Processing data on tools and chemicals in chemical laboratories is a crucial problem because it is part of the management and utilization of laboratories effectively and efficiently and is also right on target. However, it was realized that many problems were faced, especially laboratory officers in managing data on tools and chemicals, one of which was a system of data collection of tools and chemicals that had not yet used integrated information system applications. The management of data on tools and chemicals is still manual, which results in the inventory data of items being late known. Another problem that arises is that ordering goods cannot be done quickly because there are stages that must be done until the item is received. as well as the process of procuring equipment and chemicals also require time until the goods received by the laboratory management are also part of the problem at hand. To overcome the above problems, a computerized system is needed that is able to work more effectively, efficiently and thoroughly, so that the process of collecting tools and chemicals is better than the previous one. This research was conducted to meet the needs of an information system for data collection of tools and chemicals in the laboratory

The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials in the form of physics modules containing character values using inquiry models in temperature and heat material, according to the 2013 curriculum material. This study was applied in physics learning activities conducted from April to May 2015 at Al High School. Azhar Syifa Budi Jakarta. The method used in this study is the development method. The initial stage of this research was the analysis of teaching material needs, then made the development of physics modules for class X Science which had been validated by several professional high school physics experts and teachers in Jakarta. The instruments used were a needs analysis questionnaire, a validation sheet for physical matter experts, media experts and professional high school physics teachers in Jakarta and a questionnaire for students after using the developed modules. From the results of the validation by the material experts, the average score of the overall aspects was 81%, indicating that the material suitability aspect, the quality of the contents which included the planting of character values and module competency tests were very good. Validation by media experts obtained a percentage of the average score of all aspects of 89%, indicating that the character values outlined in the module are very good as well as aspects of consistency in the module writing format are very good. The results of validation by professional high school physics teachers in Jakarta obtained an average score of 84%, indicating the direction of learning activities that can foster very well-written characters. This physics module can help develop character values in students and can motivate students to learn independently, because this module displays physics concepts through images and is equipped with sentences that lead students to build their knowledge independently. With the growing age and increasingly sophisticated technology, it will automatically bring changes in human life. Which will also be more and more demands and needs that must be met by humans to balance these developments. One of them is human needs for electrical energy. To meet the increasing electricity needs and to prevent total power outages from occurring, Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru Airport uses PLTD (Diesel Power Plant) as a power supply for the operation of Syamsudin Noor Airport. Payment of electricity bills at the Syamsudin Noor airport will increase by operating the PLTD at the time of termination of electricity by PT. (PLN). Every month the electricity account must be paid by Syamsudin Noor Airport, but if there is a power cut, the PLTD will operate, so that it will cause additional costs every month at Syamsudin Noor Airport. Additional fees at Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru Airport in addition to paying electricity bills every month, plus the total operational cost of PLTD (diesel engine) of Rp.15,215,370 Keywords: PLTD (diesel engine), AC generator, total operational cost of PLTD (diesel engine).

Pain is a sensory and emotional experience related to tissue damage. Fragrant lemongrass ( Cymbopogon nardus ) is widely used in Indonesia as a traditional medicine, especially used as a pain reliever. Therefor the use of these plants must be scientifically tested. The purpose of this test was to determine the ethanol extract of fragrant lemongrass’s leaves which had analgesic potential in male white mice ( Mus musculus ) and determine the optimal dose potentially provide analgetic activity. This test was an experimental study and conducted on 25 male white mice ( Mus musculus ) which were grouped randomly into 5 groups, including negative controls, positive control (Ibuprofen), ethanol extract of fragrant lemongrass’s leaves doses I (200 mg / kg), dose II (400 mg / kg), and dose III (800 mg / kg). Pain induction was performed chemically using perintoneal acetic acid after 30 minutes of treatment given. Analgesic power is calculated using the sum number of stretching mice for 1 hour. The results showed that ethanol extract of fragrant lemongrass’s leaves had analgesic activity at dose I (38.70%), dose II (51.84%) and dose III (59.51%). The optimal dose of ethanol extract of fragrant lemongrass’s leaves is at dose II (400 mg / kg) that had 51.84% analgesic effect. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of soaking time with pineapple extracts on cooking shrinkage and organoleptic test on the meat of rejected laying hens. The method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications, the treatment given was a different immersion time, P0 (without soaking pineapple fruit extract), P1 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 30 minutes), P2 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 60 minutes), P3 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 90 minutes), P4 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 120 minutes). Variables measured are cooking shrinkage and organoleptic (color, flavor, tenderness and flavor). Data analyzed on cooking shrinkage using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if analyzed significantly, it will be continued with a mean difference test using the Duncan's Multiple Region Test (DMRT) while the non parametic organoleptic test will be tested using Kruskall Wallis test. The results showed that the effect of soaking meat of culled laying hens with the use of pineapple extract solution can increase the cooking shrinkage provides highly significant effect (P˂0,01) against the meat of laying hens culled and able to improve the organoleptic meat of culled laying hens which provide different influences real (P˂0,05). The average of organoleptic test with soaking laying hens with the use of pineapple extract solution which was given the best treatment was achieved in P4 treatment. Keywords: soaking time, pineapple extract, rejected laying hens, cooking shrinkage, organoleptic test.

The largest production of paddy is produced from rain-fed rice fields scattered in Kecamatan Pulau Laut Timur. With the Operation and Maintenance on rainfed rice field is expected to improve service to local farmers. To evaluate the Operation and Maintenance can be measured by measuring its dimensions in the form of: 1) Facility / physical infrastructure, 2) Supporting facilities, 3) Organization, 4) Documentation, institutional condition, and 5) Productivity cropping. This study aims to determine the level of farmers' perceptions of Operation and Maintenance activities, then provide recommendations for priority development and improvement of Operation and Maintenance management. By using quiz dispersion method for farmer perception and expectation in Kecamatan Pulau Laut Timur. The data were processed by quantitative descriptive analysis, TKi suitability analysis, quadrant analysis to determine the priority order of the improvement of OP. The result of the analysis of the farmers' suitability level was in the dissatisfied category, with the percentage of TKi ≤ 100%. And quadrant analysis: the main improvement priority in quadrant I (one), that is in the low priority, the variable is in (X 1,1 ), where the channel condition is not in line with the farmer's expectation. Evaluation and development of rainfed maintenance and maintenance operations by raising awareness of farmers maintaining and maintaining channels. The need for technical / non-technical irrigation infrastructure development to support the success of agricultural activities. Keywords : Farmers perception, Irigations, Operation and maintenance, Rainfed rice field
