DEVELOPING STRATEGIES OF AGROTOURISM X 农业旅游的发展策略

Agrotourism is a series of tourism activities related to optimizing the potential of agriculture as a tourist attraction. The development of agrotourism can be done with resources, increasing the income of farmers or local communities, and choice preposition. Currently, agrotourism is widely spread in various regions, one of which is Agrotourism X. As a new business unit, Agrotourism X experienced various obstacles including a less strategic business location, facilities, infrastructure that agreement not maximized, limited agrotourism area, capital sourced from personal funds, and choice activities carried out were still not optimal. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis. The criteria for respondents in this study were tourists who had visited Agrotourism X and consumed the product at least once. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing as well as using a questionnaire with an online questionnaire instrument via Google Form. Processing of research data is carried out using SWOT analysis and QSPM (Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix). The priority that can be applied based on the QSPM analysis to be implemented is product development. This strategy has the highest TAS value among other alternative strategies, which is 7.5 based on developing product or second strategy.

FACTORS AFFECTING THE COMMUNITY IN CONSUMING SPICERY PRODUCTS (JAMU) POST-PANDEMIC 流行病后影响社区食用香料产品(jamu)的因素

Spicery products (jamu) can boost the body's immune system because of their properties. It causes the demand for herbal medicine to increase during the pandemic. The study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the public to consume post-pandemic spicery products (jamu). Researchers conducted research in the city of Malang. The sample was selected using the convenience sampling method with 100 respondents. This type of data uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The questionnaire was assessed using a likert score and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results obtained, the value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 88.5%, then all variables can explain the influence on consumption decisions on spicery products (jamu). Factors that have a significant effect include income (x1), social class (x3), motivation (x5), location (x8), time (x9), scent (x12), texture (x13), and price (x14). In contrast, the factors that have no significant effect include work variables (x2), tradition (x4), perception (x6), health (x7), shape (x10), and taste (x11). Knowing these factors will produce recommendations for producers to increase their sales, especially in implementing product marketing strategies.

CONSUMER ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH ZINK NUTRITIONAL RICE 消费者对高锌营养大米的接受程度

Nutrizinc rice is a biofortified variety designed with the advantage of high specific nutritional value, especially at higher levels of zinc nutrition compared to Ciherang rice. The mineral zinc is useful for preventing stunting in humans, and to help protect the human immune system from the attack of the COVID-19 virus. However, this variety has just been promoted by The Assessment Institute for Agricultural Technology (AIAT, in Indonesian: Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian, BPTP) Gorontalo Province so people are still not familiar with this rice. Therefore, it is important to conduct research related to the analysis of the level of consumer acceptance aimed at knowing consumer preferences and attitudes towards the attributes of high-zinc nutritious rice. The study had 60 respondents who were chosen by chance (accidental). This study used Chi Square analysis (X2) to see the differences in consumer preferences for the attributes of high zinc nutritional rice with various cooking methods and the ratio between rice and water. Meanwhile, Fishbein Multi-attribute analysis was used to determine consumer attitudes towards the attributes of high-zinc nutritional rice. The results showed that the different methods of cooking and adding water to the rice did not significantly change the flavor, color, and aroma of the rice, on the contrary, it only changed the texture of the rice. The high-zinc nutritional rice that consumers like was rice that had a slightly sweet flavor, fluffier texture, bright white color, and has no odor. In addition, the color and texture attributes of rice with high zinc nutrition were the most dominant considerations compared to other attributes in deciding to buy or consume rice with high zinc nutrition.

