This paper wants to explain the efforts that lecturers should make in universities tofight and prevent the development of radicalism in universities by synchronizing thecurriculum in general compulsory subjects such as Pancasila, Citizenship, andReligious education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a casestudy approach. This research was conducted at the internal quality assurance centerof the Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan in curriculum development for general coursesin fighting radicalism and the civic education lecturer team outside the PoliteknikNegeri Balikpapan. The results of the study would like to recommend curriculumsynchronization, among others: first, synchronizing the design of semester learningmaterials about radicalism in Pancasila, Citizenship, and Religious Education,secondly implementing a hidden curriculum in countering the development ofradicalist ideology, third conducting joint evaluations and research on thedevelopment of radicalism in higher education. Sustainable.

Kompetensi Widyaiswara di Era Digital dan Media Sosial 数字时代和社交媒体的能力

Digital transformation is the government's main concern which represented by technology and social media-based services. This concept also adapted to civil servant development and training programs which becomes the main task for Widyaiswara. This study aims to describe the widyaiswara's competencies, appropriate digital and social media, and the collaborative patterns of training institutions in the digital era. The research is descriptive, and analyze using the literature review method. The result shows us five major competencies which are important, namely: information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, digital security, and technical problem-solving. The user also needs to choose the right digital and social media platform since the usage of those by training institution tend to increase efficiency and, moreover, government income sources. There are several recommendations for widyaiswara from this research, such as: the need to increase digital competency, the need of ethical code in a digital era, and the need for regulation that possible government to get revenue from social media.

Analisis Kompetensi Profesional Guru Melalui Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Information Technology 通过使用信息技术学习媒介分析教师的专业能力

The purpose of this research is to analyze learning media that utilize information technology in order to improve professional competence at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Batu. The approach used is qualitative and the type of research is descriptive. The research location was at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Batu for three months, namely August - November 2020. The informants included the principal and all teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Batu. The data collection process used includes documentation study, interview and observation. For the data analysis process chosen was the Milles Huberman analysis technique which consisted of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results obtained are: (a) teachers are able to manage information technology-based learning such as edmodo, office 365, google classroom, and WAG; and (b) the teacher is able to design various information technology-based learning media used in learning such as making instructional videos, making quizzes with the quizzes and PPT applications.

Pengembangan Aplikasi Dokter Pada Materi Rekam Medis di STIKes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu 在STIKes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu上开发临床记录材料的应用程序

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi dokter sebagai media pelajaran materi rekam medis di STIKes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadopsi prosedur ADDIE. Pengembangan produk awal merupakan proses pembuatan media yang didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan. Uji ahli atau validasi dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli media dan 2 orang ahli materi untuk menilai produk awal serta merevisi produk awal sesuai saran para ahli. Uji lapangan skala kecil dilakukan oleh 8 mahasiswa dan uji lapangan skala besar dilakukan oleh 46 mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah Sistem Informasi Kesehatan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Instrumen penelitiannya berupa panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini berupa produk media pembelajaran aplikasi dokter materi rekam medis yang telah diuji kelayakannya oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna media tersebut. Keseluruhan hasil uji coba menunjukkan hasil yaitu memperoleh kategori sangat layak dengan rincian: (1) uji ahli materi mendapatkan hasil 3,53 atau 88,25% sangat layak, (2) uji ahli media mendapatkan hasil 3,51 atau 87,75% sangat layak, (3) uji skala kecil oleh siswa memperoleh hasil 3,56 atau 89% sangat layak, (4) uji skala besar oleh siswa memperoleh hasil 3,59 atau 89,75% sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan media dapat disimpulkan aplikasi dokter sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran materi rekam medis di STIKes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu

Abstract Educational programs for students with mental retardation emphasize the preparation of students to live independently after finishing school. One educational strategy for children and adolescents with mental retardation is to teach daily life skills. The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature review on strategies to teach daily life skills to children and adolescents with mental retardation. Literature searches were carried out on seven databases, namely ERIC, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, SAGE, JSTOR, Emerald Insight and Google Schoolar. The keywords used in this search are "teaching daily living skills" and "mental retardation"; "Teaching daily living skills" and "intellectual disability". A total of 5 articles (N = 614) will be reviewed through a screening process based on inclusive and exclusive criteria. The results show that there are strategies to teach daily life skills to children and adolescents with mental retardation by using video prompting, video modeling, constant-time delay and most-to-least prompt. Skala Karakter Religius Sebagai Alat Ukur Karakter Religius Bagi Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 宗教性格量表是衡量中学生宗教性格的尺度

