Aluminum rongsok (scrap) is widely produced from households, IKM, offices, factories and so on in South Kalimantan. Along this time Al rongsok only collected by the collectors and then sold to the company smelting (in Java). Al rongsok can be recycled and used as a cast product, so potentially produce components, one of which is Pelton turbine bucket. This research aims to; (1) to create a prototype Pelton water-type bucket turbine using styrofoam pattern (2) to know the micro structure, hardness, tensile strength, and impact strength. The furnace for smelting uses a krasibel type furnace with charcoal wood fuel. Material for casting used Al alloy (scrap). The evaporative casting method is to use styrofoam as a molding pattern that is dumped in the printed sand. This method will produce castings that match the pattern / model formed. Melting is done by melting the Al in the kitchen krusibel then poured on the variation of casting temperature 650, 670, 690 and 710 oC. The casting results are then tested for mechanical properties (micro structure, hardness, tensile strength, and impact strength). The test results concluded, Al alloy (scrap) can be utilized and developed as prototype of cross flow water turbine blade / bucket using evaporative casting method. the higher the temperture of the hypereutectic Si structure is present between the dendrite Al of thin short flakes into thick, long bits. At temperatures above 650 oC, the value of hardness decreases with the increase of pouring temperature, while tensile stress decreases with increasing of pouring temperature. City transportation in Banjarmasin is called Bamikro or Banjarmasin Mikrolet serves passenger transportation that consists of several types of cars / vehicles. The operation of this vehicle to serve the passengers is a problem for other vehicles. They often stop abruptly and do not attempt to pulll over the vehicle; have the passengers get into and off arbitrarily and often do not stop at the spots which have been provided (shelter). As a consequence of this vehicle, other road users’ forward movements behind it are interrupted. This vehicle tries to take the lane of another vehicle, causing a narrowing in a way resulting in disruption of roads taken and if it cannot take another lane because the lane is filled, then the vehicle is forced to stop for the completion of Bamikro to serve passengers. The length of the delay of the vehicles by the operation of Bamikro are calculated and the data collected and used in the calculation were obtained from the survey of traffic on the road segment by determining the result of (i) the percentage of Bamikro in traffic flow (ii) the frequency and duration of the stoppage. Energy audit is a technique that is used to calculate the amount of energy consumption and identify ways to the savings that includes the inspection activities to determine whether there is a deviation in an activity energy use . The purpose of the study was to determine the condition of the use of energy and look for improving the efficiency of energy use . Consumption energy on 2014 is 1.843.684,49 kWh. This study aims to develop a system of mail and logistics delivery management application at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin branch, This system is designed to facilitate the implementation of delivery services, mail collection and logistics package. The system to be created can handle data collection of mail and parcel deliveries, both incoming and outgoing mails, and return shipping returns. The process of making this system is done by Data collection ie Finding the available data that facilitate the process of problem solving and then determine the information system that must be done by studying the system and the work process of the previous system to build a new system, after that done the system testing process, Making this System Using computerized system that is online using web with programming language of php, javascript and css. The development of this system will further facilitate the management of data in the process of data collection, mail delivery and logistics. The results of this study indicate that by developing the previous system, the delivery of mail or package can be monitored the process and handling any problems that occur in the delivery process can be addressed, This system can also facilitate the process of sending mail or packages and shorten the working time. The distribution and filling of questionnaires which have not computerized cause the excessive of paper usage. Some of the impacts of those cases were: the occurrence of error in the process of conducting a survey, the high costs of survey, the lack of accurate data in survey calculation result, less secure of data survey storage, the difficulty in accessing the data and information about community satisfaction rate, and a lot of time required in the process of arranging the data. The system aimed to produce a design and built an Information System of Services Assessment in Population and Civil Registration Agency in Bontang City using Fuzzy Sugeno. This system will improve Service Unit Performance in Population and Civil Registration Agency in Bontang City. The result of this research by input, fuzzyfication, reasoning, defuzzyfication, output, showed that the resulting scores had truth analysis based on the Community Satisfaction Survey in the first and second semester of 2015, with score 77.78, the service quality was B, and the service unit performance was good. This research was conducted with the intention to produce an application that can manage all data user of Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri so as to facilitate Activity Management Unit (UPK) in terms of transaction and reporting. Gudang Hirang’s village is one of the villages located in Sungai Tabuk subdistrict, Banjar district participating in the PNPM Mandiri. The public interest in the use of this program is enormous but not supported by good data management. User program data was only recorded manually by the officer. It is still not effective considering the number of people who use the program. Judging from the problems that exist in this research, so in this research was built an application to process data of PNPM independently in Gudang Hirang Village, Sungai Tabuk Subdistrict, Banjar District covering management of customer data (user society), loan list, transaction Payments, and financial reporting that can be used in the PNPM Mandiri Activity Management Unit.

Gudang Hirang’s village is one of the villages located in Sungai Tabuk subdistrict, Banjar district participating in the PNPM Mandiri. The public interest in the use of this program is enormous but not supported by good data management. User program data was only recorded manually by the officer. It is still not effective considering the number of people who use the program. The rapid development of mobile communication technology advances and cost reductions possible to incorporate mobile technology into the smart home system. We proposed a system of mobile and internet-based smart home consisting of a mobile phone with android, Internet-based applications, and server blynk. Home appliances can be controlled by an Arduino that receives commands from the server computer, which operates in accordance with commands received from the mobile application via a wifi network or the internet. In the proposed system, a home server is made using Wi-Fi technology that receives order from clients and orders will be processed through the Arduino, which allows users to control and monitor all the parameters associated with home using Andriod smart phone or via the internet. This study present the design of a low cost innovative and automated control based on weather conditions, the control apparatus, and home security together with android application to allow smart phones to send commands using blynk. Applications spare parts sale of goods by sms gateway as a supporting program to the company's excellent service is a system that produces a variety of information that could be useful to support sales activities in one company. Applications spare parts sale of goods was developed to collect, process and store sales data so that data can be traced back to be distributed as a useful information. The realization of the development of this application is the creation of applications that is capable of representing an overall system designed by sms gateway. This application is generated capable of managing sales data, which includes systems approach used in the making of this application using object-oriented methods (object oriented) which emphasizes problem solving software is based on the object. The design of making his application using borland delphi 7 as a program maker and microsoft access 2016 database program and then to display the report using crystal report. The results of this study indicate that the role of computer applications in the information system is very important as a support in improving the quality of sales and service activities in the corporate environment.