CONSUMER PREFERENCES IN ECO-TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN BALI WITH UGC (USER GENERATED CONTENT) APPROACH 消费者偏好在巴厘岛生态旅游发展与ugc(用户生成内容)的方法

The concept of ecology-based tourism or ecotourism is the main attraction for tourists. This study was conducted to determine the attributes of superior ecotourism at resorts based on consumer preferences using the UGC (User Generated Content) approach. This study was use a non-probability sampling approach and the data analysis technique was the Jaccard Score, Z-Score and PCA rankings. The results show that ecotourism attributes that are consumer preferences based on UGC include natural beauty, accessibility, atmosphere, food and beverages, and service. In addition, the ranking of superior ecotourism attributes based on consumer preferences with a jaccard score coefficient from each resort, has a different rating. This rating also applies to the results of the binomial z-score test analysis which shows the level of consumer satisfaction with these attributes. Based on the PCA analysis, it was found that the resort hotel that has the potential to compete is between Legian and Oberoi. Resorts that have competitive potential are able to improve performance based on two main components formed from the PCA analysis, namely basic and advanced offers. The greater value of this coefficient means that the attribute has a large effect on improving performance and has an effect on resort decision making.

ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC OF TOBACCO FARMERS IN PROBOLINGGO REGENCY EAST JAVA INDONESIA 印尼东爪哇省烟农社会经济状况分析

The interest of tobacco ranchers in the Probolinggo Regency has forever been unsure because of changes in the cost of creation factors and tobacco items, affecting tobacco ranchers' pay and financial circumstances. The motivation behind the review is (1) to Analyze the pay of tobacco ranchers; (2) to Analyze the elements that influence the pay of tobacco ranchers. (3) Analyze the social states of tobacco ranchers. The strategies utilized in this study are specific techniques with R/C proportion investigation instruments and relapse examination. According to this review (1), the typical pay of tobacco ranchers in the Probolinggo rule added up to Rp 18,540,000/ha/developing season with an RC proportion = 1.6. (2 Factors that influence the pay of tobacco ranchers are land lease, ZA cost, urea cost, and pesticide cost. (3) Based on research, 83% of tobacco ranchers own their homes and are incredibly durable dividers for the responsibility for merchandise utilized daily, such as fridges, TVs, and handphones. For vehicle possession, which is utilized to work and drop off from school, 57% use bikes, 28% use cruisers, and 14.29% use vehicles. Rata-normal wards of the rancher family at most is 3, to be specific, two youngsters and one spouse. Tobacco ranchers are OK with the climate; this is described by their functional improvement of a water system to clean the general climate, building love offices, and socialization spots to interface kinship. FACTORS AFFECTING FARMERS' DECISIONS TO APPLY HYDROPONIC SYSTEMS IN TARAKAN CITY 影响塔罗干市农民采用水培系统决策的因素

Tarakan City has limited agricultural land potential and is less productive so that most of the consumption needs for vegetables are imported from outside the island of Tarakan. It is hoped that with the development of hydroponic technology, the community can meet the needs of vegetables independently. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the decision of farmers to implement a hydroponic system. The research is located in Tarakan City with the research period from April to October 2021. The method of determining respondents was carried out intentionally to 40 respondents with the consideration that the community had obtained information about hydroponic system, either through direct agricultural extension workers, from friends or through other electronic media. such as television, YouTube, Facebook and other social media. To find out the factors that affect farmers' opportunities to apply hydroponic system, an analysis is carried out using the logit function approach. Analysis of the factors that influence farmers' decisions to apply hydroponic system using logit regression function analysis obtained a Nagelkerke R2 value of 0.494 meaning that the variation of the independent variables included in the model was able to explain 49.4% of the existing phenomena and the remaining 50.6% was explained by other variables. To find out the factors that affect farmers' opportunities to apply hydroponic system, an analysis is carried out using the logit function approach. Analysis of the factors that influence farmers' decisions to apply hydroponic system using logit regression function analysis obtained a Nagelkerke R2 value of 0.494 meaning that the variation of the independent variables included in the model was able to explain 49.4% of the existing phenomena and the remaining 50.6% was explained by other variables. Limited studies exist on the commitment of members to cooperative societies. Therefore, the study sought to measure perceptions of membership and the drivers of membership commitment of cocoa farmers' cooperative societies in the Atwima Mponua District of Ashanti Region, Ghana. Data was collected from a sample of 400 cocoa farmers through a multi-stage sampling technique. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (binary logit regression) were used in analyzing the data. Results show that cocoa farmers agree that they benefit from the cooperative and they appreciate the management, marketing and business, internal dynamics and public interest of their cooperatives. The study also discovered that farm age, access to extension service, farming experience, farmer status, cooperative benefits and internal dynamics are critical to obtaining commitment in cooperative societies. The study shows the need for the Ghana Cocoa Board to improve farmers’ access to extension services so as to improve their commitment in cooperative societies. Cooperative organizations are encouraged to consider the perceptions of the cocoa farmers and their socio-economic characteristics in order to elicit the desired commitment.