A great nation is not determined by the natural wealth and technology possessed by a nation, but because of the strong character of the nation. Based on this statement, strengthening character education needs to be implemented to support the strengthening of the character of the nation's next generation. Based on a preliminary study conducted in vocational high schools, it is found that many students have low religious character. This is necessary to remember the importance of religious character as a balance to other characters. The final goal to be realized in this study is to develop an android application innovation to strengthen the religious character of Vocational High School students that can be accepted theoretically and practically so that it can be widely used in educational settings as one of the guidance media that aims to overcome the problem of religious character in student classes. The development model used in this study was adapted from the development research model of Borg & Gall (1983). Currently the research process is in stage 3, namely the initial development of the wrong product design, namely developing a scale instrument for religious character. The scale of religious character consists of 28 statement items whose development is based on the religious dimensions of Glock and Strak (1974), namely dimensional beliefs, dimensions of religious practice, dimensions of appreciation, and dimensions of loss and experience. In this article we will build on the validity and reliability of the statement items on the religious character scale. The validity results obtained were in the form of 24 statement items that were declared valid and the instruments were declared valid for use, as evidenced by the reliability value of 0.971 or in the very high category. Based on this statement, strengthening character education needs to be implemented to support the strengthening of the character of the nation's next generation. Based on a preliminary study conducted in vocational high schools, it is found that many students have low religious character. This is necessary to remember the importance of religious character as a balance to other characters. The final goal to be realized in this study is to develop an android application innovation to strengthen the religious character of Vocational High School students that can be accepted theoretically and practically so that it can be widely used in educational settings as one of the guidance media that aims to overcome the problem of religious character in student classes. The development model used in this study was adapted from the development research model of Borg & Gall (1983). Currently the research process is in stage 3, namely the initial development of the wrong product design, namely developing a scale instrument for religious character. The scale of religious character consists of 28 statement items whose development is based on the religious dimensions of Glock and Strak (1974), namely dimensional beliefs, dimensions of religious practice, dimensions of appreciation, and dimensions of loss and experience. In this article we will build on the validity and reliability of the statement items on the religious character scale. The validity results obtained were in the form of 24 statement items that were declared valid and the instruments were declared valid for use, as evidenced by the reliability value of 0.971 or in the very high category. Student Engagement In Civic Learning: A Study For Practice 公民学习中的学生参与:为实践而学习

Satu persoalan yang menantang para educator ialah meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa sebagai warga muda ke dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Dalam konteks pembelajaran kewarganegaraan, keterlibatan siswa di kelas dapat menjadi indikasi pertama dan penting yang menggambarkan kemungkinan mereka di masa depan untuk menjadi warga negara yang aktif dan bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola isu-isu bersama. Lebih dari pada itu, keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran menjadi pretensi terhadap tingkat partisipasi belajar sekaligus optimalisasi student-centered approach. Studi ini dilakukan secara kualitatif pada satu sekolah dengan setting pada pembelajaran civic education. Informan yang dilibatkan terdiri atas guru dan siswa dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Fokus studi diarahkan kepada pengungkapan bentuk-bentuk keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran civic, kendala guru dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi beberapa kendala yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk keterlibatan siswa ditunjukkan dengan aktif mengerjakan soal yang diberikan guru, tampil di depan kelas, mengungkapkan pendapat, menanggapi pendapat siswa lain. Kendala yang ditemukan adalah tidak semua kemampuan siswa itu sama dalam berpartisipasi. Solusi yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan kelas dengan baik. Kata Kunci: warga muda, keterlibatan siswa, civic education.
挑战教育的一个问题是增加学生的学习活动。在公民学习的背景下,学生参与课堂活动可能是描述他们未来可能成为积极和负责管理集体问题的公民的第一个也是最重要的迹象。更重要的是,参与学习变成了对学习参与程度的保留和优化学生的同意。本研究是在一所学校定性进行的,其背景是公民教育。告密者由教师和学生组成,使用采访技巧、观察和文件。研究的重点是揭示学生参与公民学习的形式,教师在增加学生参与方面的障碍,以及解决现有几个障碍的努力。研究结果表明,学生参与的形式是积极参与老师提出的问题,出现在课堂上,表达意见,回应其他学生的意见。发现的挑战是,并不是所有学生的参与能力都是一样的。本研究提出的解决方案是良好的课堂管理。关键词:年轻公民、参与学生、公民教育。

Strategi Guru PPKn dalam Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Pali, Sumatera Selatan

