Guinea pig diet is essentially based on the use of grasses associated with protein sources. Then, in to improve the herbivores nutrition, the evaluation of intake and In vivo digestibility of Pennisetum purpureum or Panicum maximum in guinea pigs (Cavia porcellus) was carried out in January 2017 at the University of Dschang research and experimental farm and animal production and nutrition laboratory. 20 adult animals of local breed on average weight 450 ± 50g and aged about 5 months were used. They were organized into two batches of 10 animals each (5 males and 5 females). The first batch received 250g of fresh matter of Pennisetum purpureum + 60g concentrate/animal/day, while the second received the same treatment with Panicum maximum as grasses. Leftover and animals were weighed every morning before food distributions, and drinking water containing vitamin C was served ad libitum. According to the results, the highest ingestion was obtained with Panicum maximum. However, the digestibility different nutrients was comparable between treatments; nevertheless, males fed on P. maximum digested crude cellulose (63.78%) better than males fed on P. purpureum (51.17%). With regard to the variation of the bacterial rate of the caecal flora, enterobacteria of animals fed P. maximum was high (11.20 CFU/ml) compared to those of the animals receiving P. purpureum (7.27 CFU/ml), although regardless of the treatment, the level of lactobacilli was higher than that of enterobacteria. In view of the results obtained, these grasses can be alternatively used in feeding guinea pigs.

STS education is one of the current trends in the reform of biologyclassroom teaching. The article explains how to infiltrate the content of thedevelopment history of the discipline, the introduction of new achievements orresearch directions, the promotion of sustainable development strategies, and the cultivation of scientific awareness. The necessary exploration of the ways and methods of implementing STS education has been carried out.

Zoology is an experimental subject. Zoology experiments are an indispensable part of zoology teaching, and it is an organic whole that complements classroom teaching. The good zoology experiment course is a necessary prerequisite for learning zoology, and the examination of the zoology experiment course is an effective means to test the teaching effect of the zoology experiment course. In the past, most of the examinations for the Zoology Experimental Course were carried out together with the final examination of the final theoretical course after the completion of all the experimental courses. There are obvious drawbacks to this kind of papertalk test method. First of all, it can t comprehensively and realistically assessstudents experimental skills and level; on the other hand, it makes students not pay attention to the experimental course, because it can pass the test only by memorizing the results of the experiment. The irrationality of this traditional examination method has greatly affected the teaching effect of zoology and limited the teaching reform and development of zoology.

There is a strong suspicion that climate change occurs under the influence of carbon dioxide. According to the data of the last century it is 26 times smaller in the atmosphere than the water vapor. Surely it is water in molecular form and at high altitudes. A significant role in weather and climate is played by low-lying clouds - water in the form of drops. These clouds and clouds cover the influx of solar radiation. There is no direct link between the increase in CO2 and natural disasters. And it’s very content in the atmosphere is not only dependent on the combustion of fuel, but also on the state of the surface layer of the planet and the hydrological cycle. It is necessary to seek and eliminate the causes, the sources of its appearance. And it is even more accurate to look for the causes of climate change itself.

Diabetes mellitus is an important problem in human and also it occurs in many animals, particularly in pet. This study was to evaluate walnuts effects on serum concentration of glucose, triglyceride, Cholesterol, VLDL, LDL and HDL in experimental diabetes mellitus in rat. 30 male Wistar rats with age of 8 weeks and weight of 200 ± 20 grams were selected. Then these rats were divided into five groups, 6 rats per group. Diabetic treatment group and diabetic control group received subcutaneous a single dose of Alloxan (100mg/kg BW) in saline solution. Pour control group and control group received subcutaneous saline normal (100 mg/kgBW). After observed diabetes symptoms (Polydipsia, Polyuria,Glucosuria and Hyperglycemia) in groups that were received Alloxan, we have initiated to feeding treatment group and diabetic treatment group in the ratio of equal with walnuts and pellet. These groups were fed for 10 days. Blood samples collected from whole groups at the end of 10day. Evaluation of the serum levels of triglyceride revealed statistically significant differences in diabetic treatment group and treatment group with control group, but decreased significantly compared to the diabetic control group (P<0.05).Evaluation of the serum Levels of VLDL decreased significantly in diabetic treatment group and treatment group compared to the diabetic control group, but did not reveal statistically difference compared to the control group (P<0.05). Evaluation of the serum levels of HDL did not reveal statistically significant difference between groups (PEÂ0.05). The walnut can be used as a natural fruit for prevent than diabetes mellitus disorders.
