Designed and quality insurance of simple distillation apparatus as alternative way to solve lack of laboratory tools. Research about designed and quality controlled of simple distillation apparatus have been reported. Simple apparatus design’s applied principle of distillation method. Basically, distillation was used to separate the constituents of a mixture by using differences of boiling point. Simple distillation apparatus designed by using materials which is commonly used in daily life such as electric kettle , PVC, glass tube / plastic tube and any other easy to find material . Distillate that has been produced would be controlled by using Argentometry method . Based on the datas , simple distillation apparatus can be used as an alternative way for producing of distillate which could be used for daily laboratory purposes because there were no detected contamination of salt in distillates.

The purpose of this study was to determine the trading system channel, knowing the margin marketing system, the farmer's share, marketing efficiency and problems faced in marketing system Siam Banjar Orange ( Citrus re ti culata ) in the Village Karang Buah Belawang District of Barito Kuala Regency. This study used survey method and data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Method of determination of farmers sampled using purposive sampling method and determination of trading system agencies using snowball sampling method. The result showed in the Village Karang Buah Belawang District of Barito Kuala Regency. There are five marketing system channels, the most large margin system is on the channel III orange with big size, with a margin Rp.6000/kg, the largest farmer's share is on channel system 1 measure orange Siamese large and small, with the value of the farmer's share 100%. While most marketing system efisien located on the marketing 1 system channel for sizes large and small . The constraints faced in marketing is to maintain the quality of citrus from producer to consumer.

This study aims to analyze alternative priorities of the development strategy of Ecology-Based Industrial Zone (EBIZ) and a key of programe in the development strategy of the EBIZ concept. Data analysis was performed using the method of system integration experts, which AHP and ISM. Data collected in the form of secondary data (real data and hypothetical data), both quantitative and qualitative where data collection was done by using survey techniques. The manufacturing industry is one sector the largest foreign exchange earner for the national economy. However, the sector is under pressure due to the high contribution to the reduction of environmental quality and relatively high dependence on natural resources. During the manufacturing industry see the waste that it generates as a burden which if addressed fully will be able to reduce the competitiveness of the industry. Facing the challenges of the 21st century industry, came the concept of "industrial ecology," which is a concept that aims to implement a system of ecological systems in the industry. This concept can be applied successfully in groups of manufacturing industries located in an industrial area that is known as "eco-industrial parks." The result is a top priority for the development strategy of Region-Based Industrial Ecology is the implementation of an integrated Ecology-Based Industrial Zone by industrial relocation to the industrial area. The success of the effort to implement integrated Ecology-Based Industrial Zone by relocation of industries to the industrial area should be supported by several factors, of which the foremost is the consistency of legislation

Jenis penukar kalor sangatlah beragam dan masing masing dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang spesifik. Namun demikian jenis shell & tube sejauh ini merupakan jenis yang paling banyak dipergunakan berkat konstruksinya relatif sederhana dan memiliki keandalan karena dapat dioperasikan dengan beberapa jenis fluida kerja. Efek pendinginan yang dihasilkan dalam sistem refrigerasi tergantung dari efektivitas kinerja kondensor. Sementara, kinerja kondensor semakin lama akan menurun seiring dengan terjadinya fouling factor. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis optimasi sistem termal pada kondensor shell and tube sebagai Alat Penukar Kalor (APK). Dari hasil optimasi kondensor shell and tube dengan menggunakan analisis full factorial yang di validasi dengan sofware Heat Transfer Research Inc (HTRI) dan disimulasi Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Didapat hasil optimum adalah diameter shell 720 mm, jumlah tube 192 buah, diameter tube 38.1 mm, panjang tube 3 m, beda temperatur rata-rata LMTD 8.86 K, dan dengan koefesien perpindahan panas menyeluruh U 1448.21 W/m 2 K. The study aims to determine physical and organoleptic properties of meatballs made of beef with old withering different. The research was conducted by the using a completely randomized design (CRD) comprised of 5 treatments and 5 replicates ie: P0 = Without treatment (control), P1 = Withering beef for 5 days, P2 = Withering beef for 6 days, P3 = Withering beef for 7 days P4 = Withering beef for 8 days. Experimental design to test the physical properties such as pH and beef meatballs folding test, the data were analyzed of variance (ANOVA), if there is significanlty continued with Duncan test. Data obtained on organoleptic test in the form of aroma, flavour, color and texture of beef meatballs were analyzed with nonparametric tests (Kruskal Wallis). The results showed that the taste meatball most preferred panelists to treatment with the use of meat withered for 7 days (P3) of 5:23 (rather savory) that tastes almost the same with meatballs that use fresh meat without withering (P0) at 5:20 rather savory). All treatments withering flesh produces a rather bright color. Meatball most preferred color panelists to treatment with the use of meat withering for 8 days at 4.99. Texture of the best meatballs in treatment using fresh meat without withering of 5:29 (a bit chewy). Key word: withering , beef meat, meatballs , physical , organoleptic

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis penjadwalan proyek-proyek simultan ditinjau terhadap ketersediaan sumber daya peralatan konstruksi yang dimiliki kontraktor. Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaturan penjadwalan proyek simultan ditinjau terhadap ketersediaan sumber daya peralatan konstruksi yang dimiliki. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan model penjadwalan proyek konstruksi, dimana penyelenggaraan proyek konstruksi dilaksanakan melalui sistem manajemen proyek tertentu. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah penjadwalan proyek dengan menggunakan diagram preseden dan matrik pemindahan peralatan proyek dapat dipergunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk melakukan penjadwalan proyek-proyek secara simultan, dimana pada diagram preseden maupun matrik pemidahan peralatan proyek adalah media yang meliputi jenis pekerjaan, waktu pelaksanaan, tempat atau lokasi pekerjaan, dan pengaturan penggunaan peralatan proyek. Pada paket pekerjaan pertama dibuat penjadwalan pengerjaan dan dengan mengatur perpindahan peralatan yang digunakan, dimana pada paket pekerjaan ini hanya terdiri dari lima lokasi yang seluruhnya termasuk dalam satu jalur jalan utama (Jalan Pramuka Banjarmasin). Sedangkan pada paket pekerjaan kedua yang terdiri dari sembilan lokasi, sehingga dalam penjadwalan pengerjaan dan perpindahan peralatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan penjadwalan dan pengaturan perpindahan yang lebih ketat karena berkenaan dengan lokasi pengerjaan yang berjauhan.