Abstrak Tantangan besar bagi dunia pendidikan Indonesia semenjak wabah Covid-19 yang melanda saat ini. Terutama dengan adanya surat edaran belajar dari rumah oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan dalam kondisi darurat pandemic Covid-19. Untuk mengatasi kondisi saat ini pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran dari rumah dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Menjadi permasalahan utama ketika pembelajaran dari rumah berbasis internet tidak mampu menjangkau berbagai lokasi di Indonesia sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak berjalan dengan optimal. Oleh karena itu peran guru untuk menentukan strategi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru PPKn dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 di PALI, Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan narasumber 4 orang guru PPKn yang dipilih sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian (purposive sampling). Adapun hasil diperoleh bahwa 1) strategi rencana yang dilakukan guru PPKn ialah merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi siswa di daerah tersebut, lalu melakukan sosialisasi mengenai pembelajaran daring melalui web sekolah, menghubungi orang tua bahkan sosialisasi kepada siswa mengenai pembelajaran daring; 2) strategi taktik yang digunakan guru PPKn ialah mempermudah siswa untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan berbagai media pembelajaran yang bisa diakses oleh semua siswa seperti whatsapp atau google classroom; 3) strategi pola yang dilakukan oleh guru PPKn ialah mengolah pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran dan pendekatan yang efektif walaupun banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh siswa dan guru. Simpulan penelitian bahwa dari ketiga strategi yang dilakukan guru PPKn di berbagai kondisi bahwa untuk strategi rencana dan taktik guru telah memaksimalkan kemampuan mengolah pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis daring. Akan tetapi pada strategi pola agar mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis daring ini terdapat kendala dan tantangan mengingat berbagai kondisi ekonomi, geografis, sosial bahkan keterjangkauan teknologi dalam menunjang pembelajaran jarah jauh berbasis daring di Sumatera Selatan.  
自Covid-19疫情以来,印尼教育领域面临的重大挑战。特别是在国家气象局Covid-19的紧急情况下,美国家庭教育和文化部门发出了回家的通告。通过利用互联网,克服目前的学习环境变成了家庭学习。当以互联网为基础的家庭学习无法到达印尼不同的地方,因此学习过程无法最理想地进行时,这成为一个主要问题。因此,教师在远程学习中制定战略的角色是必不可少的。本研究旨在了解在南苏门答腊PALI Covid-19大流行期间PPKn教师在远程学习方面的策略。采用的研究方法是描述性质的,由4名PPKn教师根据研究目标(采样)选择。至于获得的结果是1)PPKn老师做的战略计划是设计该地区符合条件的学生学习,然后通过学校网站进行在线学习关于社会化,父母联系,甚至对学生在线学习社会化;2) PPKn教师使用的战术策略是让学生更容易通过各种学习媒体进行学习,如whatsapp或谷歌课堂;3) PPKn教师的模式策略是利用有效的学习媒介和方法来提高学习速度,尽管学生和教师面临许多障碍。结论研究表明,从PPKn教师在不同情况下的三种策略中,教师计划策略和战术已经最大化了教师在网上远程学习的能力。然而,考虑到广泛的经济、地理、社会状况甚至技术支持的限制在南苏门答腊的远程学习,实施这种在线远程学习的模式战略存在挑战和挑战。

Profil Keterampilan Memecahkan Konflik Interpersonal Siswa Berbakat Istimewa di SMA Kota Malang 配置技能解决人际冲突特别有天赋的城市高中学生

Gifted and talented students have very distinctive characteristics, namely having high intelligence, task commitment, and creativity. Some of these points then raise questions about how their social skills are, especially regarding interpersonal conflict solving skills. Often the advantages in the intellectual field make the assumption that the social skills of gifted and talented students are lacking. This study aims to determine the profile of interpersonal conflict solving skills of gifted and talented students at SMAN Kota Malang. The research approach used a quantitative research approach with survey research techniques and total sampling techniques. The sample used was 162 students. The research instrument used a scale of interpersonal conflict solving skills that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the most gifted and talented students' interpersonal conflict solving skills at SMAN in Malang were in the high category, namely 76%. The very high category was 22%, the moderate category was 2%, and the low and very low category was 0%. The results of this study can be used by counseling teachers in planning counseling services for gifted and talented students. Regulasi Emosi Secara Kognitif Guru dan Perilaku Antisosial Anak 教师的认知和儿童的反社会行为的情感调节

Mengelola emosi dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan kognitif dan perilaku. Pendekatan kognitif menjelaskan bahwa emosi yang dirasakan individu merupakan hasil dari penilaian terhadap situasi yang dihadapinya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengeksplorasi pendekatan regulasi emosi secara kognitif guru dalam menghadapi perilaku anti sosial anak TK. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Secara mendasar, studi pustaka terkait dengan kajian teoritis dan referensi lain yang berkaitan dengan nilai, budaya, dan norma yang berkembang pada situasi yang diteliti. Peran regulasi emosi secara kognitif yang dapat dilakukan guru, antara lain: (1) guru dapat mengajarkan regulasi emosi anak dengan cara menanggapi emosi dan mengajarkan tentang emosi; (2) guru dapat memberikan bimbingan dalam kompetensi emosional dengan cara memberikan contoh emosi yang positif dan negatif, cara menanggapi emosi anak, dan memanifestasikan emosi; (3) guru dapat berinteraksi dengan anak, sambil mengidentifikasi emosi yang sering muncul pada diri anak-anak.