Microinsurance is an important risk mitigation strategy in smallholder farmers’ agricultural enterprises that are faced with intensifying climate change and unpredictability. This study analysed the perceptions of smallholder tobacco farmers in Zimbabwe’s tobacco-growing regions of the Mashonaland Provinces towards microinsurance as a risk coping strategy given the risks of hailstorms, droughts, and long-dry spells in the rainy season. A qualitative phenomenological study was conducted with 13 purposively selected small-scale tobacco farmers. The study employed unstructured interviews to collect data from the participants. The findings of the study suggest that smallholder farmers have a positive perception of microinsurance, against the general view that they have a negative attitude. The study found that other risks with which smallholder farmers are faced and their immediate risk response, tolerance and disposition may have a distorting effect on the smallholder farmers’ perceptions and attitude towards microinsurance. It was further found that the perception of the smallholder farmers was also influenced by whether the farmers had other sources of income, whether they previously had experienced crop losses due to weather-induced risks and the general level of education of the smallholder farmer. It was also found that most of the micro-insurance services offered were mainly supply-side driven rather than demand-side driven and as a result, most of the products were not farmer-centric. New product development, farmer-centric insurance service offerings and general farmer sensitisation on the need for microinsurance were recommended.

One of endemic flora that has become an icon in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) area is the Edelweiss Flower. The existence of tourism developments in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) area makes the demand for Edelweiss flowers as souvenirs even greater. It affects the economic value of these commodities. The population decline threatens its availability for the Tengger indigenous people who use Edelweiss Flowers as offerings that other components cannot replace. Until 2017, several Wonokitri Village communities, under the guidance of TNBTS, formed a farmer group called Hulun Hyang to conserve the Edelweiss Flower ex-situ. It was a long journey for the Hulun Hyang farmer group to get a breeding permit from the KLHK regarding wanawiyata widyakarya. This study aims to measure the willingness to pay of Edelweiss Park tourists for edelweiss flowers from the Ex-Situ conservation of the Hulun Hyang Farmer Group and determine what factors influence the willingness to pay. This study uses primary data with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents who were conducted randomly or random sampling. The contingent valuation method (CVM) approach can estimate willingness to pay. This study's analytical tool uses multiple linear regression on SPSS 22. Based on the analysis, the average willingness to pay per person for a simple series containing 100 stalks of Edelweiss flowers is Rp. 36,307.00, with a total value of willingness to pay Rp. 3,667,000.00. The factors that are thought to significantly influence the value of willingness to pay for Edelweiss Flowers from Ex-situ Conservation of the "Hulun Hyang" Farmer Group in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park are the latest education and monthly income.

Many factors destroy peat ecosystems, including land fires. The cause of the fire was motivated by economic aspects, namely land clearing for agricultural, plantation, and residential activities. Desa Peduli Gambut Program has main activities: strengthening local knowledge and village community preparedness in dealing with peat fire disasters and non-burning land management. The process requires the participation of farmers as an essential determining factor to ensure the success and sustainability of a program. This study analyzes farmer participation in the DPG program in Teluk Pekedai District. The descriptive quantitative method is supported by qualitative data using Sherry Arnstein's (1969) participation level analysis. The analysis results show that farmer participation in the DPG program in Teluk Pekedai District is at the therapy level. The low level of community participation in a program occurs because the level of government domination in deciding program plans is the cause of problems in program implementation. Farmer participation can increase by the role of the DPG chairperson, the role of the village facilitator, the village government and local government, and all elements of the community (community leaders).
