This study aims to analyze how much influence competence and supervision have on the performance of the inspectorate of the DKI Jakarta Province Inspectorate. The survey method used during this study in which questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Hypothesis analysis used simple and multiple regression techniques and continued with correlation. Validity test with n = 76 (respondents) and r-table = 0.227 on trial error analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a smaller influence between Competence and Supervision of Government Performance Supervision, both independent and concurrently. The coefficients of the determinants of competence and supervision of government performance are 0.869 and 0.702%, respectively. This means that the influence of Competence and Supervision on Government Supervision Performance is respectively 86.9% and 70.2% and is mostly influenced by these factors. The coefficient of Competency Determination and Supervision concurrently Supervision of Government Performance is 0.884. This means that the simultaneous influence of Competence and Supervision on Government Supervision Performance is 88.4% and 11.6% is influenced by other factors.

Based on the above context, the purpose of this study is to find out how the symbolic interactionism of gay community communication on its self-representation. This study uses the phenomenological method on 4 research subjects where 2 of them are gay and the other 2 are communication experts and psychologists. The theory used in this study is the symbolic interactionism theory of George Herbert Mead and Blummer and the representation theory of Stuart Hall. The result of this research is that the symbolic interactionism used by the gay community in the wider community can be used as a tool to represent themselves, non-verbally used by gays is conveyed through slang language, body gestures, accessories, colors and clothing models. sometimes heterosexuals use gay identical symbols unintentionally so that the identical gay symbols become biased.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of women working in the education sector, because in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic there were many changes, especially women who had multiple burdens. The research was conducted at two universities, Universitas Prof. Dr., Moestopo (Beragama) and Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati (Unswagati) Cirebon. The research method used is a qualitative research method through a descriptive study approach, with a case study approach at two universities as an empirical investigation effort to explore and analyze the phenomenon of female academics during the Covid-19 pandemic. Informants interviewed female lecturers from two universities in depth (in-depth interview). The results of the research show that female lecturers tend to accept the double burden they experience; female lecturers do not yet have a time table agenda that is implemented properly to ensure that their academic work priorities go well; and the Key to Dexterity of Female Lecturers in the Pandemic Period Although accompanied by strong motivation, several lecturers admitted that they were still having difficulties with the double burden condition which experienced a double burden role, still seeing the importance of the role of the household and placing it as a top priority.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data needed in this analysis was obtained through interviews with several parties from DAAI TV and documentation studies. The research procedure was carried out within the framework of descriptive analysis. It can be concluded that the television station DAAI TV is a media that uses a different concept from other media, namely social networks. And with its uniqueness as a television that spreads love, DAAI TV hopes that through its shows, it will have a special place in the hearts of viewers.

At dental clinic, there are some obstacles which occasionally may occur. A dentist runs out of the same brand of the composite resin and bonding material during tooth restoration, so they would have to be paired with material of the diffrent brand. Certain things that may occur during tooth restoration is polymerization shrinkage which forms a gap that could reducing edge density. This research is using packable nanohybrid type A composite resin and packable nanohybrid type B resin composite with total etch bonding on Class V restoration with the thin cervical section of enamel. Aim: This research is to explain the differences between two types of packable nanohybrid composite resins with total etch bonding in Class V microleakage. Methods: This research will use an experimental laboratory method with 32 maxillary premolars that have been prepared in Class V, which divided into 2 groups, group A and group B. Methylene blue will be used for the measurements, whereas the microscope will be used for the observation. Furthermore, data analysis would be conducted using the Mann Whitney U Test Method. Results: The research showed that there was a significant difference between group A and group B, which is p <0.05. Conclusion: According to this research, it can be seen that group B showed less leakage compared to group A.

The research uses descriptive qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data. Data and information are obtained through interviews with the actors involved in the process of policy formulation, surveys and taking photographs related to the Zero Rupiah Down Payment House and document that can support research. From the analysis, it is found in the formulation of the Zero Rupiah Down Payment House Program policy that there should be stronger legal basis and a set of wage margin for Low-Income Communities in DKI Jakarta as well as supervision in the implementation of the program so that it is targeted to the Low- Income community by paying attention to aspects of alignments to the community need.

As one of the natural resin materials produced by bees, propolis has been used as a traditional medicine for various diseases because of its biological and pharmacological activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential of propolis as a healing agent for pulp injuries. A total of 35 journals from PubMed, Ebsco, ResearchGate, Wiley Online Library, and other international journal databases were analyzed. Propolis is very rich in active components such as flavonoids that have biological functions such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant which can act as a potential healing agent
