality increases exponentially. Based on experimental results, this paper also designs an objective evaluation model of video quality based on packet loss rate and packet loss distribution.

Research on Power Load Forecasting Based on Deep Learning 基于深度学习的电力负荷预测研究

In order to fully explore the time-series correlation of power load data and improve the prediction accuracy of power load, this paper proposes a neural network-based deep learning approach for power load prediction. Firstly, the relevant electric power data are obtained and divided into appropriate sample sizes, and the samples are normalized; then, a prediction model based on LSTM is built to explore the correlation between different features, and the corresponding model of this neural network is further trained and validated on the data test set; finally, a comparison between LSTM and other algorithms such as SVM, ANN, GAOS and GM are performed. The results show that the LSTM prediction algorithm can better track the trend of power load change, with higher prediction accuracy and efficiency.

Study on active distribution network dispatch strategy based on dynamic partition optimization 基于动态分区优化的配电网主动调度策略研究

The goal of active distribution network (ADN) is to improve the capacity of the existing distribution network for intermittent renewable energy (IRE) generation on the premise of ensuring the reliability of grid operation and power quality. In order to promote the consumption of IRE in ADN,this paper establishes an optimization dispatch strategy of active distribution network with energy storage system and controllable load participating in the regulation.An optimization dispatch strategy-dynamic partition is proposed, and an advanced artificial fish swarm algorithm is proposed to enhance the local searching ability. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by the case on an improved IEEE 33 node system.

A method for synthesizing dynamic image of virtual human 一种虚拟人动态图像的合成方法

With the rise of the Metaverse, the need for efficient modeling of avatars becomes increasingly urgent. Building virtual human models from human image datasets has been a hot topic in computer vision. We used the speech synthesis technology to complete the conversion from text to speech waveform, and used the speech-lip shape generation method to generate a real person image with audio and video synchronization, finally used the thin plate spline transformation method to drive the virtual human image, and synthesizes a virtual human with audio and video synchronization image. Experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the problem of text-driven avatar lip mismatch and text-driven avatar audio and video asynchronous problems, and can synthesize high-quality, high-fidelity, low-latency avatars.

Building virtual human models from human image datasets has been a hot topic in computer vision. We used the speech synthesis technology to complete the conversion from text to speech waveform, and used the speech-lip shape generation method to generate a real person image with audio and video synchronization, finally used the thin plate spline transformation method to drive the virtual human image, and synthesizes a virtual human with audio and video synchronization image. Anti-counterfeiting Method of CAN Terminal Based on Device Physical Fingerprint 基于设备物理指纹的CAN终端防伪方法

With the development of science and technology, the electronic control unit (ECU) equipment has gradually become complex, and the security of the controller area network (CAN) bus protocol as the standard protocol for ECU communication has also been higher. In recent years, researchers have conducted extensive research on the security of the CAN bus, such as the anti-counterfeiting attack mechanism based on intrusion detection technology and the authentication code technology, which has improved the security of the CAN bus. However, directly modifying the CAN protocol itself based on intrusion detection technology will cause insufficient backward compatibility and a large number of devices cannot be reused; The authentication code-based approach cannot trace the origin of counterfeit devices and forensic evidence of attack devices, so further improvements are needed. In view of the above two problems, this paper proposes a CAN terminal anti-counterfeiting attack method based on physical fingerprint, which calculates the autocorrelation difference between the collected original signal and the calculated reconstructed signal, and obtains the physical fingerprint of the device as the basis for CAN terminal identity authentication, thereby achieving anti-counterfeiting attack. In this paper, 30 CAN terminals are used to experimentally verify the method in this paper, collect and transmit random data and transfer fixed data CAN frames to form two sets of data sets, and train and test using linear discriminant models, and the final model can identify the device identity rate on the two data sets up to 99%.

With the gradual maturity of 5G network development and the continuous enrichment of application scenarios, 5G has become an important supporting technology in the process of network and intelligent transformation of traditional industries. Under the background of the rapid development of information communication demand in the nuclear power plant industry, this paper analyzes the business requirements of the current nuclear power plant wireless communication scenarios, clarifies that 5G is the main solution to the nuclear power plant wireless communication demand, and further studies the 5G radio access network (RAN) construction mode. According to the characteristics and difficulties of communication requirements in nuclear power plants, the key technologies of 5G RAN in nuclear power plants are studied.
